Love, love, love Petzania for always taking the best care of my fur babies while I'm out of town.

The team is absolutely wonderful, welcoming and super friendly. The second you meet them, you can tell that they adore dogs, and know exactly how to handle them with love and care.

Not to mention, the place is forever immaculately clean and well-maintained, despite having several pups in their day care and boarding facility.

Truly cannot recommend Petzania enough!

Brain groomed my three dogs today; he is fantastic, extremely good with communication (he listens to what I want to do exactly for their grooming) and they all look so nice and adorably clean. He is highly recommended

Great service from Brian. He provided update videos throughout the service. Our cavapoo came back to us looking refreshed and like new. She seemed to enjoy the experience too.

Great and speedy service, highly professional groomers who waste no time and make your pet look adorable. Would highly recommend to those looking to make have their pets pampered, cleaned, and made even more adorable.

Edit 2: ok after raising the complaint to the owner he made sure to provide 5 star service today with no additional charge, I wasn’t too positive after my initial experience but it was unordinary case that was resolved in less than a day, completely different experience felt like a different company, if every service is done with the same standard I’ll definitely recommend and book again.

I booked full grooming service for 3 of my pets, they did less than basic touches and rushed everything, the quality of the service is below average and they want to charge the full price even when they skipped half the steps,
1- no bath
2- no teeth brush
3- below average trimming
4- managed to do a large dog + two cats in an hour and 15 min (thats the full grooming)
5- I mentioned deshedding about 4 times while making the conversation on WhatsApp before booking, the pictures is a single sweep on two of my pets AFTER the service, they clearly ignored my request.
6- after discussing it with them they mentioned that they don’t do showers/bath on mobile service yet they charge you for it when i made the reservation specifically for the bath and shedding and went for the full package to do both.

In Summary they did: blow dry, horrible trimming, nail job, extremely rushed to the point that the DRIVER was working on one of my pets, extremely unprofessional.would not recommend at all, still pending their modified bill based on the above as they literally did 1/4 of the service….

Edit 1: Owner contacted me that he is sending a new team tomorrow to do a proper service with no additional cost, step in the right direction and lets see how it goes tomorrow.

Very good service. The trainers are professional and well experienced. I highly recommend Alden, he trained my dog perfectly. My dog now listens to commands, is well potty trained, and behaves well around people and other dogs. I specifically recommend training ur dog with them. What makes them different is that they keep your dog for however long it takes free of charge for any extra days. Ideally, you’d pay for 2 weeks, and any extra days ur dog stays there would be Free, all you have to do is provide them with food for ur dog. In my case, my dog required about 2-3 weeks extra training due to some trauma he had previously, and he stayed there free of charge until he was ready to come home. Another thing, the trainer comes home for a session to help guide you on how to deal with ur dog. And would stay in contact for any questions/concerns or even as simple as advice regarding what toy or treat to get. Trainer Alden came for in house sessions about 2-3 times after I got my dog back, guided and gave us advice on how to approach the respective concerns. 10/10 would recommend.

I keep my dog for a while there just to do socialization with other dogs and the staff abusing my dog and the also arguing with costumer and abusing them with Tagalog language

Wade enjoyed his first ever Dog daycare experience at Petzania, he felt very happy and comfortable, petzania is highly recommended to all furparents outthere. Most accommodating owner and staffs helped Wade to enjoy and feel feel comfortable to play with the other friendly dogs. Very safe place to leave your dog.

My dog seems to love Petzania more than the house. The atmosphere and staff are super. Very attentive and genuinely care for the pets. Jon is always friendly and well informed, always happy to help. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a pet store that they can trust. Also the mobile grooming is super convenient for those busy days. 10/10 would definitely recommend.

I absolutely loved my experience at Petzania. I’ve never seen my Pamela so excited to get groomed. The staff were extremely friendly and took the best care of my Pamela. We’ll definitely be coming back!

Incredible dog grooming service and daycare, the team is so responsive and thorough. Cannot recommend this place enough.

We went for a holiday for a month and we were not able to bring our pup due to being snub nosed. Petzania was really accommodating in regards to taking care of our pup and keeping him healthy and happy. Thank you for keeping our pup happy!

Don't give your dog to them for grooming if you wish your dog good. I took my Pomeranian for wash and I clearly stated I don't want them to trim, shave, cut or whatever else his coat but just to wash and dry. I even brought my own shampoos, conditioners and creams. I came back to find my dog trimmed and his annal area completely shaved. During previous visits they shaved his belly and his annal area as well even I strictly told them not to do it. Vet told us that shaving Pomeranian causes alopecia and other skin conditions that cause hair loss which is disaster. I'm so disappointed and shocked by the way this was handled. Managed to speak with the many who claims to be owners husband but he didn't seem to care. We checked their license and they are allowed only to groom dogs while they also provide daycare, boarding and dog training. We are moving with complaint to DED and Municipality and official lawsuit as they destroyed a coat of show dog. TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL.

Update:

Owner called me just in order to claim their staff haven’t done it and it must be something wrong with my dogs hair falling off. She asked me to remove review. If she wasn’t concerned about the review I’m sure I wouldn’t get a feedback. I sent proof about what has been done to my dog and I’m ignored since then. Unbelievable!

I’ve been taking my puppy for day care for few months now and she loves it! The staff are super friendly and caring with the pups!
It’s only small breeds which is good (for mine)

Also they are good groomers I take her there for that

Petzania staff are professional and I can say that the pet groomer Igwe is an expert and love what he does. Brian is also good and brilliant. I highly recommend their services.
They are extremely gentle, punctual and the grooming van is always clean and sterilized.

