If there is zero star I will definitely give zero or negative rating. Aside from high price staffs are really rude. Specially that one fat guy.i don't know the name so i must describe only from his looks.i ask him to please scan the signed the documents i printed from them Woow he rolled his eyes at me as if i did him wrong if they don’t like what they’re doing better don’t do it.it's ok for the high price i understand that your shop is the nearest so ok i need it i will pay for it.but all those kabayan staffs wow attitude are all not acceptable. I hope the management will do something about it. I am from Philippines and i don’t usually write bad reviews specially to my fellow kabayan but this is not acceptable coz it’s not the first time that happened to me. Many times i came back to your shop same thing, same rude attitude I received from them.

It's like they are under paid or not paid at all.
They are very rude and posses no skills in customer service at all.

I regret my time and money I wasted there!

If there will be no star I will rate as no star. I am from Philippines as well, and their staff as well. All I can say is shame on 2 girls and 1 guy. You lack customer service. If you are not happy with your job, otherwise resign and leave. The business will not benefit from you guys. Now I need to take another photo for my eid, and i will not come back to this shop! Also Ive seen how rude they are with other nationality, they are not helpful.

Fast service though pricey. Photocopy/Printing is 2aed per page for black and white and 3aed for colored. For photos, especially for visa purposes, they already know the required specifications, just mention the country where your getting the visa and they will print your photos right away.

Very Rude philipino staff, why can't the owner mix nationalities, they chat in their language, they didn't attend to me until I talk, bad customer service, guys go somewhere else, expensive for nothing

Unbelievably rude filipina with long hair. I told her the size of the photo that i needed and showed her the size that i needed. She went on to irritably tell me how wrong i was with sizes. I'm a doctor, not a photographer. This is not my line of work. She just proceeded to point to a corner with no instructions. I dont understand how someone can be so rude without proper manners. Not fit for customer service at all!

the filipino guy taking photo's sound and acts like he does not want his job, very rude, behavior is inappropriate in customer service, IF YOU DON'T WANT YOUR JOB. LEAVE THE COMPANY.not coming back here anymore.

Today I visit that place for photo copy there 1 philppines lady and man very bad behavior show me I need photo copy I don't have data he tell me go metro send us free wifi pic whstsapp both r very bad don't go that shop its not good

Im a bit disappointed to this store, i try to ask some question tru watsapp but sadly no one care to reply and they just seen my msg.i think they are not ready to do some business at all

I had no choice as this is the nearest studio in rigga metro. As usual, poor customer service and quality of pic could have been better. If u want a better picture for ur cv and id, i suggest u go for another studio.

Disappointed! As i inquire for passport size photo, for 35dhs it will be 8pcs but when I reached home its only 6pcs?

Unprofessional and rude staff, terrible place to go.
My experience was negative on 19/Sep/2022, where I have asked the lady to send me the soft copy of the taken photo, she sent a low resolution photo and said “we are keeping the original one in our computer”. In my experience for the last 14 years in Dubai, I have never been into such situation and rude customer service rep.
Eventually, they sent me the original photo, but threatened me by saying “we are deleting the original photo from our database”.

I had really worst experience today. From the very beginning I was feeling unwelcome. The staff there were not smiling at all. There wasn’t softness in their voice.

I took a passport size picture one of the chubby Philippine lady took my picture. After they give me the picture i was on the way to home. On the way i feel to check the picture one time and i found my shirt was out of my coat and went back and showed to the same lady who took my picture.

That lady she blamed me that I should see it. Being a photographer she should instruct me or not? How she did not see that. And was advising me that it’s ok to submit that picture. Seriously? How come i’ll submit such picture? She was so rude and was arguing with me, other Philippine lady also came from back and told me that i should Know how to fix myself.

There was one guy too they started communicating in their language. I felt so annoyed and disappointed that i went there for picture.

Later i asked them to click my picture again and give me. They edited the same and gave me. I was treated that they did it for free.

I don’t recommend to visit there. The staff there doesn’t know to apologize on their fault. Infact they’re blaming you that you should know it.

Who ever is reading this review, please do not visit to this shop. The staff is very rude and they don't want to serve you at all. They don't even care about the customers. So please let them live alone and do not go there if you have a little bit of self respect. Thank you!

Worst worst worst STAFF. 3 Filipino ladies. Racist, bias and unprofessional. No ethics at all. 25July 9: 25 pm staffs. CALLING THE ATTENTION OF THE OWNER! You are seriously taking a wrong staffs.

I want to put this on high light your staff name Adel very rude she should not be working to your company and i want to complain her for her bad behavior she makes a mistake printing my documents but instead of saying sorry and admitting she makes a mistake she put a blame on me with a very rude manners a staff like that will lessen the will of a customer to visit your shop.

