Absolutely the worst place to shop. The staff are inattentive and rude. Some were just watching videos on their mobile phones. I saw a sign saying there are watches upstairs, so I went up. 2 staff immediately followed me and asked what I am doing there. And kept insisting that I go back downstairs. All the other shops were friendly, except this one.

Bought one man bracelet from Popley and asked them to fix a pendant that I chose, and some days later the pendant went missing and I found that they just cut the pendant ring and fixed it on the bracelet without soldering it. Now when I reported this problem via whatsapp, they are not reverting back.

Fraudulent Experience.
Years back I bought gold bangles from Kalyan and gold necklace from Popley. Now when I need money I went to Kalyan and they took it back from me with a very good and resonable price while these Popley start fighting and told me you can leave shop. I will buy gold again but not from popley.
Manager Attitude is very bad.
Kalyan is most recommended and most trusted I have ever seen.

This guys are 1 number cheater, I purchased earings for my wife and it has issues and when we went to change it they were saying that if you willl replace it then new piece will be priced at current price and your amount will be deducted for ur invocie.hows this guys can do this, It is not my fault if their ornament had issue.they should consider the same price for what i bought it and should take the current price for difference of gold but not for whole. They are such cheater guys, Please don't buy from these cheater better to go with reputed shop.

Fraudulent Experience. As per UAE law every visit visa holder is allowed to receive the VAT refund at the airport upon presenting purchase receipt and goods purchased. However after completing the purchase the shop advisor handed over us only one leaflet of VAT free planet and that is all. They said present the purchase receipt, goods and we will get our refund. On the day of flight at the airport upon approaching the counter, authority told us, that shop should paste a sticker with a unique bar code and update the purchase online on the submitted visitor passport number, however shop didn't do any of above procedure to refund. From the airport when we called the shop, worst reply and different excuses received from different employees. Since the visitor had to leave the country due to flight schedule, we had to loose VAT of approx of AED 1000 which went to the shop and they hided the procedure on the day of purchase. SUCH A BIG NAME WE CHOSE AND THEY CHEATED THE PURCHASER.please beware as once the visit visa holder leaves the country, no one can claim for the money visitor loose and it encourages brands like this to repeat

I bought yesterday Gold from Popley branch located in Deira Gold souq near Malabar but I didn't received DSF coupons and when I asked next day after visiting again to get coupons they told they are not participating in DSF. I all the way from Sharjah went there to get coupons next day. I had worst experience. Everytime when I purchase from other outlets I always receive coupons this time also I called at night when I went home to get coupons I thought they had forgotten to give thats why I went next day all the way from Sharjah. This should not be trend followed by the outlet so their customers suffers. Good business Systems doesn't run like this. Lets see if any action will be taken on my disappointed purchase or Not. I will not recommend to Visit such stores who doesn't cares about their customers.

It's not as cheap as what is hyped over the internet. I could still get lower priced gold from the Philippines that are from Middle Eastern countries (and to think they already have mark up prices for those). I haggled for about more than 20% discount but only gave me like 5-10%. I bought the bracelets anyway because I liked them. But I will never buy gold from here again. The most annoying part was that he couldn't give more discount because he said that I'm still going to get a tax refund anyway (which is only 5%). But when I went to the airport to get my refund, the guy from the counter said that they DID NOT PUT A TAG and I wasn't able to get my tax refund at all! I couldn't feel the "discount" at all. I felt really disappointed.
