Randy is so precise and really knows how to groom dogs. Mina is left looking like a real doll and smelling fantastic. Thank you!

My dog’s first time to try grooming with them and i was amazed with their work, shout out to sampath and Gandhi for being very meticulous and dedicated to their job, i was so picky with the haircut as i have tried some grooming salons but was not happy with the haircut. These guys are a true gem in this company, highly recommended.

Had my 2 Scotties groomed this morning by Lester and Jimmy The 2 boys were fantastic with the Scotties groomed them immaculately and beautifully but the best thing all my Scotties were happy and unstressed by this and spent time playing with Lester afterwards. Not the first time to deal with pets in the city, I always request mobile services because i’m lazy to drive around.they are very professional, fast, clean and most importantly kind to my dog. After the winter my maltese became a bit matted and I didn’t want the groomer to try to brush his hair so my baby doesn’t feel pain. The groomer already agreed on that and started using the trimmer and my dog was really happy.i will always come back to them.

Absolutely the best! They knew my last grooming experience with another company was awful and my Maltese was injured. This was absolutely the best surprise! Anne in operations was super helpful and understanding. I got an appointment within seconds and they were at my door in 15mins. Leo and Gandhi did an incredible job! My doggy is fluffy, shiny and super happy. The pink bandana was a great surprise. Will only use them going forward. Amazing job guys!

AMAZING service My cat is five years old and the grooming was always a stressful before as it took up to 4hours sometimes (bye bye weekend afternoons lol)
Darius came to pick up my cat and sent me photos while grooming him, he was very well taken care of and came back home happy and not stressed at all.
I will definitely recommend and will only use Pets in the city from now on!

They arrived for a 9 a.m appointment at 8.47 am was impressed and then the grooming was over in half an hour, which was also OK with me cos they seemed to have done an okay job, 24 hours later my dogs skin is covered in some kind of crusty eruptions all over her body, took her to DKC and it was a reaction to some product/tool they used. Never again.

THE BEST OF THE BEST. I have been living in dubai for 12 years, having tested a lot of groomings which were never perfect, always something badly done. With pets in the city i have found perfection! My little dog always comes out on top. The groomers are all attentive to my request and friendly! Pets in the city forever!

We are new dog owners and felt really nervous about our puppy’s first grooming. Not affiliated but I want to highly highly reccomend ‘pets in the city’ which is a mobile grooming service. The customer service is excellent, the groomers are so understanding and gentle. My son was worried about his puppy and they’ve sent us countless videos and photos throughout the grooming process for us to see how he is doing. So happy! Also, they have great prices! We will never go to another groomer:)

We needed our long haired Dachshund buzz cut as it’s getting hot and out short haired (nervous) Dachshund also full groom. They both came back looking wonderful and were really well cared for

My anti-social and scared pup has started to enjoy showers and water, thanks to the fantastic work done by the team at Pets in the City. They are flexible, accommodating, and punctual. Considering how many folks use their services, I prefer to give them a week to 10-day heads up, but they are always happy to squeeze an appointment in if I forget. Highly recommended!

Excellent groomers, I have 2 large cats who can be very difficult but they always come back looking very smart. They are also a lot calmer after their haircuts than when I have used other companies Highly recommend.

He is so patient, warm, has professionally carried out our baby's full grooming today (31/12/2021) what a lovely experience for our Sophie to end the year fully groomed by a very kind man. I had my Maltese Casper groomed with Pets in the city by Les one of the mobile groomers. I am very happy with the service that was provided…they arrived on time and even sent me videos of him getting his teeth brushed / being washed as he usually gets quite nervous. I have tried for the first time their mobile grooming and teeth descaling services based on the amazing reviews I found online, and I have to say I will keep on calling them again and again! Oliver was very calm and relaxed, his teeth are now shining and the groomers Joel and Arniel are the best!
They showed so much professionalism on handling the dog, they were careful with him and they kept on updating me with nice pictures and videos! Top service and highly recommended!

The team at Pets and the City are fantastic. Right from Charles who’s so pleasant to talk to while booking to the mobile team who come to the doorstep - everyone is a thorough professional and passionate about what they do and you can see that in their work. My Maltese dogs were handled tenderly as one of them had recently had surgery and the other one was recovering from an ear infection. The groomers were patient, thorough and affectionate towards the dogs and their haircuts were perfect snd they took all my instructions and ensured the dogs were LBB too stressed. I really like how they keep extremely professional and friendly at the same time. I used their service for nail trim and caps for my 2 cats and i am really happy with the experience. One of my cats is not easy at all, still they managed to do a great job. Totally recommendable!

I have booked the service at 11 am, but without any notice they decided to turn up 1,5 h earlier at 9: 30 am. Thanks to that I had to reschedule my other appointments and commitments for the day, as clearly they don't respect the client in any way! Not to mention they woke up my guests who have been traveling all night and were looking forward to some rest. I have booked the groomer at 11 am FOR A REASON! This happened already twice, as last time they showed up 40 minutes too early, while I was on an important work call but had to pause it and arrange the dog pick up! Absolute JOKE! I rather use a different company, which is more professional and doesn't show up at clients door whenever they want to!

My cat Maya doesn’t like going to the vet. So the home service to clip her nails was a good idea:) my cat is always scared and sometimes a little bit difficult but the staff was very experienced and talented. Thanks a lot!

They came on time and are kind and professional individuals, used them now for the second time with different groomers and still a great experience for me the ‘mama bear’ and for my fur babies, one of my dogs is skittish and very frightened of everything.however today he was catered for and went happily with Lester for his grooming session. Romeo & Juliette miniature Yorkshire terriers had an amazing service today with ‘Pets in the City’!
They arrived exactly on time and were incredibly professional. They have done a beautiful job with their hair cuts.
I had forgot something so had to tap on the van, I was very pleased to see when they opened up, a very relaxed Romeo sitting on the table without even the need for a leash to hold him in place. The handlers obviously have a very nice mannerism with dogs for them to be that relaxed. Thank you!

Absolutely LOVE Pets In The City mobile grooming service. 500% responsive, reliable, communication from the back office & from the groomers is second to none, the groomers are lovely and always do a brilliant lion cut for my long haired cat. They arrive at my doorstep, collect her in her box then deliver back half hour later, just perfect. Plus, completely reasonably priced for such a fantastic service. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

My dog was aggressive towards them. The barber was patient in getting the dog to the van. Our dog had no injuries as the barber scooped him up from the back while we were distracting him. He gently placed him in the table in the van. HE SILENTLY GAVE THE DOG THE GROOM TO AVOID THE DOG GETTING STRESSED. GERY SMART.

Lex and oto was on time and contacted me accordingly. My dog (Samoyed) was so clean and all the things that's need to be done were done.

Tried this service for the first time today. They were over an hour and a half late without any notice. Our cat was bleeding from all 4 paws and has a small cut on her leg. The groomers claim that the cuts came from the cat trying to hit the dryer, and that “it was our cats will, not their fault”. Regret using them and will never use them again.

UPDATE: The owner contacted us and was very helpful. She reimbursed the vet fees for treating the injuries and told us she’d review their policies to ensure this doesn’t happen again.

I am a long time customer. Unfortunately it's almost impossible for me to book grooming last 3-4 months. The landline is constantly busy every time I tried to call. The toll free doesn't work since months. Last time sent email and received a reply the next day. It's inconvenient and try to reach on the phone a couple of times for a couple of days in a row. It is time for me to find another grooming service. It's too much effort.
