Not valuing the time of the customer for delivery of boxes, is not a good start for using their service either. I would agree with most of the reviews here that customer service or personnel in charge are a total failure. Sigh

Poor customer service. Proper etiquette in handling customer inquiries is not observed (especially Junie). He is very rude to customers. I've seen several complaints regarding him, why are you not taking action? Don't you have proper training for your employees?

I have been sending Pina's cargo since 2015. But this cargo transaction that I have right now “ TODAY “ is very frustrating. On June 15,2023, I WhatsApp JUNIE at 9: 06 am to pick up my box and he respond at 10: 09 am, to inform me their routine for picking up the box in Al Barsha 1 will be on June 16 (Friday), I understood at 10 pm on the same day, I message JUNIE to pick up my box for tomorrow - June 16 Friday) with my flat no.and building name however I did not get any response on Whatsapp. On June 17 at 5: 45 pm I have seen that I received a missed call at 2: 07 (1 call) So I called JUNIE at 5: 48 pm, informing him that my box is still there and no one picks it up. How does he respond? He said already contacted me and spoke that all the boxes will be pick up on Monday and he mention that he called 3 times. If it's true that I spoke to you then I will not call you to ask for my box for pick up. NOTE: I have not received 3 missed calls based on the history call of my phone. I called the landline at 80074627 on June 17 around 10: 33 am to be Informed that I will cancel my pick-up booking however their reception tackle what happened yesterday. She said that’s why my box didn't pick up because I didn't answer the call if I picked it up the call, they can get it. She argued with me. “It looks like they blame it on me at all “They don't understand that I message them on WhatsApp, to pick the box on this flat no. And the building, they do not understand that the one they spoke to pick up all the boxes on Monday is a different person. We are the same flat but we are not the same customer, we are different transactions. As per my husband who was at home, there is no PINAS CARGO PICK-UP TEAM or JUNIE who came to our home nor the doorbell. No response too on Whatsapp. After a few minutes of conversation with their receptionist, the Whatsapp message that I sent has now been seen. Moreover, instead to reason out or blame the client. The Pinas Cargo must be tried to pick up the box, communicate through Whatsapp, and tried to sort out the situation to satisfy their customer and DONT ARGUE as if your team is right. I am not satisfied and very frustrated. I canceled my booking and deliver it to another courier which is fast to deliver in the Philippines.

Thanks Pinas Cargo! 50 to 55 days only bound for Mindanao! Thank you sa nag pick up! They even volunteered to wrapped my boxes with sacks and rolled out by their packaging tapes as they followed strict protocols and procedures! ‘Till next cargo!?

I’ve send a box by air cargo and I have been notified after 6 days the box still in Dubai. I paid 500 to reach early and still in Dubai. That’s really unprofessional.

Express in their name but delay in responding about the scheduling for pick up. What a shame!

You need to wait for them to call for their own pick up timing, disregarding your own preferred time as the customer in the situation. I find this rude and no respect for someone else's time.top tip: Stick to your old cargo services rather than trying this.

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!
HOW MANY TIMES NEED TO UPDATE? JUST TO PICK UP THE BOX. IF YOU CANNOT ACCOMMODATE YOUR CUSTOMER ON TIME, DONT PROMOTE! IT'S GOOD IN THE BEGINNING SOMETHING IS STILL LIVE BUT WHEN YOU HAVE ORDERED THE BOX IT WILL NOT BE PICKED UP.

I’m sooo dissapoint for there services this is the first & last that i will send my cargo for this cargo i send a lot of shampoo on my box but my family received only 4 pcs of shampoo and other bags of mine are lost and there’s more item are lost. Your delivery is fast but someone took the item from the box this is not good courier and not secured. I will not recommend this courier its not safe!

I'm really disappointed about their services. They got my box last December 14,2022 but still my family didn't get the box. My Area is just in San Juan City Manila.

You all need to do a better strategy and job. Item was sent on Nov, your record says December now we have to wait a bit longer just to receive the item.

If you have peak season and rush period, it might be a good idea not to even process shipments and communicate to your clients properly.

Its so slow, Better go to Makati Express and it will take only 60 days and this Pinas Cargo it took 90 days to arrive, my plan was to send my cargo 2 months before my vacation and until I fonished my vacation it didnt arrive. Lesson learned, never send and this Pinas Cardo again.

If you don't value your customer, they will go to other cargo companies and will not recommend your company. I also used this pinas cargo when I'm sending box. I have cargo now to send but they are not picking it up, so I decided to send this pinas cargo box to Flomic Cargo. Guys, if you will not meet and satisfy customer needs and expectation for sure they will not send box again to your company.

This is my first time and last time to use this cargo company I sent an air cargo to my family for this Xmas but they never took care of my valuables, so please any people whom thinking of using this company please don’t use they don’t take good care of your air cargo even so you pay very high price for the service. No more using for sure extremely disappointing with their service

On their pricing list on website Manila is showing 40-60 days delivery period. Then when I tracked my shipment, it is showing that estimated it will reach 80 days? When I contacted their team through Facebook they are saying that it will take 60-70 days for Manila and that the mentioned delivery period on website is not updated. So whatever estimated period that they have mentioned on pricing list is a SCAM! The box I sent is supposed to be for Christmas not Chinese New Year! They should inform their clients respectively so at least they can manage their expectations and to avoid wasting money on items that might got expired. This is so unacceptable.

You will have to wait according to their availability to pick up your cargo.
Not even mentioning any specific or tentative time when they can come. They keep saying they will call back and its been how many days.
Anyways, there are other cargo services out there.

