Front office was very excellent and service was good. all the staff was very nice attitude, center was neat and clean

It’s now a couple of years I’m using this center for diagnostic purposes for me and family… They are not only professional but very kind with, last but not least, competitive prices….

Rona in front desk is very accommodating. The NT scan nurse was friendly and took time to assist us several times.

Extremely poor, avoid this place at all cost, it might cost your life.

The entrance of the building is difficult to find, it looks like you are entering a horror movie as everything is dirty and dark.
We used the stairs to go up instead of the lift, and we found lots of dirt as well as a CCTV and server room completelly open and unattended.
1 star goes for the receptionist which was nice and warm, the toilet had an horrible smell but the worst is yet to come.
The exam doctor promised to send the results until 8pm but the receptionist promised to send until 9pm.big red flag, it is now the next day and I have not received the exams. Unreliable place.

Very cheap service, it’s been more than 3 days still didn’t receive my X-ray report and never received calls, I’m calling every day, but there is no response. Totally disappointed with the service.

This is my 2nd time in PH my first was back in 2018. I am really happy with the service and the ambiance is so good facility is clean, staffs are accommodating especially Ronalyn and Yzah. Thank you so much.

I recommended from clinic to them for ultra sound I called them they asked my details then they say yes you can come when I travel all the way to them they said the code is wrong.this is a place where people are visiting due to medical reasons and they don't care about anything.

I did Panorama Nipt test, they were very kind to explain to me which test is best suitable for my needs. I was waiting for my results and got them before expecting time, team always updated me about everything and answered on all my questions. I am very thankful. If you are pregnant don't think twice about lab to do your test.

Well maintained, hygienic, professional and very very helpful staffs from reception to receiving reports.
Reception - Ms. Anne, Ms. Nikki and very special thanks to Mr. Tahir who requested Mr. Prabhakaran for MRI as it was urgently required.
Lab technician - Mr. Prabhakaran who stayed back patiently after his working hours to complete my MRI as it was an urgent case.
And lastly receiving my reports from Mr. Asif

Reception staff very polite and humble. Even I didn't book appointment but they managed and did my ultrasound.

I called using the # on the website, prior to visiting the center and they sent me the complete the direction and instruictions on WhatsApp. The place is so easy to locate, as they provided clear direction on WhatsApp. The receptionist, who is Kabayan assisted me very well professionally and handed me a bottle of water that I should have atleast almost full bladder before the scan.

The waiting area is clean and quite, and the music added a relaxation our us, who are waiting for our names to be called plus! A free wifi access is there too!

I am as more lucky enough to have another kabayan who did the sonography and she was assisted by an indian who was also very soft spoken too.i got the CD copy right after the scanning and before reaching home, I got the email result of the same!

The visit was great and everything turns to be a 5stars for me!

Oh! Btw, I use the secret passage in entering the Diagnostioc center, it's fast and easy access! Believe me!

The lab is Joint Commission Accredited, they send you the results in a timely manner, and if it’s an ultrasound you get to get your CD and report at the same time in some of the times.
This saves a lot of hassles compared to other labs where they act like they own your results and give you hard time to get them.
The staff are very helpful and kind.
I’m changing my rating though because in a recent visit I noticed some shortfalls. The nurse drawing the blood sample had a stained coat, and the toilet was not really clean. That made me doubt if results of a urinalysis for example would come correct.

Had a good experience with them so far. Staffs are very approachable and ques are well managed. One employee named Ershad was so approachable and patient in attending my querries. I must commend one Filipina lady in the reception also. Forgot her name but seems like she is new.

Very helpful and accommodating staff and doctors. I was late for my appointment because of traffic but Nikki helped and adjusted my appointment. Highly professional doctors and nurses. They ensure that patients are well taken care of.

Have been using PH Diagnostics centre (Al Abbas Bldg, Bank street) services for quite some time now. It's a well managed, professionally run centre. Staff are helpful. Ms Nikki at the front reception was very helpful, well informed and helped get the required clarification.

Have been taking my mom for her tests to ph for 2 years now and they are really good at what they do. Special shout out to Ershad from the team for being extremely helpful.

We visited the place today to get some test. The facility is very clean with free valet parking available. The staff is curt and polite. We had an easy experience throughout the engagement.

Very nice and supportive staff members, Ms Roshnee was very caring and supporting. Doctor Vyas was very elaborative in explaining too. Overall good experience.

From outside the centre looked dull, but upon entering its big and have all major facilities. Also, their staffs are excellent and keep up their words i.e send reports on said time and mainly without any followups. Mainly if you are paying by cash, I would strongly recommend this centre as I bet you won't get anyone do lesser than here.

