Pools R Us look after our pool, and are always responsive and helpful. They have a lovely, smiley team of people that come in, and quietly just get the job done. I have also used Pools R Us to install a chiller/warmer. Fantastic job led by Vivek and Salim - done over two day. Totally painless. And works wonderfully.

I contacted them by WhatsApp asking for quotation for a pool. I have shared specifications on what I require. The response I received back they not going to quote.

We have used Pool R Us for refurbishment of our pool, building our jacuzzi, changing the filter system from chlorine to salt and they have been maintaining our pool for 4 years. Vivek is always helpful and prompt to sort out any issue might arise. We have had a generally good experience.

Very bad communication I call them twice to check my pool and booked me appointment twice but the didn’t come they wast my time for waiting them and didn’t call or said sorry and after that they block me

After putting up with years of poor communication and suffering many issues caused by neglect and poor servicing standards, we had enough and so decided to try Pools R Us (recommended by a friend).

The communication has been excellent, the initial assessment was honest and thorough and all required remedial work was carried out without fuss and fully explained along the way, both by the on site technician and the office.

We have been so impressed by the difference in standards and service, that we have now signed up for the Pools R Us annual maintenance contract (for no more than our previous maintenance contract!) and would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Pools R Us are truly professional with all required trained staff and other resources to fulfill their commitments. Their response time is reasonable. The products they use are of high quality to ensure value for money.

Most dishonest company ever. Came to my house and quoted me 400 per month. Then wanted 1000 to buy "supplies" I went with another pool company and they charged me 300 plus no surprises. Dishonest business practices. I DO NOT RECOMMEND.

The best pool construction company and service in the UAE. For the last 7 years dealing with pools r us and must say that they are super professional and always available a call away.

We have moved in our brand new villa in MBRC and immediately faced the pool problem. It had so many issues like the water that was never clean, the water filters seemed not to be working properly, the lights didn’t come on automatically in the evening plus sometimes they didn’t work at all.
At that time we still had our pool under warranty, but the compound maintenance team couldn’t figure out how to fix the problems for the whole year, totally incompetent and useless.
Finally after struggling for a long time, changing a couple of maintenance teams and almost loosing hopes to have a clean pool we did a proper research and found Pools R Us company.
From their first visit the “Pools R Us” team did a complete thorough inspection of the pool, all systems and electro-mechanicals and were able to identify the cause.
Turned out that for the whole year the filter pipes were incorrectly connected, hence the pool was not filtered at all. The lights transformer and the timer were faulty.
All these issues were detected and rectified by the “Pools R Us” team and now we can finally enjoy our clean pool.

We have used Pools R Us for over two years. They started by building our safety fence around our pool and now they maintain our pool weekly. We find them to be professional company that use high quality materials and well trained staff. They have strict hygiene measures, come when they say they will and always respond when we need them. Very poor customer service, they cancelled the appointment on the last minute FOUR TIMES, and then they tell me on the phone sorry we dont have the time and the man power to come to your villa.
