We visited PNG on the occasion of Diwali to check a specific maharashtrian traditional jewellery in Dubai showroom. The lady serving us was sincere in attending us by showing and answering our queries to our satisfaction.
However, we were disappointed by one of the south indian male staff who was not at all bothered about the customers in the shop. He was busy with his mobile and eating something in front of us. He was also discussing staff medical insurance policy in open and loud.
It was the height of his unprofessionalism when he put his hand and picked up a piece of dry fruit sweet for himself from a tray offered to us by another male staff as a gesture.
It seemed that he was not at all interested in sales but was just sitting and passing time.
We just left the shop without buying anything annoyed at his behaviour.
This is not to point finger or victimise any person but an area for improvement to ensure that the staff is well trained to attend to the customers and have proper etiquettes to make the customers visit your shop again as their preferred jeweller.

They told me I will return back my VAT but from last one month I was trying to contact planet but they will not give Me my money back plz any body help

Very poor customer service. I’ve been a very regular customer but the last two times I visited them, the staff didn’t seem interested if I wasn’t making a mega deal. Provided incorrect information while negotiating and negated when finalizing. Definitely not going back.