We recently used the grooming van and were very satisfied! My dog regularly visits there daycare too

Grooming is excellent and they have good daycare/boarding facility for small breeds. Have a very shy toy poodle and they took good care of him.

Many thanks to the great team of Petzania who has taken care with much love and attention of our dog for over five weeks this summer. They sent us regularly videos and pictures to show us how happy our dog was and we have found him in great shape and relaxed. I can only highly recommend the team to all other dog owners here in Dubai

Excellent place for small dogs to play and socialize as they are looked after really well. My dogs start wagging there tails as we are walking towards the facility There groomer is excellent too!

Terrible experience after having used this groomers several times. Requested the management to contact me regarding the issue and never heard from them which left me with no choice but to now leave an honest review.

My cats whiskers were cut during her visit and she was returned to me with one of her nipples bleeding. At the point of collection I had only noticed the whiskers (they didn’t inform me of their mistake) and they also didn’t tell me about cutting her nipple either. All I received was an “I’m sorry” after paying the full amount. Horrific, won’t be returning.

My Reggie was looked after like a king.having a shave was tough for my hairy boy but the staff made him calm and had no issue making sure he was a happy boy.soooo happy with the service. They also have a lovely day care centre. 24 guard for those who leave their pets and if you go on holiday they are there to keep the babies happy. Such an impressive place.

I got a Maltese from them & he was basically a sick puppy. They fed him ADULT PEDIGREE FOOD instead of puppy food. He was just 42 days old when they showered him FOR THE THIRD TIME. My puppy had an allergic reaction for 14 hours in the night because of the food they fed him prior to that & recommended me to feed him the same (since i was new to the whole thing), I was clueless what was the right food for him. They may be really good for GROOMING & DAYCARE, but never rely on them for bringing any pets home. I feel like I rescued my puppy from them, I should've actually reported them or had them pay for the vet visits I had to make because of them. So just a heads up for anyone looking to take a pet back home, DO NOT rely on Petzania or fall for the sweet talks of the owner. For them its just business, they don't care about the health of new borns:)

Great collection of Pet supplies. Needed something urgently and got the delivery within 2 hours. Fastest delivery.

The grooming service was great, they were very gentle and soft with my cat. They sanitized and sterilized all equipment before and after grooming my kitty.

I brought my cat 2 weeks ago for grooming and now she’s having more than 5 red patches on her skin it’s Ringworm!

Petzania has been a wonderful experience for us! We had given our dog for 2 weeks of boarding and they took amazing care of him and he was very happy. We were given constant updates in the form of messages, pictures and videos. We’ve also gone to them for grooming multiple times and each time it was more than satisfactory. Our dog really enjoys the grooming experience and the environment of petzania. After trying many different places we finally found the best one!

Really lovely groomers - super patient and confident and my puppy was very well looked after and cared for. I am a regular customer and always book with them.

The worst pet store in Dubai! If you want your pet injured or hurt leave it there.

They are reckless, unprofessional unhumane and on top of that the worst service.

They don’t respect their contracts or their terms or what they claim to be.

The staff could bearly communicate with me and I had to walk out with my 4 dogs. Place was dirty. I have been to groomers for the past 10 years and this wasthe worst!

I called them to book the basic grooming for my dog and who ever picked up my call hung up the call on my face as I was trying to understand what this person was saying to me. This is unacceptable coming from someone that works with customer service and by the way when they asnwer the phone they are not professional at all.
I spoke afterwards with the owner of the shop who was very kind, polite and apologetic about what happened. His service recovery was good and promised that this wouldn't happen again.

My cat had a ringworm exactly 25 days after her grooming (as my vet advised, this is the period of time that it takes to show the symptoms). I also waited 30 minutes, as they were finishing off with another cat. So I’m guessing they were in a hurry and didn’t adequately sterilize the equipment. I was happy with the service at the time, now I just regret it. Save yourself the vet bills and just go to a certified, reputable facility for grooming.

I left my dog named Mario for boarding with Petzania for 1 week. The staff was really caring and sent me regular updates. Thank you Petzania for making his stay wonderful.

I use their Daycare services on daily basis for my dog Zorro. Never been this peaceful at work. Extremely Professional, helpful and patient Staff. They share regular photo and video updates of Zorro to keep me in the loop throughout the day.

I have 3 labs and 2 british shorthair. Gave a trial with one dog and cat for boarding and i was very pleased with the way they had been handled. There grooming was also nice and professionally done. Recommend to everyone

Took the Dog Training Package a week ago and the Trainer named Naveed is Excellent. Highly recommend this place to every dog owner.

They were punctual with timings even though it was very crowded and my dogs grooming was on point. The man at the reception even offered me tea or coffee while i was waiting, never happend before at another grooming place. Great to see the service, keep it up!

Mimi and Gigi went boarding 5 nights last week, they were taken care of really well. Got pictures and videos sent to me everyday, best part was they were not locked up in a small space the whole day, reasonably priced too

Really patient staff, and friendly owner, too! The staff were professional, nice and made sure my old kitty was calm and didn’t mind me sitting there helicopter-parenting making sure she wasn’t too stressed. I would highly recommend taking your pet to this place. Even when the other animals’ owners weren’t around, the animals were still attended to with love. Def coming back!
