Had a lovely Christmas dinner with our office! Anddy and Anna were excellent servers, very attentive and kept the drinks coming quickly! We missed having some sort of entertainment, that would have added to the atmosphere, but all around lovely evening!

Excellent place to enjoy some time with friends, on weekends there is a lot of atmosphere and live music.the food is good. In general I liked it and I will repeat without a doubt

We had a pleasant time here. Mostly.
The food was delicious and well presented. We visited the place a few times.

The only issue I had was the following: I made a booking for 12pm on Sunday for my Bday. When we arrived there were no one at reception. So we proceeded to go in. We found a couple of waiters and they said they will get reception. Long story short, no preparations were made to seat 12 people. They were going to move tables together. But after 10mins of waiting around and all guests arriving, we have yet to have anyone move a table. I don't like being rude, but I had to raise my concern and told the lady that it was unacceptable that nothing has happened. The place wasn't even busy by the time we arrived. Afterwards they sprang into action, but I couldn't help but feel neglected. It was as if we asked the world to just move 2 tables together.

Anyways, the rest of the experience was still pleasant and will go again. As I am sure it must have been a once off bad experience.

Great food and excellent service with a lovely atmosphere. Myself and my wife especially like this place during the Dubai outdoor season as it's super nice to be able sit outside and enjoy the sunshine and the view.
Both their English breakfast roast dinner are 'top notch'. Highly recommend

The chow mein at Foggs left a lot to be desired. The chicken was tough and chewy, making it difficult to enjoy. The noodles were clumped together, and there was a distinct lack of seasoning or flavor in the dish. It felt like a missed opportunity for a tasty meal. I hope Foggs can improve the quality of their chow mein in the future to provide a more satisfying dining experience.

We tried to book but no answer yo our calls/no online booking, so we turned up finding it quite busy and loud live music. They could accommodate us as a few tables free, but we were asked if we'd booked. Our 3-year-old grandson played in the great play area. The view of the Dubai skyline is great from here. Service was good and fast. Food is hot, tasty, and plenty of it. Music was a little loud but good to listen to.

Never again! The only thing that filled me with wonder is how the kitchen managed to produce such a tasteless Little Nacho starter - little cheese, little topping, zero lime, zero flavour. 2nd starter: The hummus was sour, gritty & ice cold. The seabass was good, but the veg/salad it was placed on was mediocre and the tomato pieces weren't fresh. Our waiter was very sweet, but we had to call for additional service 3x. Please don't tell me you are saddened to hear this, jack up your kitchen and service.

This was a disastrous experience this weekend. Service was appalling. 40! Minutes waiting for a simple meal. The place wasn't busy at all, just very poorly managed.
We will think twice before coming to Phileas Fogg's again.

Brought a friend to here, his first time in Dubai, quite a view. Good pints and quite bites at the bar. Views are something to look for. Free parking outside like 40-50 spots. Next to Emirates Hills community. In general if you stay in Dubai long term or want to show a friend who just came and want to skip the big spots, come here, very chill and good vibes.

It’s the best local spot to have in our area. Relaxed atmosphere, good food, fun for kids and adults with live music! Sunday roast is recommended

My wife and I paid 200 to attend a comedy night, which ended up being cancelled. We understand these things can happen. The company said they will refund the 200 and thus we provided our bank details. After 2 weeks of not receiving our refund i contacted them via WhatsApp. They admitted they had not yet started the refund process and asked for my bank details once again. For days now i have asked for an update regarding this refund. Everyday i am giving excuses to why the refund hasn't been processed yet. Now the company are not answering my phone calls or replying to my messages.

Service was the let down. Sunday Lunch, so a busy time but understaffed. 20 mins for drinks, 40 mins for food. Roast beef was incredible, really really good and the trimmings were average. Solid 3/5

Roast was pretty bland. Great drinks deals. Staff are pleasant but poorly trained and not fast.

Beautiful place with amazing views and the best service. Especially Love-Joy, she is great! Really kind and attentive without being pushy. Amazing place to sit on the terrace, enjoy a drink and the live music.

Made an impromptu visit here, and wasn't disappointed. Will be returning during the world cup

Wow. Used to love this place but its gone massively downhill. Not enough staff. Nobody had come over after 15 mins of sitting down so ended up going to find menus myself. My wifes coffee arrived cold, and the kids pancakes were basically just 2 supermarket tiny pancakes with a plastic tub of syrup - probably the most sorry looking dish I have ever ordered anywhere. My glass was dirty too.
Staff looked massively overworked. Not enough of them.
This looks like a classic case of somewhere that started out good but has got complacent because they know they are going to be busy. Its a shame.

Used to be a solid place for service, overwhelmed now. 45 minutes for first drink and service recognition didn’t improve past that. Shame was one of my go 2s

Always nice to chill here, Aircon is always on blast with good music, food, environment is great. They always have sports on the tv if you follow football or golf, it's always on. They show important matches on the projector too. Drinks are reasonably priced.