I also do appreciate the manager who called me back to make sure my experience were memorable by receiving all the services on time, from a lady I find yesterday shes a customer Service professional from how she approaches the patient and how she valued the patient timing it was Amazing, Off-course the service you offered was to my satisfaction.

Absolutely horrible, no medical service towards patients, waste of time if not for medical insurance will not recommend this place to anyone

I had an appointment for ultrasound at 1-45 and was delayed by more than one hour, had to pick up my daughter from school, but had to organize and pay to Uber for my friend to pick my daughter up. Very unorganized and other people were complaining about their service here in the clinic as well.

Very poor experience.no one answers the call.being trying to call since last 2 days.disappointment overall as i need to visit for test referred by doctor.

They’re landline number never worked. I tried calling it multiple times but always Busy. The reception was really nice and welcoming but the medical staff who assisted was out of this world.

Worst ever. Appointment got cancelled then advised to come the other day. Had to wait very long hours. No apologies. Tried talking to other staffs but didn't mind. Time wasted. Terrible.

This is the worst centre ever, there is no proper management or supervision.
One of my friend went there on behalf of that i am reviewing she recommended not to go ever to such disgusting place. Long waiting period, no picking up calls, admin is th worst who don't listen or value patients time. Every body is doing there as if they are sitting at their homes.

I had visited PH Diagnostics center, staff is very efficient and friendly also very nice and clean environment. Highly recommended in case if someone has to do some medical tests.

Test results are always delayed than the committed time and they need repeated reminder to send it in mail. Sample collection also required more time. No supervisor available and and staffs are not responsible. Reception phone is always unattended

Since morning tired calling yhe number but no one recieving.total zeto grade.
You diagnostic centre does not have any reliable person to handel for customers calls.

Just by good ambiance will not improve quality.

Waiting time was long. It could have been done faster if the receptionist communicated the procedure bit earlier.

Though there was a lot of people, the staff were very organized and I didn’t have to wait long. My OPG was done quickly and I was given the result the same day and it was sent to my dentist also.

I had given the appointment at 12: 30pm I arrived before my scheduled they took me inside the cabin for the procedure past 2: 45pm. More than 2 hours of waiting I was already thinking of not doing it but I needed most. Please value the time of others. All good except the waiting time.

It was my first time to know about the clinic, the staff are very welcoming, cheerful and professional.their prices are affordable as well.

I received excellent service when i visited PH diagnostics. I was in so much pain and easily irritated but everyone was just so nice. The atmosphere and the whole experience made me feel better. Keep it up

The Filipina receptionist was quick to get up from her seat to assist me as soon as I entered the clinic. After that, I was asked to sit and wait for my ultrasound. Did not wait that long. I was then called by a nurse who took me to the ultrasound room. The room is very clean and very cozy. New sheets were on the bed for me to lay down. I waited for a few minutes for the doctor to appear to take my ultrasound but a nurse came by instead. It was fine since she was a fellow Filipina. They were very polite and very quick to answer. Good experience so far.

This just happened today. I already got an approved procedure when somebody called me at 11am that it will be scheduled on Sat. I re called around 12pm -1 pm to ask if there's a possibility to move it today, filipina receptionist promised to get back at me but NO ONE CARES. Then i tried to call at 3pm when i spoke to a very kind lady (maybe indian or pakistani, sorry again if i rant at you) confirming that there was an available schedule at 5.30 and its posted in their system that "patient will call for the appointment" which is totally different from my situation now. WHY NOBODY GETS BACK AT ME TO INFORM EARLIER? WHY DO YOU NEED TO SCHEDULE ME ON SATURDAY IF THERES AN AVAILABLE SCHEDULE TODAY? I ended up cancelling my request because of this tiring phone call. I wasted my whole day waiting. While nobody understands even if your speaking the same language.
Anyways in this review they will not give a sh** at all.

Service is excellent but the waiting time will take you 1-2 hours before taking the lab test. But it was fine because it was worth the wait.

The ambiance is great and the place is easy to find. The Filipino guy who took my MRI is very humble the way he treated me is extremely great i didnt feel that im sick that time because of him. Thank you for the good treatment. 100% i will suggest PH Diagnostics.

The queue for the OPG was unbelievable even though I was advise that it will take time. I just did not realized that it will take 67 minutes to be precised to have the OPG done and it takes only 2 minutes to have the results on hand.

Location was easy to find. When I reached the reception, I was assisted in timely manner. No long queues. The RadTech was also accommodating. Everything went smooth with the professionals.