Extremely BAD!
What other people experienced I experienced also. The drivers need to train about customer service. They don't know how to deal.they don't even know how to greet good day! If they have problems at home must be they will not include customers. I sent box today September 4, around 4pm in JLT, Cluster X. I forgot to take the driver's name. Tall and thin guy. Must take action because maybe he will do this again for sure.not good for the name of company. Maybe they have incentives that's why in a hurry! They sacrifice quality service to have that incentives.about time-they ask me what time I want to pick the box. Then they move it to 4 or 5,6,7pm.so I do the others things and I cancel my appointment because they move the time.then they call ahead of time around 3pm, they said must be all ready but I need to withdraw money they said they cannot wait because they are there already. And this driver talking too much seems like he is the customer that they cannot wait. I choose to wait for him I cancel everything but he said like that. Disgusting!

Maybe this is my 8th Times sending boxes from your company.but because of poor customer service I will not sent again.

Not only this time I experienced this kind of disappointments.
1.about timings.
2.about the arrival date in Philippines was delayed.
3.about the box. Make sure if the customer says large you will tell it's only Jumbo because some don't understand that's with bulilit.
4.the last time.most of the drivers are rude.

I highly recommend Pinas Cargo. I have been using Pinas Cargo for long time now and i never experience any problems in fact my 3 boxes just arrived in my hometown now in Bacolod. I have been very satisfied and happy with their service. Excellent and genuine service.

They are very responsive, I requested them to pick up my box and within 2 hours they collected my lovebox, even my friends appreciate their services when i recommend to them. So many boxes already i send but it never fail.

We had called in Satwa branch and ordered for empty box, it’s been more than a week no response from these people. 2 times had followed up in alternative days but still remained unresponsive. By the way would like to appreciate your competitor her ordered yesterday 3 cartons and received today a very nice responsive and responsible team from MAKATI.

I don't recommend this for shipping/cargo for anyone.

First the receipt (or should I say "box deposit receipt") is empty. They will only put building name and flat#, name of delivery guy, his number and date of delivered (for the box), all in hand writing, on the spot.

Second, we have been sending boxes for more than 3 years and the packaging tape is getting thinner and almost insufficient every single time.

Third, If there is or was changes in the way you pack the boxes, they wont inform their customers. They will let you know ONLY when they are going to pick them up that there has been changes in the way you pack things.

Fourth, Because they have some changes on ways of packing boxes (which should be informed before hand), they will not receive it and instead they will force you to buy a extra tape and make you do the changes in the packing yourself.

This company is getting worse every time we are going to send something back home.

One of the staff who picked up my boxes is quite rude and inconsiderate. During this pandemic (Covid19), the building where I was staying is not allowing any visitors even delivery service to come inside the building therefore, since my boxes are already needed to be sent to Philippines, took the chance of having it picked even it means that I will be full responsible in bringing out the boxes. As I was thinking that they have this trolley that I can use, it will give ease to bring the box to them. While I'm taking the boxes, it took me quite a long time as boxes are heavy but one of staff keep on calling me that they still have another customers waiting so I need to hurry. Despite him knowing that I'm struggling to reach in the lift, still he keeps on calling. As the boxes were heavy, the trolley didn't help to have those boxes be moved as fast as I can. It took me 20minutes to reach down the building. While the other guy was filling out the invoice, this rude guy keeps on talking and telling again and again that it's already late for them, that they have customers waiting and that their transaction to each customer should be maximum 10minutes only. I understand that I am not their only customer that day so I apologized. But I can't stop myself to tell him that, their 10minutes transaction time is possibly applicable only if they are the one who took the boxes inside my flat. But as they are aware on the building's restriction for visitors due to Covid19 cases, they should have at least be considerate knowing that I am lady, only ladies are staying in my flat and that day, I am alone. I hope that they can improve the way they are dealing with customers and be patient and understandable in all unexpected situations that will occur when they are doing box pick up. This is my first time using this cargo service. I will see if they can send my boxes as per expected days of processing. That might change my opinion in this company.

The first balikbayan box I sent to Pinas Cargo was impressively on time. Exactly 30 days from when they took my box.

I am now on my 2nd box. I wanted to recieve it while on vacation but I guess this time is different. The box is still in transit to Cebu agent as showing in the tracking online. I hope I get my box before I go back to UAE.
I want to see my families' reaction live and not a video clip.

Also I have to agree on other reviews that sometimes you will have to adjust with the deliverer's timings when they can give you the empty box and when they can get it once it is ready. Just gotta have good communication and patience.

I have arrived from an errand and I was greeted by my box. It was packed nicely and everything is complete from the inside. It is within the 45 days delivery window. Good job! I was very happy to open my own box. It is the same excitement as opening presents on Christmas.

This is the last time I used your unprofessional & unorganized service. From ordering the box until for box collection, I feel so stressed. First, the box I received is incorrect, not the right size (for replace the box you need to wait again for several days, there is no even quick action for their mistake). To all customers like me, if you wish to collect you box, "you" as a customer will adjust for them, because the staff who will collect your box will not follow your availability or timing request. Do not expect you will receive an apology from their side, instead they will argue with you. Incredible!

Worst experience ever. Unprofessional staff, very poor communication. Opted for air cargo, and prior to pickup, they told me to seal the box. Upon pickup, they told me that they didn’t know that it is air cargo and that they need to open the box and take a photo of all items first. They even talk to me like i was at fault for not telling them that it is air cargo. As if it is my fault that they dont communicate properly with their office? Anyway, avoid this cargo company if you want to spare your life some stress.

May nag leak po don sa box ko, informed po agad ako ni Daryl. Irere pack daw nila at aayusin saka idederetso padala. Tiwala po ako sa serbisyo nila. Highly recommended po ang Pinas Express. They commit for the date of pick up but maybe they dont take notes of it two days i reminded them but they didnot get my box on time.good thing is, their staff in abudhabi are all friendly.that's all.
