We do get our pets needed from the store they always have nice staff and pretty pets, they do deliver to house, staff are very helpful as well

A Hope less show off store with poor management! I think the owner has to much money and dont love any pets! Because if you order online their delivery guys are actually coming straight from mars so they deliver it a day later! Will suggest petzoone to close operations if cant deliver the best services! We dont have any options to rate O zero stars!

I ran into pet zone for some dog food (Carnilove) that I can’t find at many places around Dubai. I was pleasantly surprised! The shop looked fully stocked, the employees were super accommodating. They offered to call me when they were stocked up again on the specific dog food I was looking for. They didn’t try to oversell and they were respectful of me being with my dog. Will come back, for sure
