My Aunty booked us in to have our nails done here while we were on holiday in Dubai. Highly recommend visiting here.

I had a bad experience. Booked for 2 PM waited an hour for my turn and when it was my turn they left. Bad service. Didnt know how to cut hair. Will never go back again.

جبت خطيبي ادلعة يقص شهرة بمكان كشخة أوتيل سبع نجوم وأول ما دخلنا ما ارتحت للحلاق.
والصدمة اول ما تركتهم اروح حمام الحلاق فتح مواضيع بنات وسهرات ومضيفات جميلات يعرفهم وعطاة تسعيرة من ٢٠٠٠ الى ٦٠٠٠ ولما رجعت سكت.
وبكل وقاحة يقول ما تخافين وحدة تلف على خطيبة عيني عينك وبأسلوب رخيص ما توقعتة من صالون في أوتيل ٧ نجوم صراحة فشلللللللللله تفشلت عند خطيبي موديتة مكان رخيص التعامل و حلاق يسولف بالدعارة

Indirect promotion to prostitution
hair stylist confirmed he did not learn in hair school and the 10 min hair cut was 45 minutes to really take his time promoting prostitution!
Don't waste your money and yah 450 drh for short hair cut with value of 20 drh service.
I expect burj al Arab to hand pick their business and I expect any salon to train their employees the art of small talk. Asking a client why Saudis love Russian woman is not small talk you would expect at 7 star hotel and with very respected business man!
He had no idea who's hair he is cutting! Ksa public figure but he is ignorant clearly!
I'm very upset and would not want anyone to experience an insulting service.
MSG to management change ur staff or train them or move to a one star location, you ruined my burg al Arab experience
