If I can give them 0 stars I would do that. I booked 4 seats in 1 booking for a concert and they assigned me 3 together and 1 seperate, and they are refusing to rectify it. Their "solution" is for me to book tickets in a higher category and spend more money so I can have 4 together. Absolutely ridiculous and they refuse to solve the issue. Pathetic service and horrible customer support. Very disappointed

Be very careful if you book through this company. Once they have your money there is no way to change or refund a ticket. They even have the audacity to charge you at the checkout for a "Refund Guarantee" to your payment that's about as useful as a snowman in a desert. The price advertised on their website is not the price you pay at the checkout as they layer on hidden charges/commissions with no explanation. There are other companies who do offer refunds so shop around. The worst customer service ever. I would have given zero stars if that was an option.

All our friends our died or kidnapped. I pay extra with refund. Your company is not ready to meet us. We don't want to get the refund because we just regretted it! You are a company with bad human relations and we will not stop until you return all the Israelis the money and apologize. I have had a terrible experience till now!
I was purchasing tickets for 12 May and when the tickets came in, the date was today 11 May!
I called the customer service team and asked for editing my ticket date or refunding my money back.
They said they could not do anything!
This is really shocking! I have paid a lot of money, and they dont want to help out! What kind of customer service is that?
It is a very disappointing and bad customer experience!
Could anyone help me?

Fantastic service and support from Ahmed. We missed the reschedule notification and were unavailable for the rescheduled date but still got our refund.

Your one stop shop for the greatest shows in town. Not only that, but customer service deserves 6 stars if that was possible. We recently had an incident which forced us to cancel our tickets and the staff was so supportive and understanding and the response time was rapid. Thank you Platinumlist.

Recently i had purchased tickets for the fontana circus (great show), but we weren't happy with our seating position which was a tricky work of platinumlist to sell the corner seats (block 6 & 1) where as we could see empty seats in other blocks (block 2 & 5) why is that, all tickets buyers are paying the same amount of money to watch the show then why should there be a disparity!

And also your marketing gimmicks of publishing the children's ticket rate on the main page & not the actual adult ticket rates, not for this show but other entertainment packages.

Tickets were starting 295aed. But when I clicked on the requested concert, I got only 695aed seats left. Fine, I guess every other tickets have been sold. I really wanted to attend the concert, so that I bought a 695aed seat. A few days later, there were surprisingly plenty of available seats, at 295aed! I asked for a change, have been answered the 695aed isn’t even refundable. Feel totally scammed!

Worst customer experience ever, I wanted to get a refund on my tickets after 12 hours from my booking and I paid the fee to refund guarantee, But they said my reason for the refund is not enough to get a refund, and when I talk to customer representative it feels like I’m talking to a robot each time I say something they just reply with a link to when the refund is applicable.

This my first and last time I book with them, if there was less then a star I would give them.

The website and app are also easy to use and I faced no problems with the booking, payments and general browsing of the various events published there.

I have good experience in the past booking from Platinumlist, however, the Paskong Handong para sa Pinoy concert from Creative Minds last Dec. 10 was the worst concert experience I ever had. I suggest Platinumlist to review and do background check for the organizers of their events as it will definitely affect the feedback and rating of the platform itself.

1st - tickets said 4pm gates will open and show will start but this didnt happen. People were on queue from 4pm and were allowed to go inside at 730pm. There was no water and washroom as we lined up in the parking lot. There were pregnant women and babies and people waited out in the cold with no explanation about the delay.
2nd - people who paid "Gold seated" were instructed to stand with silver class. No chairs at all. We had to shout at organizers to let us stand behind VIP because we paid more than silver and should be seated. In the end, all places were mixed up and silver holders also went to the front. Very disorganized.
3rd - Show started at 920pm. Again another delay. No music, no lights and people were confused.
4th - there were food stalls with overpriced food but people had nowhere to sit. There were only 6 tables available and everyone was tired but had to stand up to eat.

Worst concert experience ever. Very stressful. I will not buy again any tickets if the service is like this. My sister had stomach pain because of stress. And we demanded refund from organizers but they just stared at us and when we requested for the manager, no one came to explain or apologize. Very bad experience. 2 stars are for the performers. But zero for organizers.

Bought tickets from them for a cricket match where I wasn’t allowed to enter. Contacted them for a refund and they said they will “ resolve” the matter in 7 working days. The 7 days have passed and Then they disappeared

One of the worst organisers that I ever seen!
We paid 5000AED for Kadhim Alsahir concert at Dubai media city.
No proper organisation no service everything was dirty.
Lot of people came from 200AED area to sit in VVIP area.
Over the whole party the organiser couldn’t cut the movement in front of the stage!
There is a Libanese lady boss was keep selling tickets even after 45 mnts of the start of the event!
This guys can do maybe another things but not party organisation!
I Will not attend any event operated by them and will run away once I read their name again

Platinumlist is generally a good platform to buy tickets for events within the Gulf region. For non sporting events they have been smooth. However I must say the experience for selling ICC World Cup tickets has been horrible. Tickets went on sale without any prior notification and in spite of being on the site 3 minutes after tickets went on sale, i was in the que for over 1 and half hour (this I really don't mind) After getting in its a total horror show as seats show available and when selected they unselect or even worse the payment page would not work after having tickets in the basket, only to disappear on refreshing the page.i ended up spending more than 5 hours non-stop on the page, followed by 2 hours between 3am-5am and again remained logged in from 7: 30am till 3pm.
One major positive I must say is the phenomenal customer service I received over the phone by the customer support staff called Hardik. He is a through professional in handling customers (i am sure he must have spoken to 100s of disappointed people trying to buy tickets) and is a major asset to any organization handling customers.
I am still hopeful that Platiumlist put out more tickets specially for the India vs Pakistan game the process is more user friendly.

The website is one of the best in UAE to book tickets for major events and the team is amazing! I really appreciate the way I was personally assisted by Hardik for booking the T20 World Cup Tickets; even though they must be undergoing tremendous pressure with the volume of calls and requests. Kudos to Hardik and the entire team for the follow ups and assistance!

We had an accident and couldn't come to opera. We asked customer service to take us next day because there were free slots still. Platinum list not only didn't help they used awful robot service to respond. Worst event company ever. You need to give more attention to customer service. Never again.

One of the worst scam artists in the business. Can't believe they are still operational. All the good reviews are fake. Their prices and T&Cs are ridiculous and customer service is just dreary. Stay away. Go directly to the seller. You get better price and definitely a better service

There was a problem with my browser during booking and I was given the wrong seat selection.

Mohamed Abdalla was really helpful in getting it sorted and getting me the correct seat.

Very efficient service and approachable ticketing staff in general! Love all the events! My most favourite event i've been to was hillsong! Everything was well prepared, seems like they've anticipated the crowd already even before the event started! Will definitely recommend platinumlist to friends! Keep up the good work guys!)
