My office is there in the tower, well maintained, friendly security guards and clean place.

This is one of the clean and very accessible business center which has lots of offices inside starting with FTI which teaches IELTS.

The staff are really professional. The place is left spotless. Especially now with the pandemic proper measures are taken. Sanitisers are provided at the elevators. Offices are sanitised regularly

First of all my evaluation of only 1 star is related to touristic purpose. There are no reasons to go in this place other than if you have an office inside this building. I worked here for many years, and the building is ok, there are good restaurants around, a supermarket, it is closed to NMC hospital and to the highway Sharjiah Dubai.
