Terrible experience, i entered the shop the lady literally ignored me, until another customer came which she served, lost a customer before even an interaction, definitely not returning.

Very costly and unprofessional.

Went there recently to take photos for passport renewal. The lady photographer quickly came in and took 2 photos, without even telling how to pause or adjust the face. It is very costly also, AED 55 for 8 copies + soft copy by email.

Best place in Jebel Ali to get your passport photo done in a jiffy. You get your photo done under 30mins at AED 35 for a set of 10.

Very rude and not helpful, paid 110 dirhams to have soft copies, never received them and never ever saw that type of rudeness and unprofessionalism
Highly not recommend, don’t waste your time and money

Actually went there 3 years ago, but they made very nice portrait photos then, although were just for passport

Really rude staff, the Indian staff with spex who was attending us messed things up, the passport size photo cutting for Schengen visa was done wrong, the borders were all out followed by a damn attitude.

I clearly stated that my request is for Australian Visa requirements. The staff photographer is unprofessional and without service knowledge. They must guide the client for the right photo specification. I end up paying for a new set of digital and printed photos.

Photographers here are totally unprofessional. I had been here to get couple photographed as it was close by, ended up being disappointed with the print of the photo. Photo they gave me looked really bad due to the edits that were done. Wouldn't recommend anyone to go.

I am writing this review not to offend anyone. I've been in this place so many times to do my photos it so happened that I do not have any choice but to go there as there is no nearby Photo Center in my area so I always end up to this very POOR customer service and unbelievably UNPROFESSIONAL staff. It is just so frustrating you are paying for the service but not getting the right treatment in this center. A very small favor and job they are absolutely snobbish and the quality of the photos are not what you expect and not even listening to what instruction you will advise them. I am hoping this will not happen to other people or else you will lost a lot of customers by doing the same thing.
