It's a small restaurant tho the food is always amazing. One of the best halo halo we ever have. I just wish that next time we buy beef sisig, its just beef cuz it's mixed with chicken and im allergic to chicken. It was good tho.

Worst experience in terms of hospitality and customer service. There is a great hype created over social media for their Halo-Halo, travelled far from Business Bay to Union just for the Halo-Halo and had recommended 2 other friends to accompany me. We arrived at the location and there is no parking, after a struggle and going around the block 4 times we found a spot. After this ordeal, we were excited to finally try the Halo-Halo and to our surprise the lady at the counter denied taking out order. At first, we wondered this would be the closing time, but then she accepted the order from the customer after us and when asked stated we are not accepting orders. But accepted the order from customers after us.
This was the worst of experiences when it comes to customer service.
I would never recommend this spot and this place has been striked out from my list of restaurants.

Service is bad. Actually I just try there delivery and I don't advice coz it will take more than 1 hour before they will deliver to you even it's same building. And not only that your order is also not complete so you have to wait again. If I can give negative - - remarks.

Pita Restaurant staff you guys must learn to value your customers. Your foods are not that much tasty as you think.

I went to try their halo-halo. I have approach the counter to place my order and the lady did not bother to responded. I went to the other side of the counter and approached other staff to place my order. The service crew replied “ I will check” and she immediately approached the head crew if they can still serve halo-halo. This head crew did not reply to her and I was still standing on the other side waiting for an answer. While waiting on the other side (irritated), new customers came placing orders for halo-halo to the counter. Luckily, their orders were accepted. I went out to the store upset not because I wasnt able to get the halo-halo but because of the very poor service of the staff. I STRONGLY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS RESTAURANT. THEY HAVE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE, NOT WELL TRAINED. Nakakahiya ang mga paguugali!

We came all the way from abudhabi to try this because its on trend and we were excited.little I did know I was going to be surprised. Because this ate is so rude to the customers especially when we arrived, I don't want to elaborate what she did but its totally unacceptable we feel offended. I knew that working in F & B is an exhausting job physically, mentally, and emotionally. But if this will affect your job have a break. Everyone needs to handle this professionally not in a rude way. I hope the management will conduct customer service practice on their staffs. I'll still give this a chance to try again hope fully soon.

The restaurant itself is tiny it gets crowded easily so it is not comfortable to eat at all.
It is too hot inside the place not sure if not enough air condition. So we end up turning on the fan cause it is burning hot in the place.

There is a lot of flies all over the place so hopefully they can do something about it in the future. You will see on the picture I will post.

Ordered Sinigang na bangus it is pretty good and soup is sour which I love!

Disappointed on seafood Bicol express - sauce is too think and the food color isn’t really appetizing. It doesn’t taste authentic at all! Expecting it to be a little spicy too

The Halo halo is good but I wouldnt say it is the best in Dubai.

The place is small and not very accessible, specially if you have a car it's better to visit by taxi or metro but the food and service is really good. We ordered palabok, spaghetti, chefs special chicken, bulalo, lumpia toge and halohalo for dine in and cheese chiffon cake for takeaway all are super yummy. They are not available in any delivery app but you can order by WhatsApp and have it delivered by careem. We will surely come back to try other foods. If you are a group a vug group be informed that they only have I think 10 to 15 seats but will be super jam packed.

It's my first time to try pita with a union. I ordered a goto when it was served and the taste was good, the only thing that bothered me was the boiled egg with the skin still on. I told the waitress but she didn't care and never came back to our table.in the end I didn't finish the food and we just paid to leave.we will never come back here again.

The food are good sharing and good price. Small place tho but definitely worth to try the cheesecake and halo halo

I went here because of the halo halo! And yeah it’s one the good ones i have tasted so far here in Dubai. It’s creamy and has enough ingredient to dig in. Price is just right for it’s serving.

One of the best halo halo i’ve tasted! Its not your ordinary halo halo with ice. They used super crushed ice. Like the ones in frappuccino.

Very Bad Service. We order take away and we waited more than 30mins, they took order of dine in while taking take away order. And they serve first dine in and let take away order to wait soo long.

Food is good but very very poor delivery service! No one bother to answer calls, reply messages on time… knowing that they have small place to dine-in! You should exert extra effort on your delivery services! ‍️

Halo-Halo is really the highlight in this resto and it’s really superb (though there was no langka, which I do usually look forward). We went in the middle of the day just to avoid queue, yet still people coming non stop. The place can accommodate few customers since it has only like 5 dine in tables.

