VERY DISAPPOINTED!
I prepare my box as fast as I could. Even choose a medium box to make my preparation faster. Even injured my wrist. I never waited for my husband to help cause I want to save time. In 1 day I finish packing up. I immediately called them and arrange for pick up.
I waited for them giving patience for 4 days. In 1 of my call i ask the pick up guy what time are you coming I booked 2days ago. he said we just past by your location and we have loads of boxes to pick up. And also we don’t have schedule for pick up in your area tomorrow. Yada,yada… please if you can’t accommodate us refuse our booking. Also value your customers time. If you are reading this review and planning to send a box back home w/ this cargo company better think twice. Or atleast call them to assure you that they can accomodate you or else you will feel like you have joined a raffle entry and waiting for your chance to be the lucky one. And please note they don’t have a reliable system. customer service is not good. I just whish I have read the reviews here sooner. Btw after 4-5 days of waiting I cancelled my booking called them and arrange w/my trusted former cargo. I just need to vent cause it is not fair, AGAIN if you can’t accomodate us please don’t accept our booking We also have work and life activities here in the UAE we can’t spend whole week of waiting for chances just becuase you are loaded. I hope you work out you service and customer service.

Was our first sent cargo in this cargo company. It was promised to be delivered in 60-80 days. However, my sister back home had it in 45 days! It was in a really really good condition upon arrival. Thank you Pinas Express!

Just to inform you to please put someone on your costumer’s service rep who is polite in receiving to communicating with your costumers as many people consider it as 1 of the main reasons to avail any of your services.

Nonetheless, everything went well.

So disappointing service.i sent a message through whatsapp about my complaint to make it private but they dont bother to respond on it. It seems like they dont care their customer. Of course they won't because i am paid.

My box was delivered yesterday but surprisingly its not in our house, so disappointing right! There is an address written, there is a receiver's name and contact number! But why they dropped it in a wrong house.i dont understand at all why? Because as you said! Upon receiving the box the receiver must have a VALID ID.and how it happened that way? It may in the relative or not its totally mistake.what kind of service it is? "Door to door"?
Its a double cost cause we need to rent pick up to deliver it in our own house!

Never again! Not recommended at all

Im so sorry, but i am so disappointed with this cargo. Its my first time and i will never ever send my box again.

Express in their name but delay in responding about the scheduling for pick up. What a shame!

You need to wait for them to call for their own pick up timing, disregarding your own preferred time as the customer in the situation. I find this rude and no respect for someone else's time.top tip: Stick to your old cargo services rather than trying this.

The staff that pick up the box are very informative and trying to give their assurance that our boxes will be delivered on time and safe. Hoping and praying that the recent they picked up will be put additional tape as they promised. Fragile was marked hoping they will really handle it with care because one of the stuff inside is really fragile. Please and thank you. That's the recent one received: (

We understand that there are shortcomings and flaws on services. It is inevitable. However, taking such a long time to have a box delivered despite many follow ups and receiving the same answer/spiel that the team will be informed but then wait for nothing still is incompetency already. Once, twice is forgivable but more than that is slackness. Better to say “No” than keep customer waiting. Just disappointed. I may be 1 in a thousand but this doesn't work for me. Good luck.

Very fast and reliable. Got the package before the expected date. Always been satisfied with the service even before pandemic, both satwa and al quoz branch. Highly recommended!

When you ask for boxes it will take them 2 weeks to deliver. For pick up, it takes a week. We constantly call them for follow up but no proper management at all. Never again.

Very disapointed, i call from the agent she give me the exact date for pick up, but i still waiting the whole day, after tha i call again and the other agent give me again another daypoor service
