Went to the drive through today, the staff was super nice, kind, and sweet. Helped me with what to order and even left a little heart on our packaging for when we get home!

Hello everyone I won't to say about Popeye's restaurant all management.that the Dlevery Bike rider not allowed to eat food in side the restaurant only take away. I eat Popeye's all places but thay not say like this example not allowed to eat food in side restaurant. Me as a Dlevery Bike rider I spending money for eat food but.this kinda of respect I never see in any restaurant. Sorry to say this Popeye's management this is wrong. We also paying money for food and why. And the store manager was saying this not allowed to eat in the restaurant location JVC petrol station in enoc and one more think I won't to say inside the restaurant only two customer setting. But Dlevery Bike rider not allowed eat inside.only out side. Bad to bad Popeye's

I had a disappointment drive thru experience today. Paying the price of 4 chicken meal and reaching home to see 3 pcs. Bad service!

My repeat app was showing time this outlet accepts the discount but when I drove all the way there they had no clue about it and refused it!

Very bad experience, 1 hr ago, i purchased by 90 dhs a family meal, chicken pices are not proper cooked ، not possible to eat, i just through it in garbage.

Will never try again.

This review is based solely on the Mango soft serve and service here.

This soft serve has been trending on social media for a while now and it was only last Sunday that I finally made it to try it.

They have drive through as well as a spacious dine-in area.

The mango soft serve is creamy, refreshing and yummy; a great way to beat the heat. It only costs AED1/- which is great too.

The staff were accommodating when I asked if I could take a video too.

Their mango ice cream is out the world happiness. Not sure if we can get it in all the store. Hessa Street, sheik Zayed Road and academic city as of my knowledge. A worth trying

I ordered 2pcs combo but I didn't received the sides of mushed potato, chicken taste old and dry and I think they fry in the old oil. I will never ever order again.

The restaurant to get to is very hard to please. One person in our group ordered a beef steak which unfortunately arrived full of fat. They slogged through it but told the waiter how miserable they were. He offered to replace the first course with another, but it was too late. We ate salads and weren't hungry anymore. The room had the bull removed. The salads were big enough for us and the kitchen kept them for us.

After I had Popeyes, I could literally say I was missing out on something important all those years I lived without having Popeyes!

I just ordered now and without checking they didnt include the mashed potato 2pcs. This is not the first time that this happened to us. Very bad! Popeyes jvc! Never again, guys make sure to pls check your order before you go

The chicken tasted bad, actually it was tasteless, and it looked old, as if it was fried 12 hours ago. Had a terrible stomach ache. Not going there again.

The taste was really bad.
What was expected and what we got was really bad.
No sanitizing the place after the customer left. Barely any sanitizer hidden somewhere.
Staff was somewhat good.
No sauces except the typical tomato ketchup.
Not worth trying anymore.

Special Thanks to Mr. Deepak and Mr. Rahim who served me a meal with great taste.
Really enjoyed having The New Chicken Burger with mouth watering spices and tummy filling as well.
5 star and must try for everyone.

Shrimps were disappointing. Loved the chicken yogurt burger and sandwiches. Love the coleslaw & biscuits they provide.

Edit: thank you for a positive response. We always go back for the delicious chicken sandwiches you have to offer. We were there yesterday to enjoy the same.

Not the most appetising picture but the new Popeyes chicken sandwich is SOO GOOD. The chicken is crispy and the sandwich isn’t dry at all. Also this is a huge sandwich. So worth it!

Ordered the 'Fiery Buffalo Chicken Box' from @popeyesuae - as a treat to myself for completing everything on my tasks lists!

First thing I had straight out of the bag were the Cajun Fries - these were super delicious!

The chicken sandwich had become soggy by the time it reached me, even though the delivery was made under 30mins via @careemuae (I think it was the buffalo sauce)

The chicken piece was flavourful and well-cooked. I was pleasantly surprised by the crispy skin covering the juicy chicken inside.

Coleslaw was decent.

Overall I enjoyed the meal and needless to say that the Cajun Fries were my favourite!

1- The worst experience ever, the food was not cooked as it should be, cold, I tried to call the restaurant but nobody answered, i will to file a complaint.
2- Update:
I send them my mobile number and nobody called me, so don't bather to complain nobody will listen to you, just avoid it and try to eat something else.

The food was great and fresh. It was kind of good experience and the staff was nice. I'll definitely recommend to my friends.

Hessa street JVC Branch Very bad service, I order 2 fish sandwich meal and specially ask to provide fresh when I reach home sandwich and fries are very cold, this is 2nd time

I love popeyes food but unfortunately staff for this branch is rude. They don't care about customers at all.