Staff should be more friendly and smiling
They are keeping cats inside the studio which is so annoying especially if you have a customer who has phobia and despite of mentioning this to them they were not happy with my comment and kept the cats walking around

Being a Filipino myself, it pains me to say that the staff, 1 male and 1 female, should not be allowed to work there unless they are trained about the basics of customer service. It is surprising as we Filipinos are naturally good-natured.

As a customer, I felt they were not happy about what they were doing, not happy to communicate with us, and not happy to assist us.

Either they should be trained or replaced with someone else who can provide better service and knows how to appreciate the business that people bring.

I will not go back to this shop and will definitely tell my family and friends to go somewhere else.

The worst ever rude staff i have met in costumer service. I came to do a photo today at 1pm I fall in line and wait for 25 mins for my turn but when its my turn this Filipina lady take the guy who just came. When i told her that i am the first one who are waiting for so long she look at me with her staring eyes and say to me and I caught “I thought you are waiting for something! I say no i am waiting for you to take me a photo. She give me a bad look and ignore me. I want to shout at her but i control myself and left the shop. She is 5 feet hight with black hair. This kind of staff shouldn’t be working in costumer service. She has to learn how to speak well with all the costumer in a way.

It felt like you owe it to them that you used their service. When you ask something, it felt like they are not happy with their jobs and not happy that you came to their place. Not courteous and not helpful at all.

Worst studio I ever visited. Even after waiting for 15 Mints nobody bothered to ask me what I need. There is no much crowd indeed. No assistance in providing available options to purchase a frame. They don't have minimum photo editing skills to give a quality product and concern to talk in good manner.

Such a poor & non professional behaviour by staff, I would not recommend this studio if you are not philipino. Photo suppose to be clink inside the studio but they finish there Job in counter only (I can take picture with my mobile phone better than that)

The lady who takes the picture is not a professional. The photos were tilted and my face was sideways. Never recommend it

Very hard to find parking for this place has to go around the block 4 times. But they are quick

Staffs are very unprofessional. They will tell you to send the pictures thru email EVEN IF YOU DON’T have data and if you ask them if they have wifi they will tell you they don’t have but in fact they really have! Seriously? It’s not a loss if you let the customer connect for 5 mins! That’s what customer service is. Will never go to this branch and will not recommend as well.

Today at exactly 2pm i went to this branch for my son’s passport photo. We need to go upstairs for them to take photo of my son and u fortunately it’s quite high stairs and I’m carrying my baby who’s also very heavy. My baby’s hair need to be fixed as per the attendant in this shop so i need some water for me to fix my son’s hair. THIS IS THE WORST PART THAT MADE MY DAY SOOOOO BAD! The lady on duty asked me to go down and get water to fix my sons hair but i told her I can’t leave my son he will cry and she answered me to bring my son down. IMAGINE? I need to go down that stairs to get the water and i asked her if she can’t do it for us but she insisted me to do it instead. WHERE IS THE GOOD SERVICE? Are these staff well trained!? And by the way there is no so much customer only me and the other couple. I hope the management will take action on this!

Kabayan ka pa naman! Talagang pababain moko sa mejo kasikipan na stairs na haba pa bitbit anak ko. Grabeh! Buti nalang Lord you have comforted me to not do anything sa galit ko talaga. Plus yong isa na naaa baba di pa talaga ako sinagot agad na may gripo sila!

They are great also when it comes to editing. Coz my baby cant close her mouth this is actually for the visa purpose and the PRO requires a close mouth so they fin a way to close it by editing and it turned so nice and still cute as well.

The staffs are not good, not friendly and not approachable. They dont know how to smile to the customers. They are not assisting the customer well. Very bad customer service. You have to change your staffs.

To edit yout photo need to charge 10 and if you request soft copy on your email you need to pay another 5 aed completely annoying.while in other shop the total price comes with cd for your your soft copy.

Very poor customer service which needs to be seriously looked into by the Management.try AL ABARJ studio located inside of the building in front of Crowne plaza salah al din st.they have very accomodating staff who will give u the best assistance you are looking for.good editing skills as well with no extra charge even when you need to save a soft copy.

Staffs are rude and not accommodating at all. If you have you own photo and just want it to be printed they will ask you to send it to their email, its fine, but be sure you have your own data because the staff said they don’t have WIFI (even though you can see it on your wifi list) maybe they don’t like to share their password, i don’t know.but for the customers convenience, its not really good to ask customers to send things on email but you don’t have wifi.so now it will be your problem how to send it to them.they will not even offer any options for you on how you can send it to them.this is the only shop i went to in dubai with no wifi.

Bad place with bad customer service the girl asked more money based on Nationality and interest on the print not recommended at all
