Had a reservation for a table with view was offered 3 table I picked a table outside but the weather was humid so asked to move to a different table inside and what I experienced after that was horrific when they just gaslit us about the tables that she offered to us when we arrived. Very disrespectful staff never going back

The restaurant is located in a spectacular location. Very good food. It's worth going. We were surprised by the cheesecake and the kindness and professionalism of Andrea, who gave us great advice.

The service of the waiters were good and the atmosphere was amazing.however the manger and the receptionist were not cooperative with us, we have reserved a table in advance before two weeks by the window view but they decided we can’t be seated there because we’re 3 people but the table next to us were 3 people by the window view? And they said they would have changed us if the fourth person came… what’s the difference between 3 and 4 people sitting there?
When they let the (3 people) next to us by the view to sit and let them wait there without the fourth guest.
How can we wait for our fourth guest to come and change our seats in that moment? This just shows they don’t have any trust to their local customers. However I have seen the opposite treatment with foreign costumers.

It was a wonderful experience there. Leo made our day very special:) His service and expertise was outstanding.

We enjoyed risotto a lot and breads with olive oil that Leo made for us. Linguine pasta was so so. I do not recommend to order it.

The view was stunning. It is a great place to celebrate anniversaries.

Place is getting old, the quality of cocktails is not as good as the other bars in jumeirah Al Qasr and Al Naseem. The food was okay. The staff also seems very agitated, not the standard for such a place with potential.

We been here for the business lunch so the food was so good especially the "chicken liver " it's so good, and the atmosphere very beautiful view of Burj Al Arab i really feel relaxing and special thank you very much for the service by "LEO" he very good service, kind, friendly, and very attentive and very good in knowledge and all informations please keep it up definitely will comeback again.

The food and atmosphere of this restaurant is truly stunning and something unique. The restaurant's unique positioning sets it apart in atmosphere. The food was exceptional. The presentation was beautiful. The cocktails were amazing.

We will definitely be back, the restaurant has a lot to offer. There is still a lot that we want to try on the menu besides what we have already experienced. We had the tasting menu, which was a really good way to get a taste of what the restaurant has to offer.

Lovely meal. Food was off the charts amazing. Expensive but very much worth it. Even when two huge groups came in a few minutes after us the service was still top notch. Gorgeous views from anywhere in the restaurant, as well. Would definitely return.

Went there to celebrate a birthday. We were the first ones to arrive and got seated immediately. Our server was very nice and hosted us well. We arrived at the location right before the sunset, and seeing the sun go down from this place was the highlight of the visit.

We ordered two starters, two entrees, few drinks, and a dessert to finish our meal. The food was all pretty good, however the drinks just tasted unusual. I ordered a basic whiskey sour which was not made the way it should be, I explained the taste to the server and sent it back to have it fixed. However it came back tasting worse. Ordered a tiramisu upon the server’s suggestion but we were not very happy with how it tasted. The view was what the place is worth going for. Over all a very good experience.

We went for lunch and I strongly recommend to visit daytime so you can enjoy the beautiful sea views and the view of the iconic Burj Al Arab. The food was great and the service as well. We simply loved it.

Great place with a wonderful architecture and an amazing view, but the superlatives so far. I had a table reserved for 6: 30 PM, and we arrived at a place at 6: 20 PM, but we had to wait for a few more tables since the salon manager was holding a staff instruction more than 20 min. The restaurant is Mediterranean or Italian, but only title. Nothing to do with both kitchens! For starters, home bread was perfect. Tuna tartar and beef tartar with a burrata and a salad with a burrata and a cherry. Tuna tartar- okay, beef tartar and cheese sauce instead of burrata, salad-OK. Dover sole fish and veal steak. The fish was insane.cut into stingers, absolutely tasteless and greasy, most likely from frying. Steak was fragile. Dessert millefeuille and one chocolate white dessert and pieces of fruit or nuts in it. He was interesting with raspberry sauce from them.millefeuille was very hard coro, but it seems that's the chef’s vision of him. We've almost finished almost nothing but the appetizers. This is the first time we've been disappointed in a restaurant in Jumeira Madinat! The prices are too high, and counter-food is zero!

I really enjoyed my experience. I found a top-notch restaurant. Good food, perfect drink. The best negroni I've ever had in my life. Very comfortable table and chairs. Fiorella took care of us very well. She was super kind and helpful. Anyway, I would definitely come back and I have nothing to complain about.

Terrible service. The waiter was extremely rude and even cursed at us in Italian. Worst experience ever.

Above average ambiance. Average food. For where you are and the prices you pay, I expected more. This is dubbed as one of the best seafood restaurants in Dubai? !? Far from it. Go to Zuma instead.

Oh well… last time I came here was 2,5 years ago, food was lovely and the place itself of course is very beautiful. But today after trying our their brunch, i got so disappointed.
Food was very very average, nothing special. For the price you pay especially i think it’s very upsetting.
Yes the place itself is pretty and romantic, however it was very hot inside. Waiting between next dishes was 40-50 mins wait. Which is very annoying. Bellini was too sour. Gnocchi didn’t had any texture and tasted just like mashed potatoes. Seafood risotto was bland.
Overall if you are ready to pay so much money, rather go to IL BORRO or SAL restaurants:)

Just had wedding anniversary lunch at this place today, nice thing about this place is the view… and basically that’s it folks.

Very average food taste and second-rated if not third level of service at crazy prices - wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

My Plin di Faraona was way over salted, none of the staff even asked if we had good experience. In the middle of the service the male waiter took the pepper and salt mills from our table and gave it to the neighboring party without even asking us - poor savage.