Overall, it was worth a try and if your living around the area this is highly recommended if your looking for authentic Filipino Food.

The taste is ok for the dishes that they served. Price wise also it's fine. But the only downside of the restaurant is that, they only have limited seating capacity so you have to wait specially during night time. They serve Kabayan/ Filipino Food loke Caldereta, Lumpiang Sariwa, Bulalo, Goto, Halo-halo etc.

I agree that you have the best halo-halo in Dubai. No doubt about it. However, this is the third time we ordered for delivery and third time that you disappointed us. You made us wait for almost two hours and didn’t even bother to inform us that our order was still in your restaurant. We understand that you’re busy, but please be considerate by not taking orders if you cannot deliver.

We were not able to sit/eat inside because the place can only accommodate 10 to 12pax and it's already full when we came. We just ordered halo halo for take out.

I liked their super creamy halo halo - just like Kuya J's in PH. They also put in kaong which is rare in Dubai. It's just that, I'm still a fan of the crushed ice classic halo halo version so I'm giving it 4 stars only.

I am a member of Food Trip UAE facebook group. I checked the reviews before going here. I was so hyped to try their food, specially their famous Halo-Halo. Unfortunately, my experience is far from what I expected.

We ordered Lumpiang Sariwa, Kare Kare, Mais con Yelo, and Halo-Halo.

Lumpiang Sariwa - the vegetables are so big which is not the usual julienne cut for this dish. They don’t have bamboo shoots too, which is again, something that is usual in the dish. Their peanut sauce is okay.

Kare Kare - Tasted like they just reheated it in the microwave. The meat is tough, and the serving is small for the price (35 AED). The sauce is a little bland for my taste, and the bagoong doesn’t help a lot because it’s salty.

Mais con Yelo - It taste okay and there’s a right amount of corn, but I didn’t like the slushie texture of the ice. I prefer the usual shaved ice that still has some crunch to it. I suggest that you grind some corn bits to add a little bit of texture to it.

And last but not least, their famous Halo-Halo - I’m sorry, but no; I don’t think this is the best one in Dubai. Kind of worth the price-point, considering they are generous with the ingredients (although I personally only liked the sweet banana). But it melted right away because the mixture is like the one in mais con yelo (slushie type), and in the end it looked like I’m drinking melted ice cream.

The place is small, so a lot of people would be waiting outside on the street. Their tables are wobbling too, so be careful when eating something with hot soup.

On the bright side, their service crew are fast. They are checking tables from time to time, and clear the plates once done.

I know that they’ll still improve over time, and we will still go back and try the other mains. I hope I won’t be disappointed when I come back the second time.

Typical Filipino carinderia food - felt more nostalgic! The chicken tastes like Max’s as per my Hoobee. Sago’t gulaman is only AED 5

Super affordable - spent about AED 100 for 2 people plus we bought a slice of Cheesecake (not in the photo)

Location is hidden behind Union metro and the place is small with only 4-5 tables. They take the last order at 9: 30PM but you can stay until 10PM-11PM depending on the day.

Reality Check: long que at Diera branch, but worth the wait! Discovered the place thru my co dancer fb post. And now fiance & i Pita Resto is our #1 fav place to eat!?

Good food and friendly staff. But the location is quite hard to find. I hope you can bring back the old location and branches. We miss those places

It was christmas eve.and they said they have delivery but due to volume which we understand they ask us to pick up so we picked up the food The order was incomplete. When we ask they said they will adjust o the next order i hope u will a find a wat like a refund not all apologies are ok.ur prices are also differebt frim what u post. WILL NEVER ORDER AGAIN THIS IS TOO MUCH BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. I DID BOT NOT ASKED FOR REFUNS BTW!

Crab meat fried rice is what i ordered. It tasted nothing like crab meat as it was very chewy like a marshmallow. Worst food i have ever eaten in dubai.

Good food as always. The cheese cake we loved from way back never lost it's touch. Their pancit canton is also yummy. The whole chicken special was also awesome. I look forward to them getting a bigger place soon.

Filipino restaurant i know that makes cheesecake that so tasty. I tried other delicacies and i found them great. Other food stuff can be ordered here. They have a small place for small number of diners. The place is calm, neat and clean.

In the middle of Indian and Pakistani restaurant area, this Pita Restaurant is a rare place who serve authentic Filipino food. You can enjoy Tapsilog and Daingsilog meal for lunch at AED15 only with soup.