Great place, good people, tho a lot of beers on their menu were not available that day. Loved the pizza! But not the PadThai: (it was not properly cooked.

There is literally nowhere in Dubai I prefer going to than Phileas Foggs. I love it so much- the food, the drinks, the live music, the staff. I’ve never had a remotely bad time here, it’s all just perfect. The only thing I’d change is having the time to come even more. Phileas forever xxxx

Served my pregnant wife alcoholic cocktails even though she specifically asked for the non alcoholic (virgin/mocktail) versions. When we complained to the manager (who seems to superior to wear a mask - credit to all the staff as they do) he didn’t seem interested and avoided me the full time we were there. Finally spoke to him but his attitude was disgusting luckily every time my wife took the first drink she could tell, but if not this could have been a serious issue

It's so nice to go for a drink and friends gatherin.it's kids Friendly they have playing area for kids.and the view is on the Golf Court.full of Green.staff are so friendly and nice. I would highly recommend.

Relaxing atmosphere, delicious food, beautiful views, friendly staff, reasonable price and lovely experience.

The only thing going for this place is the location. Cheap high chairs which are uncomfortable, very slow service and the food - omg the chef must be fired. Everything I’ve ever eaten here is poor poor taste. What a waste of money.watering hole - that’s all it is.

This place has it spot on. Quality food, Attentive service, great atmosphere. Similar places in Dubai (other golf club restaurants) dont quite get it right - Phileas Foggs does. Family lunch or evening out. Everybody seems to fit in. Well worth the drive.

Bad, bad food. A table of 12 people and no one enjoyed the food. Good for a pint or two in the garden and nothing more.

The service here is without a doubt the worst i’ve experienced in Dubai. Waiting an hour for every drink, incorrect food and drink orders coming down every single time. Would not recommend. 0/10

Service is average, staff is not very friendly, no thank you, no bye and all other usual elementary politeness. Breakfast was okey but the bacon was old and tasted really weird.

Had a bad experience on New year's day but after emails and phone calls we were asked to give them another chance so we went on the 5th Jan we were very happy with the service and the food we ordered 2 fish and chips 3 pizza's and a chicken curry all delivered piping hot and delicious drinks very good definitely use this place in the future maybe not on a rainy and busy day

Breakfast experience:
Let me start with the good (won't take long) as a setting its great, right next to the golf course with outdoor seating and beer on tap, there is also a small kids area which is always a bonus for families. The food however is average at best, we ordered pancakes for the kids the only reason it was plural was the fact that there were two tiny portions not enough for a child (cost 20 aed). We then ordered lamb shakshuka and XXXL English breakfast. They were out the shakshuka so we stuck with the XXXL but asked if they could substitute the three black puddings for something else, they said no to extra bacon no to eggs no to sausages and the best they could do was an extra hash brown instead. The food took more than 45mins and the place was half full. We had ordered over easy eggs but they brought sunny side up, they did offer to replace but we said we didn't want to because of how long we might have to wait. The waitress literally walked off saying "Oh My God". Would I come back. Never for breakfast that's for sure.

Been here a few times for breakfast. Generally good, but sometimes I found the dishes to be rather cold.

Recently however, I think I received the worlds smallest poached egg.

Terrible soggy breakfast. Bread not fresh. Something as simple as Scrable eggs were watery and the plate was drenched. Great location and hope they get better chef

Casual place to hangout with friends and get some drinks with a nice golf course view. Beware, Lots of family with kids in the weekend.

We've lived in Dubai on and off for almost ten years and never actually made it to Phileas Fogg before today so was excited to try it out. We came Saturday lunchtime so not surprising the place was fairly busy. The view outlook over the golf course with the Dubai Marina skyline in the background is just stunning. There's a lovely outdoor area with a children's playground and a large stage. We were really excited for an amazing experience.

But, and it's a big but, the service was absolutely terrible. Our servicer could not have been less hospitable, she was rude and really made it clear she hated every moment. When we ordered a soup she came back and said "You'll have to choose something else there's no soup today". No apology, no explanation, just choose something else. When we chose a replacement it was completely forgotten so one of our party didn't have a meal at all. When we asked where the meal was she turned her back and stormed off!

All in all an otherwise lovely experience ruined by someone who clearly does not want to be there. Disappointing.

Amazing piece of England in Dubai - cold pints and great selection of pub classics with a high end twist. The decor is very relevant and tasteful with references to Phileas Fogg’s adventure around the world in 80 days. The view of the golf course and marina skyscrapers is just incredible. Great live music when we went. Basically looks and feels like what an iconic pub in England would be like if we had good weather. We already came here twice in a day and would definitely return!