While ordering, my wife asked if there was any kids menu - the waiter answered they could make a kids portion of spaghetti bolognaise, the portion was small indeed, however charged 130dhs - higher than Fusili Cacio & Pepe.

The dirty plates stood on our table 10-15 mins while the place wasn’t fully seated at all.

Cherry on the cake? - while booking the place online I was asked if there was any special occasion, I typed “Wedding Anniversary”. Guess what? You’re right - NO ATTENTION TO THIS FACT AT ALL

The food is delicious, the manager seems a good person. However, hostess are barely speaking B2 English, which is unusual for places like this. Some waiters are rude and starting arguing with you, however they can go to the manager and ask all the information with ought “show in front of everyone”.
Also waiters are not cleaning the table after you finished your dish, which is unforgivable for the place of this level.

Cane here for brunch. What a lovely experience food is amazing the setting is idillic surrounded by water. The service is attentive way up a notch from your usual restaurant experience. Sebastiano especially was awsome he engaged with us went out of his way to make us feel welcome. I came with family from back home and they had a truly amazing experience thanks to him and the entire team.thank you.

The receptionists have been extremely rude with an attitude when she guided us to the table.we did a special request previously for the table and wasn’t taken into consideration… food was 4/10.

We have ordered food at 9: 30 and we left the place at 11: 10 and never received it
The manager is very rude we’ve told him 100 times about the situation and he went and brought us the receipt that was the solution

This place it's truly mesmerizing. The italian staff excels on their service, their knowledge about the dishes and wine pairing it's outstanding. The food was delicious (do not expect big portions) listen to your waiter's recommendations. The view and ambiance are breathtaking. Overall a must for tourist and residents alike.

We went for restaurant week. The food isn't amazing but it is tasty and the mix of flavors are interesting. The serenity of the views are amazing! The drinks (mocktails) are very tasty. Service was exceptional

Love this place for the chicbrunch! Love the location and the service ofcourse it's a bit pricey but it absolutely worth it!

Amazing view, Great food and Excellent service. The fisherman soup was wow and the seafood dish with 7 seafood varieties was heaven if you are a seafood lover

I really wanted to give it 5 stars but unfortunately it did fall short of my expectations. The hotel was absolutely gorgeous and the buggy ride up to the restaurant was fun. Everything was going smooth, the atmosphere was also great. The restaurant is a 100 meters or so inside the sea, so the walk was also very nice on the dock. We had reservations for the evening so once we walked in the friendly staff checked and escorted us to the bar while the table was getting readied. The bartenders were quick to serve and there drinks were tasty. After, we were lead to our tables and we looked over the menu, we expected higher price range which was fine, the octopus was delicious and oysters were excellent. The only issue i had was with the wait between appetizers and the main course, it took much longer than expected and the 250 day Australian Beef Sirloin i ordered was just ok. I was expecting more to be honest. The music was a bit loud so the whole place was talking louder, so me and my partner were speaking louder than usual. A few times there were dishes falling in the background, which took away from the experience. I would give it 3 and a half stars if i could. Like i said the service was good it's just i was expecting more of tasty food for such an upscale place. I do however recommend it very much to other visitors. It is a must visit place in Dubai as its location is very beautiful and the service is great!

Spent a perfect valentine's day at Pierchic. Romantic ambience, beautiful scenery & delicious seafood.

Poor service and food quality. Fishermen’s soup was horrible. Waiter asked if I liked it. I said no. He smiled and gave me no options. 700 usd later and it ranks as the worst dinner I’ve ever had.

Most people might come because if the iconic location and scenery which are obviously very nice, but the interior is a little outdated (and the tables look cheap, like from Ikea).
The food is totally average and not worth its price (you basically pay for the location, not the ingredients).
We had the shellfish sharing plate and the prawns were really old, lobster was acceptable, rest ok.
What killed it and really was the service - after all I would not want to go back - better go to Rockfish if you want seafood in the Madinat.

The police has fantastic views delicious food an amazing staff, their sommeliers know a great deal about wines

Firstly my review is based on this being the best of the best in Dubai and considering the location brand and price. So this should be a once in a lifetime experience.
Location absolutely incredible the only restaurant in the stunning gulf sea surrounded with 360 stunning views of the breathtaking Dubai skyline as well as the beauty of the sea against the shoreline
A truly romantic walk to the restaurant. Where ever you are seated you can enjoy above views.
Food, The food was indeed 5 star and did not disappoint it look like it have just come from a photo shoot and tasted just as good.
Service, This was all so false and insincere plastic smiles and no energy or passion it felt more like a good fast food chain like pizza express.
They were more interested in getting us in and out as quickly as possible without offending. No offering of tea or coffee at the end of the meal. We were offered a house gift at the table but again it felt systematic and standard procedure.
Price, Food was expensive but was a great experience and overall worth the price.
Wine was so overpriced it stopped us from enjoying it not because we could afford it but it was just over priced.

One of a kind view with amazing food, drinks and music. Go for a date or a couple of friends and have a perfect afternoon.

Last night we with my girlfriend visited this place, were reading a lot of reviews before visiting, and to be honest it worth it.amazing restaurant with stunning view, Carlo and Enna were very nice to us, we had best wine and best food.thank you for an amazing experience. Will definately be back.

Difficult setting and non-comfortable dining tables.

The most beautiful, romantic atmosphere you can imagine! The evening from start to finish was perfect, thanks to our waiter for treating us so well. The food was a very high standard and worth every bite! Highly recommend for couples or birthday celebrations. The views are unreal and the service was impeccable. Will definitely be returning. A lovely setting, amazing food, great service - never once had to ask for a top up before it was automatically done, And I'm not a slow drinker!
