Two worst claim and approval requests in the past 2 months only. Call center agent does not properly understand what customer is trying to say and then they generate a ticket for a reason which I have not even mentioned in the chat.

They claim to be best in resolving customer claims and requests but first time in last 2 years I used their services and it has been worst. I don't think so I am going to use their services in the future.

I am really disgusted by the poor service I have received from Policy Bazar. I made a payment on 2nd November, and to my dismay, your system's limitations and the unwillingness of your staff to assist have left me in a state of limbo. It has been a week, and I am still awaiting confirmation on whether my payment went through.
Your company's behavior has shifted from being aggressively attentive before payment to a complete disappearance act afterward. It's infuriating that I paid almost a week ago, and you have not even initiated the process.
It's mind-boggling that a company like yours, which deals with financial transactions, cannot even track a simple payment properly. I've done everything from sharing the transaction SMS to providing a screenshot of the transaction with the reference number. I even confirmed with my bank that the payment has indeed been received by the merchant.
Policy Bazar's incompetence is beyond comprehension, and I wouldn't wish this ordeal on my worst enemy. Your inefficiency and lack of accountability have resulted in me being penalized. This experience has been nothing short of a nightmare, and I sincerely hope you improve your services before more customers suffer like I have.

I chose Policy Bazaar's car insurance with TPL cover to be a responsible driver. It's a decision that reflects my commitment to road safety.

Totally a SCAM! BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE!

They will provide you with a Policy quote of higher value and make you pay for it. During the policy issuance will ask for documents which cannot be received immediately.

Then issue a policy of other company with lower quote and say that the extra amount will be refunded.

After weeks if you follow up for the amount they claim that they paid more for this and you are at a benefit.

Specially the Senior Sales Advisor Mehul. He is not worth giving any business.

You will keep on following with the company for months and not get the extra amount refund. They will raise tickets and close them in 2 days saying there is no payment to be made to you.

DO NOT TAKE POLICY FROM POLICYBAZAAR. AE

ONE OF THE BIGGEST MISTAKE I MADE TO GET A POLICY FROM THEM. Will make sure this goes to all the people in the industry and they do not get stuck with them the way I did.

Inquired about car insurance! After receiving quotation they're not responsive at all! Worst service of all. Their payment link is not properly working and I got disconnected every time. So frustrating!

I just experienced this Nextcare health insurance policy today what I bought from this plicy bazar.it was the worst insurance expereince in my life i had ever. I have been suffering from a serious cardiac pain and these nextcare people used to say all the time that. " sir we dont cover this test, we dont cover that treatment ", now i am disappointed and leaving dubai to go to my country to get proper treatment so that I would live some more life with my family.

Well I got a quick response. Mudit is good agent. If they keep giving lowest prices we will come back to them. Oh one more thing the employees working at policy bazar need to convey the cases to their assistants. The customer should not be made to explain everytime a new agent picks up the phone. I gave 3 stars solely on Mudit's response to me. But if they are not on the phone and someone else picks up they should know the story and customer should be guided without any questions as to what their case it and where is it now? And please do not ask for 5 stars in a review just to get incentive. Your incentive should be granted to you the moment you sell an insurance, like a commission. I did not like being approached via my watsapp by an unknown number and late at night to ask for a review, this is not at all professional. Are you guys this desperate to get a positive review? Not Professional, they will be nice before you buy the policy. The guy talked to me told me the coverage but when i received the policy, it was different. Make sure to get a written confirmation on what is agreed. Now when i am trying to contact them there is no response on WhatsApp neither on email.
