Piatti by the beach

We had great time on the beach of Piatti. Very quite and nice view place with top food and service. Price is clearly Palace side

Too bad they refused to take ALL loyalty’s card for credit for food

If you would like to lose money, just come to this place, they have the worst service ever. Food never on time, you can get the main course and get the salads after 15 minutes that’s normal for them. We had to pack the main courses.

Nice atmosphere, good service but the food does not worth its price at all, even the complimentary bread was not fresh

What a cool beach bar next to Raffles! Italian cousine, with a lovely atmosphere. For an easy lunch I highly recommend it.

We had a lunch at Piatti. The atmosphere is fine but the staff is very rude. Especially the manager of the restaurant is very very rude. If you don’t like any food, they will not accept it. They will come to you and they will say how you don’t like it and this is one of signature dishes. No apology. Only they will blame you.

The service and staff was very rude. I don’t recommend to go there as they don’t deserve ang single of money. The food is not delicious as well

The food quality is poor and not tasty. Not good organised and very loud Music.
It is better to double check the price list and the bill to be sure not to pay extra.

Very nice new italian restaurant, located in Raffles the palm hotel. Great customer service, beautiful setting and view, very very good sea food and italian food.

Both beach and pool are very okey and relaxing place to be.we have well trained Life guard at pool and beach to make sure you are safe intems of swimming.

Oh my God. What a discovery, this place is detached from Heaven and brought to The Palm Jumeirah. The food is undoubtedly the best I had in Dubai, I am positive that the Chef cooks with so much passion, inspired by his heart and soul. Special thanks and acknowledgment to Brad who waited on us, this gentleman will go a long way in the hospitality industry. Will be there again and again and then many agains. Thank you for the great time my wife and I had this afternoon

Food was nice however expensive. We stayed in Raffles so thought we would try it out. Great vibe and cocktails

Die Speisen haben eine gute Qualität und der Service ist sehr bemüht.
Insgesamt gehe ich aber fest davon aus, dass keiner der Restaurant Beteiligten jemals in Italien war. Wäre es anders dürfte er/sie dort nie wieder einreisen.
Die Vorspeisen sind absolut erbärmlich (Menge, Würzung, Anrichteweise), die Hauptgänge keine Steigerung, einzig die handgemachte Pasta ist ein kleiner Lichtblick. Abgerundet wird die Never-Come-Back-Experience um eine preisliche Gestaltung die lächerlich ist. Das erste Wiener Schnitzel (angepriesen als Kalbs- Kotelette), für das 65€ (ohne Beilagen) aufgerufen wurde. Also das ist für mich insgesamt ein Witz

Amazing views and surroundings by the beach. The restaurant focuses on serving Mediterranean and Italian cuisine. The dishes served were delicious and tasteful. A serious addition to Dubai’s food scenery. Professional and pleasant service.

It feels like you are in a Mediterranean island.
The view is breathtaking and the music completed the experience, the right songs the right time!
We visited the place for dinner in a busy Monday night, the hostess was welcoming and the staff were very attentive and polite but the team needs work. The food was nice and the appetizers, or antipasti let’s say, created the entrance of this culinary journey. Main courses need a bit of extra effort but it feels like the kitchen knows how to satisfy a guest in the end. Totally recommended! We will go back

Beautiful Italian restaurant place by the beach in raffles palm hotel in Dubai. The food is fresh and tasty, the staff is very friendly.every thing about this place was just amazing.
They also have outdoor seating area with with beautiful view of the Atlantis
