UNRESPONSIVE AND NO ACTION TAKEN

I have successfully taken my car with this dealer. Unfortunately I've been trying to get the copy of my Insurance Policy from Ms. Rose, Zeeshan, Joan

all of them promised to get back to me with the details. And now that I need to use the insurance, I can get hold of them, please see the SEEN conversations. It may be conversed in Native language but it evident that they are not responding

Well, the car they sold was good. Smooth experience of paper work, transfers etc. I would have given them 5 stars, but towards the end I did not get a good experience. I had paid 500 dhs initially as deposit towards the car which they said they will minus with the down payment. However, later in the rush I was, I paid the full down payment. It was too late before I realized that I had paid extra. Initially I was told that the amount I would pay would cover all admin, insurance, transfer fees, etc.and nothing more. But when I asked them politely to transfer the excess amount paid, they refused stating it was admin fees.). Amount could be small as AED 500, but as a customer I felt bad and it wasn't the right thing to do. Anyways, the car is good and showroom has some good cars, it's just the experience that mattered! I was dealing with Zeeshan, the sales executive. He was initially enthusiastic and helpful, but when I wanted to follow up on my car status, refund status, it was nearly impossible to reach him. And the Boss of the car showroom, Nasir was very polite, however towards the end he was the one who decided that the extra money should go in to their pockets ;-). Anyways, what comes around will go around! Ayat from Finance team and the IT/Quality inspection guy were helpful. Thank you guys!

1. They promised my headrest to be given asap that was missing when they hand me the over the car.after 1 year they still haventgiven me.been following up everytime and they are ignoring me.

2. The car i bought from them has a major engine problem that can only be seen in highway driving.yes they fixed the car for 3 months (yes that long) and when my car was with them.they got it fine for illegal parking.they said they will pay for it but after a year.they said they dont know about it and dont remember anything. Even with my continuous reminder for whole dmn year.

Agents has been very approachable and easy to communicate with. They are trying their best to help us in any ways.

We have a very good experience with Pinoy Used cars even our loan was not approve and they return our booking fee right away. I highly recommend them and check their cars.

Purchased a vehicle from Pinoy Cars because it specifically had a SAT NAV, its size, and mileage. Upon inspection I noticed the SAT NAV memory card had been removed, and I was promised it would be replaced in time for the vehicle to be delivered. That was in August 2020.many messages and trips back to the office and I'm still waiting for my SAT NAV to this day. They have told me they have thrown away all documentation relating to this, denied ever promising me this, stopped me from taking a picture of their sales policy and are now ignoring my messages.

I have now completed my research and I I'm certain it is because they realize how much it will cost them to fulfill their promise. Taking it further does not guarantee success case, so I will leave it there.

It was really a Merry Christmas when our dream car was delivered on 24th. This company has done their very best to get us the special approval from the bank and exception in my case since my company is blocklisted. Approval took only for 24 hours, and in less than 1 week time all procedures was completed including the registration. Shoutout to Mr. Zeeshan Rafique for all the help and amazing assistance he has given to make all of this possible, and of course to his Boss and owner for accommodating us. Thanks, guys!
