When I called the reception for a service, I was treated very badly,This speech was very Disrespect.When I called this number the second time, the phone was not picked up.I think it's a Philippine lady.

They gave me the lowest quote and got the job done successfully. I am happy. Fairly fast to schedule on WhatsApp and get a quote. The conversation starts with automatic text but someone follows-up in an hour if you get stuck in the conversation and helps you quickly schedule. They showed up promptly. Finish the work in an hour. The person that was cleaning tried very hard to remove a couple small stubborn stains. I appreciated the hard work. They may not be wearing fancy gloves or head covers etc (like certain cleaning companies with high fees) but they charge reasonable and get the job done.

They insist for you to pay in advance, and once you do, they disappeared. I had to chase them for my service, as they had forgotten about it, on whatapp I repeated 5 times the day and time. They still manage to screw up. It was 01: 30 min delay. I do not recommend.
Of course, the supervisor is always out and they don’t care. After a while she called me back, but still, just an apology, oh, and also laughing, she only stopped when I told her that it wasn’t funny, def not sincere, just because they have to do so. They literally DO NOT CARE. She said she would call me back with a solution, they never did.
The worse customer service.
They only apologize and that’s it. Zero service recovery or attention to the customer.
They do not value the customer timing or respect them.
I read many comments about the same issue. Doesn’t seem to change. But it’s clearly how much they do not care. I was shocked.
Guys who came over, did a good job cleaning the sofa, horrible job doing the carpet, which I had to do it myself. However I do not recommend the stress, and there’s plenty other companies out there.
Only thing they write is the same message to everybody, saying they will accept the feedback and improve. Copy paste. Seems like they aren’t even doing the improvement.

Excellent work they removed all stains in the toiled and the dust and the floor is shiny and whiter they even cleaned the toiled ceiling and the wall

I had contacted Plus Point Cleaning Service for the AC Duct cleaning service. The team reached our home on time and executed the task perfectly. Very professional and really appreciate the way they cleaned the mess after the AC duct cleaning. Excellent work done by Shibil, Jinu, Ragesh & Nimal.
I would highly recommend them.

Tried them for the first time. Punctual.
What they cleaned, they did a decent job (not thorough, corners left as is), but didn't do several things that would be expected. Dishes left in sink (so sink not cleaned). Sofa pillow covers not changed, despite covers being kept there (so sofa also not cleaned).
Not planning to use again.

Best service I had in many years. The team are very meticulous and detailed. They thoroughly cleaned my sofa, making it brand new again. And they are the best priced amongst others. Highly recommended

I had a terrible experience with Plus Point Cleaning Services. The service was very bad and the cleaners were unprofessional. I was extremely disappointed with the quality of their work and the level of customer service provided. My house was left in a worse condition after they came to clean it. It was a complete nightmare dealing with this company and I would not recommend them to anyone. If you're looking for a reliable cleaning and maintenance company in Dubai, then please look elsewhere. Trust me, you do not want to have the same bad experience that I had.

I spoke to Eva around 4pm and she made arrangements to send me a cleaner by 6.30pm (in such a short notice) and Khairullah did a fabulous job.i would definitely recommend them and use their services again.

Unfortunately, my experience with Plus Point Cleaning Services was a complete disappointment. The quality of their service was terrible and it was clear they didn't care about their customers or their reputation. I was left with a bad taste in my mouth after my interaction with them. The cleanliness of my space was not up to par and their customer service was unprofessional and rude. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

They were 1 and half hours late, the manager ANEESH was incredibly rude and dismissive of my concerns. Save your money and book with ANY other service provider!

We had hired the said team for cleaning our recliner and one cushioned bed frame. The team scheduled on 2: 00 pm and reached at 11: 30 pm, which was acceptable, as my family was settled. On arrival they informed that steaming was not mentioned, while I clearly communicated that steaming is required, WhatsApp chat is available for backing up this. I understood that they had some issues. And finally the technician told they will change us extra for steaming. I was left with no choice but to deny steaming.

