I tried ordering prints and they had a discount for your first order, great news!
Firstly it didn’t work and I contacted customer service. They then called me and said they’d been issues with the code and to try again later today.
I did and again it didn’t work. So I waited another day, tried again and no luck. Then I contacted them twice more via email and no answer.so I waited another few days and hey the discount code now works!
So I finally ordered 8 prints, guess what only 6 were sent. I contacted customer service (4th time now) and mentioned two were missing. They told me I was wrong and they’d sent all 8.
Not true and I had to push to say I’d only received 6 of 8 photos.
Photo quality was good once received. If you have a week or maybe longer to wait try them if not don’t bother and go somewhere else.
