Received healthy plants for our office.impressed by the quality and service.there were only delays in the delivery because we used the voucher, but totally understandable.

The customer service is nice, and I received my products safe and sound. I am really satisfied with everything.

They are providing very fresh plants. Highly appreciate there work. I would recomend everyone to try them.

I placed the order using the Gulf News coupon on September 30th. It has been 25 days now since I ordered it, and I haven't received it yet. Money is deducted from my account, but the order is not delivered. No one is either responding via email or answering the calls. Very poor service. I do not recommend buying from this store. Think a thousand times before placing the order. Thank you.

I have read the reviews and I agree with all of them. I had placed an order through the gulf news voucher in September and the plants have not been delivered yet. I have already logged a complaint with the Dubai Consumer Department and I suggest all the other aggrieved do the same. I will also be speaking to Gulf News regarding this.

Still waiting on delivery places on 28/09/22.
No update or follow back.
Just feels like the company is hoping i will forget about my order.

Very poor customer service.ordered items 12 days back.till now not delivered.whenever calling them always unanswered if someone picks gets the response he is not from the right department and i have to call back.very very irresponsible.

I have ordered by using Gulf News voucher They are very tricky … once we chosen the items and kept in the basket…once you entered the voucher then the delivery price getting increased.its tricky and kind of cheating

They do not answer calls. It has been a complete week and my plants that I’ve ordered for have not come. It is embarrassing since one of the ordered plants was a birthday gift for someone special.

We ordered the plants for first time online.the deli ery was late.secondly wrong order so they took time to convince that its wrong item.addtionnaly quality is bad.pls Refrain from them other stores for plans are better than them

They will take your order but will not deliver on time. You have to keep on calling them and ask the status. Dont bother wasting your time.

I love buying plants from Spring rose. Plants are very healthy, look exactly as shown in the pics and delivery is super quick. Great going.keep it up guys

It has been a week since I ordered. Still waiting for the delivery. Also no update of my order.

I was excited to order from SRS as they had quite good reviews and someone recommended them to me. The delivery was fast and the plants were bigger than described, which is good.
However, I noticed straight away some brown spots on the monstera deliciosa, which the guy just brushed off by pointing out the new leaves growing and kinda played dumb. So I just accepted the delivery in the end, thinking that maybe it wasn’t in fact a big deal.
Slowly the spots grew bigger and took over other leaves, so I had to chop them off and up to now, a month later, I’m still monitoring the situation. If it was just that, fine, it happens. But even the other two plants are dropping their leaves quite rapidly to what is clearly now a fungus and I don’t even keep all these plants next to each other.
I can’t believe that 3 plants out of 3 were sick from the beginning! They’re still alive for now, but it’s a struggle and I’m very disappointed.

Nice selections most of my orders are as per the photos on their website.i find one plant challenging coz when it was delivered it has some brown spots on the leaves.

But overall rate it’s good and happy with what I received.

This online store is my one-stop-shop for most of my gardening needs. In fact, it's thanks to their quality service that has added value to my passion for gardening.

My only issue is some flowering, fruiting and herbs I need are not available in their online store. Would request them to add some.

Even weeks later post delivering a plant, they provide free plant care services. For instance, I had snail infestation in rose plant and they sent a personnel n fixed the issue for free! I'm very happy with the affordable rates and quality soil and plants they provide. Kudos Springrosesouq team!

I've ordered from them twice and I am absolutely beyond satisfied with their products and also customer service. I had an issue with the 3 plants when I ordered them but they replaced them immediately next day with much more beautiful plants. The price is also reasonable! I love them? Amazing service and quick delivery. I ordered in the evening and the next evening I received the vase with the plants. Bought the vase to small, within one day someone came to take the small one and brought me a bigger one. Im very satisfied with the service and the product. I recently ordered 5 plants and various gardening accessories, and they were delivered to my place in Abu Dhabi within 2 days. The plants were absolutely gorgeous (larger than I had expected, and even the more delicate ones were in perfect condition and with very healthy foilage). The delivery staff was also wonderful, and my shopping experience was beyond expectation. Kudos to the management and staff! Will definitely order again and recommend to my acquaintances.

Got myself a monstera deliciousa from Spring Rose Souq and was very satisfied with my purchase. They first delivered a different but made sure to deliver the correct one on the same day which I was not expecting at all. Excellent service! Btw, I was also amazed that I got 3 plants in one pot and the leaves are huge. I was expecting a single juvenile plant in a pot but instead I received 3 cuttings that are healthy and looks gorgeous
