Sincerely thank to officer Mr. Abdul Aziz at the customer service. He is kindly and enthusiastic, and his work is fast and effective. It only takes 5 minutes from entering the door to completing problem solving. The officials at the customer service center are very friendly, and they greeted me in Chinese. Thank you.

Worst Experience ever. People are waiting there for their turn and the police person said there is a technical problem today.we came here after calling the police station. We came from fujairah waited here for 4 hours. We can't take leave from our school and cant be able to come again from such a far distance. There is only one port police station which take the fingerprints. Kindly make more service stations for people who are living in other cities of UAE

Thank you Dubai police for the best service and great stuff

The officers inside are very welcoming. I went to get my PCC (Police Clearance Certificate). The whole process was done within 20 minutes. As promised, I received my PCC within 2 days. I just want to thank the department for their service which is up to the mark.

I would like to report this company name RAYAN RENT A CAR AL BARSHA 1 they will hired staff without visa and they working more than 12hours per day with out pay the overtime and lot tourist customers have complained of this company because they will charge them to much and there’s 2.5% also they charge to customer pls check because this company they cheating the customers and staff thank u

Office number and call center number always no body answer, I don’t know where are the officers?
