Very expensive for a basic service. Its handy but expensive. Passport photos for two is for 130 dirhams, one extra shot for 65! Feedback from the staff is its the company policy! Not even keen on taking feedback!

No scan first, when I came back asking to photoshop and save a few old photos (specifically scanned at a different place), they wouldn’t have time to edit 11 photos! Zero customer service, if you don’t have time for customers, what are you there for? No respect to customers, the editor was sitting with her back to me.

Visited for digital photo based on canadian specification. It took only 15 minute for whole process. Fast and reliable service.

Very bad service, super expensive but wrong photo, I bought black clothes as they suggested to take the passport photo (which not a real requirement form the government, waste my time and money to buy the clothes), I spent 65aed for passport photo. In the end it’s not accepted by the government, the shop refuse to retake for free. Waste of money (150 including the clothes) and time.will not suggest to anyone.

I strongly believe they could do the entire service much faster than how it is.why do you need 20 minutes to print and cut small personal photos? Other than this the place is nice and staff are kind.

Excelent place. Quick in and out. We did 3 family photos on canvas and came out great. They are on time as promissed. Bit expencive for canvas pictures, but in managable range.

Nice people and quick service. I asked for passport size photos. It takes about 15 minutes to print them, as they told me at the beginning. Fair price.

Great experience. I was able to get passport photos taken and printed in 20 minutes as well as getting a digital copy emailed to me immediately.

Completely dissatisfied!

I visited photomagic to take a photo for the UAE ID. The only option they offered was a minimum of 8 printed photos for AED 65. I asked them whether they had the option of emailing the digital photo only as the UAE ID only requires a digital photo. Answer was No. I asked whether there were only 4 photos as I genuinely did not need 8 printed copies in a world which has now become super digitized. Answer was No. Was pressed for time, paid the AED 65 which is also too high anyway, and vowed never to visit photomagic again. Service and prices is anything but magic.

If you ever need a passport photo, this is the best option. They have the exact guidelines for all countries. They are also quick and organized. Parking may be difficult at times, but you don't need to worry as the service takes around 15 minutes.

It is next to spinneys in motor city. Parking is available. The cost of printout and photocopy is a bit high.

Quality of 5x7" prints is very bad
They used normal thin Kodak paper and cut it after. Charged full price for it. Very bad compared to other shops. Not returning again
