Poor Quality pictures. Our passport pictures were rejected today for visa issuance due to very low pixels. When I saw the small pictures I requested a clearer higher quality version just like the ones they advertise on their wall, but the sales advisors kept on discussing darker or lighter features which was irrelevant to the main problem.

Not advisable to waste your money on poor quality images that most probably will be denied at the public entities.

The staff is not customer centric, downright rude sometimes depending on whose around
