We love this place! PizzaExpress Al Safa is like the extension to our kitchen. It’s our “neighbors”:) Staff super friendly. Feels like family. Food is good. Whenever we go there we feel a homey atmosphere! Kids enjoyed it there. We highly recommend.

The best vegetarian pizza's I had in UAE in such a long time. We had paneer tikka and margerita pizza.
Paneer tikka was absolutely amazing to eat. Margerita lived upto the expectation.
Definitely a place worth trying. This place also offers a very good ambience and atmosphere.

Expensive and bad food, pasta was really bad the prawns starter was tiny and not tasty, doesn't deserve ti visit.

Nice place to visit if you have two or more children and need to go to a place so they can scream in full liberty.

This place is near a primary school and a high school. So there is a good chance a birthday or two are going on at the same time.

Waiting for the birthday to finish does not help if you are fed up with extreme noise as after birthday mom's start chatting with other moms, missing the point that their children have turned a restaurant into kids play area.

Food was average fast food quality. But price was an average fine dining price. This used to be a fast food chain but they evolved over time, in prices but not in food quality.

If you still want to go, say happy birthday from me to the kid you are going there to greet

We decided this time to celebrate our niece birthday at pizza express but really we didn’t regret, the food was really amazing and tasty thanks to @chef Jayfar, the staff was so friendly and helpful specially waiter @Suraj.you guys are really amazing thank you for making our day special

This is my absolute favorite restaurant in Dubai. The food is always fantastic and no matter what I order I am always delighted with my meal! Staff are also great and always efficient, happy and polite. Can’t wait to return and experience thier hospitality.

I have always noticed this place everytime I went past it. Even heard that it’s quite nice so I finally decided to visit it. I called them in advance to ensure I can get their iftar deal and they said yes.

The decor and ambiance is perfect. Good effort has been put to make the interiors look so good. There is even a small station for kids to make their own pizza. We were the only one in the restaurant when we arrived.
Ambiance- 5/5

Staff-Most of them were polite and helpful. First server was a bit casual but later a lady came by who was a lot more attentive. Eg.getting the sauces, tissues without having to ask.
Staff - 4/5

Now the food which was the surprising part.
We took iftar deal cause it covered starter, pizza, desert and a drink for only 69 dhs. I wasn’t expecting to be impressed cause I’m use to Real Italian pizza so I know this will be different but quality and quantity was so disappointing that I was shocked somebody is paying full price for these pizzas. For starters we took chicken wings which was also below average. For desert there was two choices and they ran out of the one we wanted. Ideally they should offer an alternative but they didn’t, even when we asked for it. What we got was plain dough balls with a dip which I won’t have again if it’s free. Overall it was sad to know that this place has such average food even though everything else seems to be good.
We ordered a kids margarita separately which was the only thing acceptable.

Favourite place to go with the kids, it’s familiar, easy to get everyone fed, lots of other parents with crazy kids so no one minds. Pizza is really good and other items like lasagna but the chicken wings are too soggy for my liking 8/10

I love the options they provide in bases, I prefer cauliflower base and truffle mushroom n cheese

It was my first visit to Pizzaexpress.i love the way we were welcomed.staff were very friendly. Specially Suraj our host.he took good care of us and fullfilled all our bizarre modification request professionally.though the venue was crowded and busy.loved his recommended Vegan doughballs alforno.i would highly recommend pizzaexpress and big shout for Suraj for amazing experience.we will be back soon

I attended a birthday party in pizza express, they do pizza making activity for kids and magic show which was fun.

Was here for a quick dinner with family. Loved the ambience and the courteous service. Exceptional food quality too.

Ordered dough balls and pasta nepolitana for the young one, and a pizza and a super vegan salad for self. Perfect!

I love PizzaExpress because you can have a filling meal simply with their incredible array of starters - something I have done too often. Friendly staff, accomodating special requests from the kitchen all in a nice wooden-charmed ambiance of a family friendly restaurant.