This is the worst branch they are worst in customer service, there manager I guess who is new called Rahim is the reason for that.
The other side of popeyes on umm suqeim is much better and friendly. They will take your order like you are having free

Overrated Chicken Strips nothing Special, Cajun Chicken Sandwich is overy spicy and salty. Cajun Fries is just bulk of salt without any taste. Texas chicken and Charley's is much better choice

Food was not hot as well as not delicious for me.
One time visit I think enough.

The fastfood was fantastic and also customer service but today June 29 me and my husband siting with group of teen agers was so loud voice laughing too much and they start bullying other people while they eating and also to us FYI and we see that not all of them ordering from same fastfood they bring staff from outside and eat to that resto fast so bad experience. Keep eye of this kind of group customer

Service is not professional - they wouldn’t even replace a side dish with a biscuit or a bun!

If you try to contact their central service number they always try their best not to do anything - too lazy.

Took thier twin combo meal via entertainer buy one get one only at Aed 18/-. They must mark thier presence at back site gas station bcoz from back entrance nobody knows thier is popoyes inside

Small outlet, aircon was set at max and was very cold inside. Otherwise, typical fast food outlet that you'd find at gas stations

Absolutely horrible experience! Both me & my husband ordered Fiery Buffalo Chicken Sandwich Combo. Sandwiches were very different from what they project on their menu. Chicken patty inside was so tiny that it looked more like a nugget piece. Honestly, had hard time finding it in first place. Don't see us visiting or ordering from Popeyees again. Not worth it.

One of the worst experiences ever at a restaurant. Food was cold, wasn't even that tasty. Asked the worker to fetch me a spot in the parking, he removed the parking signs then someone parked in my spot. He didn't even make sure that i parked in the spot that i asked him to remove the signs from.negligent staff, bad experience.

First time ever I try this.it is the best potato.amazing Sandwiches and sauce but customer Service have to deduct 2 stars!

Lovely branch but I was upset how come they don’t have any dipping sauce except for ketchup. They didn’t even have mayonnaise which is weird. Plus the fries came cold as if it was sitting there for long time. What was most shocking was the burger. It was COLD. How on earth would a burger be cold? I know the place is empty and not a single person is here except me but that doesn’t mean they serve something below standards or something that’s been there for a long time. It’s a disgusting experience.

Very nice and clean location. The chicken was fresh and perfectly crispy. We tried the spicy one which was awesome. After all, they are the one invented spicy fried chicken in Louisiana! Well done and keep up the good work.

The best fried chicken taste around Dubai comparing with the other competitors, friendly stuff and hard to get parking around in the rush time, but they have drive through option as well

They need to fix their ventilation system. I entered for 1 minute only and the fried oil smell stick on my cloths!

Orders come quick and place is clean and not crowded. Crews are kind and accommodating. Food is great as always, elaborated by its distinct flavour and seasoning. The warm food and smile of the crews will keep you coming back.

الدجاج المقلي على الطريقة جنوب الامريكي. فرع من سلسلة فروع مطاعم بوبايز الشهيرة المختصة في الوجبات السريعة كونه من الجنوب الامريكي وبالتحديد ولاية تكساس الامريكية تجد فيه محاولات دمج للمطبخ المكسيكي. اسعاره مناسبة ووجباته مشبعة. الفائدة الصحية ليست موضوعنا عندما تقرر تأكل فيه.

Dreadful: (first and last ever Popeyes Chicken. When I got my food home it was 75% wrong. Never ever again.

١-ينبغي ادخال المشويات في قائمة الأطعمة
٢-ينبغي مصارحة المرتادين بمدى جودة الدجاج المقلي في نسب السعرات الحرارية و بلد و مزرعة المنتج و هل يتغدى نباتيًا ١٠٠٪؜ او لا و هل يعامل الهرمونات و الكيماويات او لا
٣- الموظفون في حالة من الحديث الكثير و عدم إعطاء جو الهدوء و الراحة للزبائن ، يغنون و يتحادثون في أشياء! لا تليق
٤- الموسيقا لا تناسب هذا البلد فالأصوات الطبيعية هو الحل الهاديء و المناسب للخروج من ضغوطات العمل

Ordered Snack Box from here and it was good.

I feel the chicken was bit too oily than usual, as I feel they are better than the other Fried Chicken outlets.

The best thing is that Popeyes usually has less oil in them and they are rich in spices.

The staff here were also nice.

I visited it tonight and found zero customer service, starting from the attendant who was standing near cash counter (Arabic). He kept looking to a female in very bad way, then the manager attended (Indian or Nepali), I talked to the manager to have a business (tie up) he replayed no we don’t want in rude way which make fell so bad, I will never recommend that restaurant to any of my friends and colleagues. If I found less than a star, I would rank it

Its yummy, juicy, delicious, hot and spicy (if do you want). I like there crunchy taste of Burger sandwich, must try.

Worst experience using the coupon offered by them and not happy with the food they served. Don't understand why they are giving coupons if they are unable to honor and treat them like regular purchase. Never visit again