The cleaning was not
at all professional, my house floor was dirty and our building security had to volunteer himself to clean the floor, again being a professional team, this need to be done by your team nonetheless circumstances.

Hope this will be improved and being a family person I won’t recommend this company service to any others.

Highly non recommended cleaning company in UAE

I love how they're very fast to respond on my query, even I booked my appointment the next day they accept it. The staff they sent to clean our sofa AMIR was great, he did it so well and fast. Thank you guys

Yes, I know, that's three words - just like what you get with Plus Point - much more for your money.

Our help had to go on emergency leave for indefinite period, and I was left holding - not the baby, but the duster, mop, vacuum cleaner, etc etc - apparently my share of the housework.
The first few days were exciting - helping the missus & and bonding, etc etc. A totally crazy friend said that it's even romantic, helping out, doing chores together, like in the movies. Romantic - my derriere. When it's a daily thing, it isn't so exciting. Big shout to those husbands who help out regularly. You guys rock.
Not all are cut out for this kind of romance. Definitely not me.
In my case, 3rd day, the rubber hit the road. I started having more meetings (read excuses) that would/could/should last until late evening. There were no complaints but I felt guilty abandoning my mate all alone in the battlefield, so planned to get a cleaning agency. Boss of the house (aka the missus) said no. In most that we used in the past, after 2-3 hours of cleaning, it still looked like we still had to do our share. But we really had no choice. She put her foot down but there she found dust and reluctantly agreed to try.
Try we did, three different agencies - they came, they talked (a lot) & they left. Not being rude here, maybe they're just being nice by talking to us. Appreciated, but need to get the work done too. Not much was getting done in 2 hours. One lady even said that we need 2 people for 2 or 3 hours. Tried that, too. Not happy.
As usual we were getting recommendations which were being tried religiously. Yes we even included it in our prayers - to get a good agency.
Then a smart friend recommended Plus Point as another try before I got my hands dirty again (or is it cleaner - since it will be in different cleaning soaps & liquids).
Plus Point seemed to be quite economical so thought to try it out.
Well, long story short - Plus Point saved the day (actually several days, its now 16 and counting). No nonsense, excellent work and yes, just the required conversation.

Very professional service on job as well as out.
They call & connect on whatsapp to intimate the service or change, if any.
The cleaners are excellent, neat, tidy and efficient. Special mention for Evangeline. What an amazing lady. She did more alone in two hours than what was done by 2 people in 3 hours from another agency. Doesn't make it look like she's here for work, more like it's her own home.
Now that has a catch too. The missus is now calling her regularly even for unimportant work. Other day she was saying I will call Angie (yes now they are on to pet names) to help me fold clothes. That's another thing that baffles my mind. Like ancient soldiers were asked to dig trenches and use the sand to fill old trenches - just to keep them busy and active. Women seem to find similar pleasure in refolding folded clothes. I guess "Angie" will be helping out while I get billed by the.
The "thrifty" Indian that I am, I even told my wife to get pally and invite Angie for lunch on her off day and they can both fold clothes all day long while watching tv or so and we are all one happy family, minus the minus the

But as the saying goes, Happy Wife is a happy life.
(Did I mention that Plus Point is really competitive in pricing, too)
Jokes apart, they by far tops their peers - not just from my experience but even according to the wives grapevine, we all know that to be a reliable source - for such matters.
Yes, Plus Point is now well recommended in our neighborhood and friends circle too.

Very professional services from the booking manager I was dealing with, to the survery supervisor and the actual cleaners. I cannot recommend them enough for deep cleaning services. They were courteous, had pleasant bedside manner and surprised me in more ways than one. We had a site visit on Sunday and the engaged me till late before the final decision to use them.

All started up this morning with Marina the first contact at Plus Point Cleaning Services. Marina has been extremely helpful in listening and actively managing with their operations to accomodate my urgent request for AC cleaning on the same day. She sent me a detailed proposal at a reasonable price which I

As lovely as the lady was i can say that i had to clean myself afterwards. Leaving water marks on the mirror which she said were scratches (which i removed with windex and a cloth) and how can she clean without using a vacuum? In short, don't use this company as I'm sure there are many more around

Very poor service.

