Petsville Luxury Dog Staycations Active Daycare Grooming

The place is great for the dogs, who always enjoy going there, especially with the swimming included in the half-day stay. It is very well organized and in an easily accessible area (although sometimes with quite a traffic). It is one of two places where we feel we can entrust our dogs when we are not around.

We had an amazing experience leaving our lab Echo in the facility for 10 days. We were getting daily pics updates while we were traveling, and sometimes video clips too. This made our travel tension free as we could rely on the group of amazing professionals at Petsville. The staff is really dedicated and pay close attention to overall well being of the dogs. Special thanks to Katarina and Gaby for regularly keeping us updated on our pet’s pre existing health issues.

It seems like a good place to leave the pets. Improved space for Los Gatos. They spend a lot of time locked up and the play spaces are very small and only indoor.

My boy loves coming to Petsville! We have been coming for the last 2 years and cannot find any fault. The staff has been amazing with him (he is a nervous boy) and always updating with pictures and any questions I have. Thank you team ️

- PLEASE BE CAREFUL LEAVING YOUR DOGS HERE - My 7 year old Hungarian Viszla has returned with several stitches to his eyes and face with damage also to the ears. Eye drops will be required for the remainder of his life.

Hector is a fully trained and exercised gun dog. He has been in confined spaces with other dogs and lives with another energetic dog in the same house.

"These things happen" was the explanation I was given.
He was involved in what I was told was "rough play" and as a result has recieved stitches. He will now require eye drops for the remainder of his life due to not being able to close the eye fully. He can still see from the eye so will keep it for now.

His temperament and Manor has changed since the incident and he is extremely timid and reluctant to go outside still. I presume this will change over time but upsetting given his age and no issues previously.

I had 2 dogs in there at 5600 AED for 3 weeks of boarding which isn't cheap but Previous visits to this kennels showed no issues but this has been a hard lesson to learn.

My dog has been going to Petsville for the past 1.5 years, the staff at the front counter, Bella, Hiza and Rachelle are amazing as well as all the handlers, they seem super caring and treat my dog as though it was their own. They notify you straight away if there’s ever anything wrong and their daily photo updates and themed photos all year round are awesome too, giving you peace of mind whilst you’re away from your dog. Would highly recommend these guys.

Great place to leave your furry kids when you need to leave the city.
They are very professional, they know all the dogs by their names and take care of them with love and patience.
Their facilities are great, as much space as possible to keep the dogs active and the swimming pool is another level. Endless fun for dogs who love to go into the water.
They send you daily pictures to keep up and see how your doggie is, and they are very reactive on WhatsApp if you ask specific questions about your dog.

Friendly and helpful staff. Like the atmosphere -comfortable and down to earth. Our pups get the best care and attention. They love going there, spending time with their friends and the handlers.

Absolutely appalled by this company, I have used them constantly for the last 3 years so that my doggie has continuity when we are away, she is part of our family so this should be important too for the dog boarding options in Dubai to build good relationships and trust, they know we need to book every summer and winter and various times in between but when I’ve asked to book my dog in for 6 weeks from end of June this year they won’t accommodate and have said they are fully booked without any care or thought for the repeat regular customer I am, I have complained to management but still no help or support to solve, they have left me in the lurch now for the summer as a lot of the highly reviewed places are also booked, I don’t understand why they don’t appreciate the importance of checking in with existing customers earlier so they know in advance for repeat clients first, they also knew I wanted to book as ive said previously it’s every summer and Xmas, they are very unorganised and lack good customer care, it’s all about money for them and who books first which is now a concern re the treatment my dog previously had, i don’t understand why they can’t ask repeat customers to confirm their needs in advance at the beginning of the year to avoid this issue, the response I got was sorry we have too many customers bye

As a result of this I would also like to point out the amount of times I have been sent pictures of someone’s else’s dog instead of my own, during her previous stays, sometimes even a different breed I have let it go before due to human error (which ofcourse can happen more with same breed though - I thought) but after this experience now I’m concerned about how well they actually treat the dogs and care about our pets, I will now take my complaint further, because of these concerns, I would suggest anyone booking with petsville to book with caution, we will never use again!