In a nutshell, this place banks on the golf course views so they only offer mediocre food and ridiculously bad service. It started out with seating as I was approaching a staff member to ask if a table was taken and I thought she didn’t see me but when I called out she turned around and gave me a “ oh you’ve caught me now I have to answer you” look. I joked were you trying to ignore me? And she just laughed. The service was beyond inefficient. Difficult and frustrating from the get go with missing items and having to ask for things more than once all that from a male waiter who disappeared, unfortunately because the waitress who took over after that was unbelievably unqualified to say the least. A late comer in our party ordered a burger from her, she took the order and came back with a tray of drinks that she spilled (a beer bottle flew and sprayed everywhere) mainly on my son’s legs and later we discovered on some of our food as well. She apologized and left never to return to clean up her mess. The burger never arrived. We later found out that she never put the order in. Even though we reminded her and she kept laughing ans saying it’s coming. Later on she confessed saying she forgot to order it while giggling and acting like it’s cute to be such a mess of a waitress… Even after I contacted the management all I got was “ we apologize”

Nice place at Montgomery golf club.
The menu is big and English food is the specialty.
Also chicken katsyu curry was very good.
The atmosphere was very good and there's always live music from the stage.

Food was good. Service perfect thanks to hadley oscar that was our waiter. Very freindly with the kids. Definitely a place to repeat.

Horrible experience at the arena for the Euro cup,

Had a table and ordered buckets of drinks and food with my friends.
The quality of the food was horrendous, all the food was horrendous without exception. The sausage, cheeseburger, chicken burger and hotdog (that's all that was on the menu) were extremely disappointing.

And even worse there was an insect in the burger that my friend ordered and there was no compensation for such a disgusting food quality - the burger hence tasted crunchier than expected

Everytime one would get up to cheer for the any team or goal scoring the security would come around to have you sit down.

I strongly urge the management to fix up it's act as this one star does not justify the bad experience had at the football arena.

If you are looking for a good football experience with good food, find another place.

Again, go find a better place to go to as this deserves 0 stars.

Great meeting place with friends or families. Food is nice, service is kind of OK. There is a kid playground and balloon guy on the weekends as well. We will go there again for sure.

Good food. Non-smoking interiors. Live music at just the right levels for a Thursday night catch-up with friends.

The food is shockingly poor for the price and location - there are much better places in Dubai. I wouldn't recommend Phileas Fogg's and won't be going back.

Great pub / restaurant. Nice interior and great outside area with live band. Good atmosphere. As for the food it was utterly delicious; the best pub food I've had for a very long time. That said, the portions are somewhat small to an extent I would call them mean given the price! (a small pie for 20 quid which came with 6 chips). I'm off to McDonald's now to pick up a take away on the way home

The manageress only reserves tables for her friends and ignores regular customers who have enquired about booking but told first come first served.

A new venue since the old restaurant was knocked down and renovated. Place is busy with a good ambience, but may not be to everyone’s taste. Views across the golf range all the way to the jLT and JBR skyline is great, but food and drinks are quite pricey and having all the bouncers around is a bit intimidating

Disappointing experience. Very average food, poor service and very loud environment. Not pleased my kids had to listen to so much foul language from nearby table.

Superb ambience although social distancing is a thing from a utopian world. The bar was packed with people and while one can sit outside, that isn't fun. A bar like this must be able to at least provide fans and the mist throwers in 45 degrees heat. That is how you attract more people AND maintain social distancing. That thing that's important to limit the spread of Covid.

Great for us for post golf drinks and food. We came on a Friday evening, the service was great, food was great. We'll be back!

Spring rolls were frozen and did not taste good, dynamite shrimp was over fried, fish tacos were okay. In addition, extremely loud like my ears are hurting after coming here.

I really enjoy the atmosphere here. The doorman and the hostess are always helpful and accommodating to the guest. I especially appreciate Marie, who catered to us when we needed with patience and a smile. Thanks to her, We had a lovely evening. A great place for chill drinks and good vibes.

This is a VERY British place. The decorations no the way that it is set out is actually quite quirky and fun. They have a large TV screen outside which they play sports on so I can assume it would be geared up for big sports events. The view out to the marine is amazing but you can’t sit outside if it’s too hot or sunny.

The drinks were ok but cocktails tasted like they only had 1 measure of spirit as they weren’t strong at all. Also for the price that is a little cheeky. The wine on happy hour was vile. Prices for happy hour at 35aed is ok but the quality of those drinks is bad. Prices for drinks otherwise is average Dubai expensive.

Food seemed ok. I had the margarita pizza simply because it was cheapest at 55aed. The food is actually a little pricey I would say - I would expect these prices if they were on entertainer but without it’s a little much.

Overall, if I wanted to go to a place that felt like a Whetherspoons on a Friday then I would go here.
