Very bad shop. They are selling expired items. My dog got sick and got diarrhea with blood. I observed from the packaging that print of expiration are different even my nannies saw that the food have insects. You can see it on their items like can foods with different flavour but same batch number. Original expiration is red color print but I observe that they said new batches has suspecious print details and wrong numericals. Dubai Government should investigate this type of fraud.

They don't take good care of their pets. They sold a sick cockatiel to me again. Also, the bird’s toys are of low quality. I am very disappointed with them.

I highly recommend this place. They always take good care of our dog Skye and all the guys are very professional. Alfred is definitely one of the best and does an incredible job.

- after both my cockatiels DIED in around 1 werk after my many desperate attempts with vets to cure them I tried to inform the store owner that this happened.
- THE OWNER was very very careless with me on the phone talking about animals in a way I found very offensive.

It happened twice that they change the grooming time. I get the impression that they are not well organized among themselves when it comes to appointments. Especially when the employee who called me says "I don't know who booked this for you but the groomer is double booked", even though i received an sms with the booking details, they took another customer l.it simply shows their lack of coordination among themselves.

It’s really disappointing that not answering the store phone and when i visit at 10: 00 pm it’s closed and mentioned the store open until 11: 00, I don’t think it’s trusted store from this attitude!

We took our boy for a nail cut and the groomer Alex is super professional. Our boy is very nervous and scared of getting his nails trimmed but Alex patiently accommodated us and shared some tips on nail maintenance. Would definitely visit again. Thank you so much

The return policy is a joke, you never able to get it back.it have to be in the shop wallet.

They have the best birds in the market with a good value of money, i bought a cockatiel from them and they tamed it for free, Vincent their birds expert is the best.

Good for your pets including dogs, cats abd birds. They also have a grooming place.
Staff is friendly and cooperative.
Ask them for advice about your pet.
The inly problem is that it is really expensive.
Birds are double the price than the petvmarket in Warsan.
But since closer to my community.