I absolutely love this place ️ the pool is amazing, they have a pick up and drop off service, dry food (Royal Canin) is included in the boarding. I can highly recommend it. It's the only place where I know my dog is well taken care of while I am traveling.

We left our Frenchie for boarding in Petsville. After one day I received picture where I clearly saw his eye got hurt. I asked if it was checked and I was informed the eye is fine and everything is great. During the 2 weeks of holidays I was regularly checking on my dog and asking for his health and I was told that everything was good. However the day before pick up I got a message my dog has infection in his eye and was taken to a vet. The vet checked his eye and gave him prescription for infection.

We picked up the dog, with red eye, runny nose and a few injuries aroud his private areas.

After one day we noticed the dog is not responsive, sleeping all day with the worst runny nose I have ever seen.

We took him to our vet who diagnosed him with fungus and a few other issues. He got injection and medicine.

5 days later my dog is still recovering from this terrible experience.

I cannot believe incompetency of Petsville staff and their vet! For 2 weeks he was sick and they have not done anything.

I do not recommend this place if you don't want to keep your dog safe while traveling.

I visited Petsville today and Claire was very thoughtful and caring about all my doubts. The facilities are very nice and I loved the pools

I had been taking a 10-month old puppy to Petsville for about a month. What drew me in was the nature of the facilities (fabulous) and the professionalism of the staff. Ozzie was happy playing in the dog park and learning to swim in the indoor pool. All was well.

Then, around 11: 00 am on February 24th I received a phone call in which I was told that Ozzie had been snapped at by another dog while he was sniffing around (apparently, the dog was sleeping). Sadly, he was left with a bite wound on his snout about 3 centimeters from his left eye. Thankfully, the staff sprang into action in order to make sure that he was properly cared for. They took him to the vet and secured all of the medication he would need for the next week. Thank you! As might be expected, both Ozzie and I were upset. But, we were calmed by the quick and adequate response of the Petsville team.

Over the course of the next several days Ozzie was kept at home where he could adapt to the antibiotics and heal in relative peace and quiet. I had expected that someone at Petsville would check in to see how he was doing. The first day passed. Nothing. Day 2 passed. Still no one reached out. Days 3 and 4 passed. And, still not a single person called to see how he was doing. When I called on Day 4 to see if he would need a follow-up visit with the vet Claire, apparently surprised to hear of what took place four days earlier, immediately went into deflection and dismissiveness while asserting that nothing of the sort could have happened there. "He must have been playing with another dog. It happens", she said. I was shocked that (a) she was unaware about what took place and (b) that rather than LISTEN (with empathy) she read off a script of deflection and dismissiveness. Needless to say, I became more upset. Not only didn't a single person at Petsville check in on my pooch but subsequent conversations were very impersonal. Apparently, listening in about the details of what took place never crossed their collective minds. Had Claire simply spoken to Romena or Jane (sp?) on any of the preceding 3 days she would have learned a bit about the circumstances surrounding the call that I was making.

It wasn't until I showed up the next day (to collect a refund for the remains days left on the package that I bought) that someone FINALLY asked about how Ozzie was doing. Thank you, Romena!

I took my husky for boarding day before yesterday to PetsVille and this is most worst experience I have ever had in my life. My only condition was that my husky has SEPARATION ANXIETY and she is super sensitive so I needed an update+photo of her at boarding and the receptionist lady named Claire promised us that we will get an update on her and that was the only reason why I left her at the boarding because I had been told that I will receive an update on her first night but I didn’t receive anything even though I contacted them & they said that the operation handlers are there to take a photo+update also and then they stopped the conversation and after 7pm they completely don’t respond or even pick up the call. They should at keep someone at reception for night duty bcuz what if there is an emergency, totally unprofessional and irresponsible
And next day when I picked her up, her paws & private areas are super swollen and she has got hurt next to her eye as well. She seems very afraid and all silent. She was super thirsty when I picked her up so I doubt if she has even been given clean water there as the water bowl in reception was having bees in it & I requested the staff to clean the water bowl but no one took me seriously. My husky has been vomiting non-stop ever since I have picked her up.

