Customer service is excellent in all means. In my opinion, it is one of the best laundry service company in whole Dubai with on time delivery and a bunch of responsive staff. I would recommend to go with them if you are looking for a professional cleaning service in Dubai. The money you spend there meets the quality)

Very bad customer service. The girl who's responding the call was very rude. If the price increases they should suppose to inform the customer. Disconnecting the call while speaking. Very very worst customer service.

The worst laundry service in the whole of UAE. They misbehave with their customers and use threatening language. Clothes come back with more stains than before and white clothes are never cleaned well by their team. They're a highly incompetent service provider with a very rude manager.
Customer is the king of the market but they're not aware of basic rules of marketing and how to treat and talk to customers.
Also, you will often find yourself chasing them to deliver your clothes on time but they will not do that and then they will end up blaming you for late payment because they fail to do their job!