Chicken soup, arancini, prawns are examples of starters, from their light Italian margherita to their loaded pizzas with meat, to their perfectly crafted pesto pastas, there's enough on the menu.
And if you want to share a dessert, go for the profiterole slice - with its heavy chocolate and cream, it's definitely bad for you.but oh-so-good!

Pizza express has sadly become a more expensive version of pizza hut without much difference in quality. The place itself is nice, staff are awesome but the food lacks.well just lacks.

The spicy wings are soggy and tasteless.
The crispy calamari is as crispy as a soggy slice of bread.
The pizza are OK.
The pasta is bland

But on the upside the pepsi was nice!

The most disappointing thing is how many menu items are no longer available

Why the fzxx have them on the menu if you no longer serve them?

Anyway, after your finish your over priced tasteless bland you can drop into park and shop for more expensive shopping for candy you will never eat but you must have because you saw it on tiktok

After having a bad experience with a newly opened chicken joint in Al sufouh, family and I decided to come to pizza express as we couldn’t finish a late lunch.

That was impeccable!

Hosting, service, food and overall experience was great.

Food tastes really good. The only thing is that the staff are not so attentive busy on their mobile phones, nobody greets you when you enter.

I don't understand what all the hype I about this place, the food is really bad in here, the pizza test like a frozen pizza the bad kind, even that it was under cooked, they had no excuse even when I told them about it, never ever, I am giving 2 star the decor is nice, but that's it

Very rude customer service. The management should take notice of it I am a doctor and the person on the phone was very rude to me and insulting. I will not recommend any educated person to visit this branch. Instead u can go to another branch.

Awesome food and Christine was excellent server. The ambiance is great too. We have yet to try their famous dough balls but the pizza and pasta were excellent too! Will go back.

Staff behavior is not good with delivery drivers, they give orders late, without any reason, i request the owners to take against them.

Cold Margarita Pizza
Pre-ordered, picked up via car, 3 min later home and pizza is stone cold.
When I went back later, I got cold" this happens". No apology, nothing.
In general the pizzas are very good, suggest you open the box in the store and check.

This place is off the charts. I loved everything i had here. The food was fresh and the flavour was great.

Excellent food, a stunning new decor and fun and friendly staff make for an exceptional family lunch location.
Pizzas are awesome with an interesting variety on offer, including veggie and gluten free offerings.

Excellent pizza the chicken and the meat pizzas were really amazing. The seafood was not so great, but then again I don't think there is such thing as a good seafood pizza

I really love the way they placed the pineapple in the pizza. It's unique. They did not put chunks of pineapples. It's a must try!

Awesome taste, very good pizza. Ambience is nice, there is a little privacy setup as well 2 tables only if you are privacy conscious.
Large pizza is good for two however if ur heavy eater you might feel its less as the pan is pretty thin. Though the taste is awesome.
One thing that need improvement is the service, you have to find a waiter and wait for him to look at you and it was quite empty at that time, not sure what happens when its crowdy.

Amazing place for authentic Italian Pizza. Location is also good, though environment inside was little noisy. Was worth a visit as I really enjoyed the pizza and the side dishes were also awesome. Staff was really friendly and apt.

K orser the american hot and it was too freaking hot my lips was on fore the dough was very thin and crispy thr peperonj was cooked just perfect the only thing j thought could be better if they lower the ammount and types of chillies and after adfing tbe bufallo mozerella to back kt for a minute not tk keep ot cold and raw. This is not the most popular opinion, but I LOVE pineapple on pizza.
I understand that some people don't like it, but if you do, then pizza express is your go to place

We came in around 2: 30pm and we ordered immediately, the order took 40 minutes to be served. The waiter apologised for the delays and offered dough balls with butter. We asked for sparkling water with lemon, they brought it without ice & lemon. The prices are like 50-70 AED per Pizza, and their service requires some attention. My pizza served semi cold, because they burned the other pizza and I had to wait until both Pizzas are ready to serve. I don't recommend it if you're dropping by for a quick bite.

Friendly staff and great food. Good food selection for adults and children plus they have colouring pencils and activity booklets for them to enjoy while the food comes.
