Amazing cakes! They’ve done so many custom ones for me and they were all executed the exact way I had imagined them!

The order was more than amazing, the taste of the cake was great, any idea you have they can make it happen.

This is one of the few places that does a cake that not only looks good, but taste excellent this time in particular I have celebrated my mother‘s birthday and the cake was absolutely super tasty!

Very unprofessional. We had placed an order. The order was confirmed by Ms Veronia. We drove one hour to reach the shop, the cake wasn’t even ready, the order wasn’t placed and they kept giving admin excuses. Completely ruined our bridal shower plans.

Horrible customer service. Went to collect the cake which we confirmed the same day morning (and previous days) and it wasn’t ready! Giving excuses such as the chef didn’t see the confirmation blah blah! Very unprofessional. Ruined all our plans and the lady wasn’t even apologetic as if they haven’t done anything wrong. I want to give zero stars but for the sake of review I have to give at least one.

Worst service, they have been late with preparing our cake from the specified time + There was no time to cool the cake causing it to melt within ten minutes all because of their delay no time left to lit it cool and when we contact them She said that the mistake was yours you hit the cake from the top with the cover box and the place was hot, actually if that happens that means that your box quality is bad and it should be hard to keep the cake safe, If the damage only at the top I’ll say that the mistake is from me, but what is the reason for melting down? Instead of celebrating mothers day the cake has been left

Worst customer service and poor quality cakes. Have tried to reach out numerous times to resolve issue in private to no avail. I ordered 4 cakes as a graduation gift. Received cakes with bleeding icing. Too embarrassed to gift the cakes. Was initially offered new cakes but it was too late. I have not been offered compensation or explanation from management.

Disappointing service. I ordered two mini cakes and when I reached to pick it up, it wasn’t ready and the frosting had ruined so they had to re-do the cakes. I had to wait 45 mins and I had already paid.

Worst customer service ever. I order the cake days before and i told them the preferred time.they didn’t bring it on time and they did not reply on whatsapp.and when I called the lady kept shouting and did not let me talk, and she also closed the phone while i’m talking and never answered when i called.

I cannot get over my eyes away from the beautiful flowers and they had professional stuff ‍

I had requested a custom cake in the same day and they delivered it in the same day I like how they were so kind and helpful with me.

Delicious cakes, fresh flowers. Very friendly and pleasant service, just few minutes - and you have a signature cake with text of your choice! I’m happy I found this place to make a present for my mom for the birthday!

They have amazing cake so tiny and have lovely designs and it is so delicious excellent idea for birthday surprise excellent location as well and excellent customer service but there is no sitting area when you get there you can park inside the villa.
