I use these guys in regular occasions and for almost every occasion! They are super friendly, understanding of your requirements and most off all the most realisable at delivering the best and most gorgeous flowers available! I would recommend to anyone and everyone!

Let me start by saying I've ordered many flower arrangements from florists around the world over the years, and I would place Plaisir at the top of the list for several reasons (which is why I will continue to be a repeat customer) :

1) Service: while the shop is in Dubai, I'm located in NYC. Instead of having to make a phone call, I was able to submit a pretty open-ended request for an arrangement over WhatsApp, and the response time was almost immediate. Not only did I receive fast responses, but the owner (Mandy) spent a copious amount of time answering my questions and helping me navigate various options to come up with something that I liked. In addition, the payment process, delivery, and communication throughout managed all my expectations beyond any doubt. I'd really call this a white-glove service that comes at no added cost.
2) Artistry: as Mandy guided me through questions and designs, she really demonstrated her expertise in the area, and how each arrangement she makes has her signature. It's clear that she's passionate about what she does, and puts love and effort into everything. When you're buying flowers from Plaisir, you're getting so much more than a simple arrangement - you're getting a true piece of art each time, where you can clearly see the passion and years of experience shine through.
3) Quality: simply look at the photos I provided on this review (actual arrangements I ordered and same-day delivered). Only the freshest, highest quality flowers were provided, and they lasted as well.

Once I visited Plaisir Cadaeux, I found the staff to be very friendly and helpful. They gave me so much guidance and immediately put me at ease. They helped me pick out the most beautiful arrangement, from an great selection of flowers. My fiance was very impressed and the team at Plaisir really did rescue me in my hour of need! I order today and didn't see the exact size for the flower and the box as well its really funny the size maybe 7cm with one piece of small flower and 4cm cup and the crazy price 300 dirhams i was surprised its look like a toy for a baby

I was looking for a flower bouquet that is different than the usual. I heard that Plaisir does unique pieces. I went to Plaisir all the way from Abu Dhabi and it was really worth it. I got a bouquet that looks like a dome, an arrangement I haven’t seen before very different and chic. The store is very nice, a lot of creative ideas, flowers are all fresh and colourful. You can even order anything you need online you do not need to visit the store. The lady incharge at the store, not sure of her name, she is very helpful and accommodating. Thank you Plaisir for your beautiful work, definitely coming back!

I was searching for a good and reliable flower delivery company in Dubai for a while. Even though there are a few options, it was hard to trust any of them.

But I am so happy I found Plaisir Cadeaux! They were quick with their responses in Instagram, attentive to my requests and budget. I briefly stated what I wanted and received several options to choose from.

I ordered white roses in a blue box and blue balloons to announce my mom that she is going to be a grandma.
My mom fell in love with blue feathers in the balloons. The delivery was smooth and timely, she said this is the first delivery ever that arrived right on time.