I had two time experience with this team.

1st one for deep cleaning my 1 bhk apartment.

They were cleaning the floors nicely but the issue was this guys wearing thr shoes and with the same shoes going outside and coming back to the same cleaned floor. And also broke my curatin rod. Then when i said i wont pay the money they did a free normal cleaning.next day.wasted my 5 hours. The amount was 735 dhs for 1bhk deep cleaning.

2nd Experience for normal cleaning 35 dhs per hour.

Booked the service 3 days prior the schedule and reconfirmed 2 days before also. But when the scheduled day when i was waiting for the team and i called them and they are saying no staff today. What the heck.they could have informed a day before so i could have checked any other good service company.

Now iam.cleaning myself

I asked for the service, got an appointment and waited

No one showed up

An hour later i called and they totally forgot about me, in addition the lady on the phone was so rude and asked me to wait for 3 more days until they get availability

I would not suggest wasting your time on someone who does that

They know their job well. My sofa was so dirty that I was planning to change it. Eva was very kind to call and inform me about discount deal going on, which I opted for and I'm so happy I took the service. They are amazing.

HORRIBLE AND WORST SERVICE.

Each time they send a different cleaner.even booked a regular cleaner with them but they send randomly. They cancel the cleaner and never bother messaging. The maid is ALWAYS very late because they don't have sufficient drivers. I must say they deserve to be shutdown. There are far better services in the market.

Unprofessional service totally disappointed to hire them. Took more than 2 hrs to clean 1bhk and everything half done. Didn’t clean washroom. The cleaner had no experience. Carpet and sofa cleaning was good.

Horrible Customer Service and Terrible Cleaning Service. They say that they will do deep clean but send people to do regular cleaning and they do not even do the job properly. An empty house and they did not even complete the whole house cleaning.

I would rather give them ZERO STARS for the kind of work they did!

All the team did was, make my home UNCLEAN. First and foremost they sent 2 unprofessional employees on the first day, they took 1 whole day to clean, with LITERALLY NOTHING CLEANED.

I had to literally run behind them for each and every minute thing, they knew nothing about the basics of cleaning. I called the office and raised my complaint at the end of the day, and the management was kind enough to send another team on the next day to complete the undone cleaning work.

The 2nd team arrived at evening, started the cleaning, and i am very sad to tell that, i was left with more disappointment. I had to teach them as in how to scrub off dirt from the floor, how to clean the over, how to clean the balcony etc, and to be honest, i have no idea why i hired them in the first place!

After the team left, the next day, my husband and I had to clean the whole house again, just to clear up their mess.

Few points would like to raise in this regard:

1. They misplaced all things because of their cleaning
2. They came with NO proper equipment, cleaning towels, tissues, or liquids. I ended up giving my vacuum cleaner, my personal cleaning towels and liquids.
3. The 2nd team even took away our few cleaning brushes and towels.
4. None of the staff knew the basics of cleaning. I had hired them for HOME DEEP CLEANING and what they did to my home is unexplainable.
5. Whatever little the staff did, it was just because we were running behind them, explaining them each and every detail, and still, the result was just DISAPPOINTMENT.
6. I do appreciate their punctuality, since they came on time.

Mr Anish and Mr Nasir did the sofa and mattress cleaning and i just love their work 100% satisfied.they have done wonderful work and their behavior was also very polite and gentle.really appreciated!

Slow and unprofessional, they overcharged me for their own sloppiness and tardiness. I purchased a whole bunch of new and unused cleaning equipment for them to use and they gave them back to me dirty and sloppy, didn’t bother to at least return them in decent condition so that they can be used again without making a mess. Never using this company again.

**Be careful, this company kept emailing me and calling me from different phone numbers to harass me about my honest review.