It was the first experience to visit the dog's house for my 5.5 months old German Shepherd puppy. So at first I was worried how he will be interacting with other dogs for the half of the day. As before that we were just walking and having sometimes gathering with the dogs in the community. But everything was great. There more my puppy got the first experience in the swimming pool. And looking at the pictures I guess he loved the one. We will definitely visit the Petsville again in the coming days. After long day of plays and pool he is just sleeping

Writing this review while I’m on a trip and put my dog on boarding. I noticed from videos they failed to put water for my dog and trying to reach them but no answer cause they’re totally non-responsive after 7pm. A few times experiencing with them that my dog is coming back from daycare very thirsty especially asked to put water in his room. And they forgot! I can’t go back to pick my dog and videos show (very stupidly) he’s thirsty with no water and I have to wait till morning. Crazy! Irresponsible! Totally unprofessional… no need to mention they didn’t put a bed for my dog too… There should be some authorities in UAE to investigate and control such pet daycares.

Love this place. My dog loves spending time here and I appreciate the constant updates and pictures I receive each time I leave Mia overnight. Would wholeheartedly recommend.

I sent my little Lola here for grooming, daycare and boarding when travelling. They are exceptional. During grooming today, they noticed ear infection on my little baby and Claire informed me immediately and the driver dropped her off in the vets. Am eternally grateful for all the amazing people in Petsville. I know Lola is safe in their hands xxx

The worst daycare ripping customers charging full day rates for only 5 hours which is half day. Also my dog got bit twice at this place! I WOULD NEVER SEND MY DOG TO THIS PLACE. The receptionsit and the manager are not professional. My dog was going yo this place for a year now.

Mia and I went for a trial session on Saturday. The staff were very welcoming which was important to me as Mia has had a difficult life and was understandably nervous. She behaved well and was accepted into the fold. We will gradually build her up to the point where I feel comfortable going on leave. The staff totally understood this and were very reassuring. I had intended to visit several alternative options but my first visit to Petsville confirmed that there was no need.

We’ve been taking our golden retriever there doe almost a year, and we are very happy with the quality of the service and facilities. Best place we’ve tried so far in the past five years!

Cannot say it is good or not. But rules are strange, they are doung assessment of the dog behavior, i dont mind that, but it needs to be appointed and they have slot only after 4 days, because assesments are only between 10am and 1pm. Will have to use another park, since the rules are inconvenient

The place is amazing, one of the best I have been here in Dubai, and now they have an aqua pawk, the water is chlorine free, there’s sprinklers splashing water, two pools one for the big ones and one to the small ones, which is amazing, my dog @Casperthejrt just loved the small pool, so you don’t have to worry, because everything is very well organized to receive your fur baby, also staff and owner are super receptive, thanks for the customary hospitality.

My cocker spaniel had his first day at petsville, and I cannot recommend this place enough. I was shown around in all areas, very clean and super friendly, dog loving staff. Easy to find and parking and I felt safe leaving my furbaby there. Daycare is so reasonably priced and the same price as having a dog walker come in for one hour to your home, no brainer! Alfie is now booked in everyday whilst we work

Chester visited PetsVille today and we all absolutely loved it! It's a very nice place and really makes a dog feel like home! Chester was very happy from the moment he got there and had lots of fun! The place is very homey, clean and really nice! There are indoor playing areas, the kennels are spacious and clean and have comfortable beds and the outdoor area looks like a fun place for dogs to get some exercise and play around! He made lots of new friends and had a blast! There is also a small shop inside with products from Pet's Delight and there is a very cute living area with a sofa and TV where dogs can relax! The staff where also very nice, friendly and welcoming.

Absolutely loved it and will definitely be back soon! I really recommend it if you want your dog to be in a happy place where they will feel like at home and very confortable.
