Disastrous customer service (back end, not the call center team based in Morocco). After no response from Sony PS, I placed a chargeback on 2 of the 3 transactions that took place on my CC for the same game due to some technical issue. So my account (used by my son) has been suspended for weeks and we (me and call center team) are trying to figure out how to resolve it. I have spoken to call center agents who seem to understand the issue and sympathize with me. However, I keep receiving an automated email asking me to buy vouchers otherwise the account will remain suspended. I am planning to visit their Dubai office and see if someone can help and close the loop on this mess.

A Fraudulent transaction was made on my credit card on PlayStation store. I called to talk to PlayStation to block the transaction but they were of no help and could not even track the payment from card details and stop it (other retailer were able to help me using this method) and were saying they can't help because they don't have the account details (which obviously i will not have since i don't know who used my card). Honestly really disanointed.they don't even have a fraud team that look into fraudulent transactions.

They don't even have an email i can send my complain to.

Horrible, Absolutely horrible. You should learn how customer support should be from Microsoft.
