شركة غير محترمة على الاطلاق. جربت الشحن معاهم من شركتي ب طلبين من ست شهور. وحتى الحين ما استلمت الفلوس. كل مرة اكلمهم يقلي ابعت ايميل، واشوف الحسابات واكلم المدير ……. من الاخير اكل الفلوس عللي ومش راضي يدفع بسبب اني ما كملت معاه الشغل. الشخص اللي تعاملت معاه اسمو اياس.

Worst frustrating service! Shipment held in customs for over a month and no one cares to give me a proper update, provide an ETA or even respond from MyBox team. Customer Service team are not providing any support either. Not sure anymore if I will ever receive my shipment.

Very bad company, charging me 5 times the actual weight for a small size toys for my child, my shipment was 1kg which costs 58 aed, they made me pay 265 aed for 5kg saying that the size is big, 2 weeks back i ordered a shoes from the US with Aramex shop and ship that weigh 2 kg and paid 90 aed only!

The company is unwilling to supervise its quality of delivering shipments. My shipment of perishable items that might have lost their quality has been in their facilities for over 20 days. I don’t recommend this company to anyone and I do urge people to look into other companies that might be slightly more expensive but at least you will get a better service

My order from amazon was shipped with them. They did not follow the expected delivery date for and invalid reason. Very poor service.

Excellent customer service and delivery came as expected. My only comment would be regarding the delivery updates, it would be great if delivery times were stated (due to the nature of payment method available with the company I ordered my goods with-only COD) so we don’t need to wait around and waste the customer and delivery man’s time. It would make it more time effective/efficient for everyone.

Very pathetic service, delivery status is always reflected as address change without any change of address is being requested, orders are taken to different addresses and drivers are complaining they are not allowed to come to actual address provided while ordering. Will never recommend this company ever again to any one, totally disappointed

"Posta Plus Company" - Honestly speaking I always had complaints about the inadequate services and inappropriate communication/Unprofessional delivery services for almost all the courier services in Al Ain and end-up decided not to use these courier services anymore but it change my mind again after receiving my last shipment through Posta Plus Courier service which is very professional, timely delivery, good communication skills, overall good service, I would like to thank you, Mr Emad, for your excellent service and timely delivery.

تعيسين تعيسين تعيسين. كانت عندي شحنة والسايق مالهم يضارب ومب متفيج يوصل حتى أنه سكر التلفون بويهي وأنا أرمسه! طلب الموقع وطرشت له وقال بيوصل الطلبية في نفس اليوم وسحب عليّ واتصل اليوم الثاني يقول لي ردي طرشي الموقع عشان أوصل الطلبية! والموظفة اللي ترد على التلفونات تعيسة لا تهش ولا تنش. وكل هذا خلاني أقول لهم يحتفظون بالطلبية اللي ترييتها أسبوعين لأنها شحن دولي، شيء يحر والله.

I CAN SAY THAT IS TRUE! It's totally worst and useless customer service! Poor service and no communication at all.
I've been updating my order since 2 weeks and keep follow up regarding the shipment at the end is useless.

Absolutely worst delivery company I ever had to deal with. No communication at all with customers
Been waiting for one month and still havent received anything. I always order from the same website and usually takes 5 days to receive with other company but with this one … be ready to wait for weeks / months before hoping receiving anything.

Worst shipment company ever!
Since date 21/11/21 i have been waiting for my shipment, worst customer service plus the currier doest call. The last three days i call the company they keep saying its out on delivery.
Yesterday 24/11/21 i opted to stay home the entire day. I called the company they said its out on delivery, i called again at 3pm a guy picked and said i’l get my shipment shortly. Fast forward its 5: 55pm i call them back again a lady answers and says the currier will get deliver before 6pm. So i tell her its 5mins to 6pm, she goes silent then she goes ahead and LIES i will recieve it in an hour knowing very well they operate from 9am to 6pm.
I’ve called today 25/11/21 this morning at 9am only to be informed its out on delivery, i ask him to kindly inform the currier to call me but he says he cant promise, seriously? Every currier is supposed to call when they are out for delivery. I mean why cant the customer service be truthful, other companies they ask what time are you available so that it can be convinient to everyone. I cannot be cancelling my plans or work just to be at home and no driver shows up.

Shipment still not delivered, call center closed, dont know how to contact them, they didnt call me for delivery but shipment tracking status says that i wasnt available. I need to travel this is parcel is a christmas gift for my daughter but i doubt i will get it before i go.

If you have the choice: avoid, avoid and run away! Not professional at all.

Mr Nour Orabi Bisher is a VIP and you cannot talk to him and he never reply to his emails. Acting like he is doing you a favour. Same like the customer service.

I have been a customer of Posta Plus for the last eight years using their MyBox service and was satisfied doing business with them. What changed this relationship was when they suddenly decided to become not only very greedy but also dropping their customer service to a new level of lowliness that I rarely saw in companies.

One of my recent shipments from the US weighed 1kg and was supposed to cost 58 AED. Upon arrival, I was shocked to see it went up to 99 AED. When I inquired about the sudden cost increase they started giving me the runarounds and never a straight answer. One person finally said they switched to a new formula to calculate the cost and said they only used it for oversized packages. He added that they sent an email to customers in this regard. All that turned out to be lies.the cost increase was for all shipments and they never send an email. When I pressed their customer service team to speak to a manager they refused to give a phone number and only provided an email. I sent four emails to this manager but never received a reply. When the package reached Dubai I checked the shipment status and was surprised to see another 10 AED increase. Again, their customer service team didn't provide a straight answer and kept saying that someone from the MyBox Department will get back to me but no one did.

My latest (and last) shipment weighed only 0.25Kg and was supposed to cost 30 AED but was 40 AED instead. Who knows how much more it would become upon arrival.

Their usual delays in deliveries and often ditching packages at the door has become a normal part of their miserable operation. It seems now they wanted to spice up things with their unjustifiable and irrational price increases.

Posta Plus's greed, lies, runarounds, hidden charges, and low level of customer service have compelled me to quit dealing with them. While increasing prices is a natural part of conducting business, but to accompany that with those shameful qualities is crossing the line and is plain disgraceful.

The staff have no knowledge and they are really rude, it show how bad the mangment is.

They don't call you back or reply to your emails.

Not sure how the company still in business.

Hello, I would like to inform you that your courier guy didn't make any attempt of calling me or trying to reach. I am checking the tracking history and to my surprise it says at 1: 26 the driver attempted to call. This is just so poor statement! Wherein I did not received even one miscall I did not received any! Then they will delay the delivery because of dishonest statement of your courier guy!

I wish I could give zero star to this extremely unprofessional logistics company. They delivered my parcel to the wrong address without providing me any record or a photo as a proof of delivery. They even do not keep a record of these crucial information which is also unbelievable (I asked many times).

I know that they are going to write their standart response under my comment like 'we're sorry, please get in touch with us to get further assistance. ' I wrote to the customer service many times providing my tracking ID and everything but there is no response as expected. They lost my parcel and they completely seem not to care about it. Never and ever going to use this company's services again for sure.

Worst courier I ever saw.
One time Amazon used these guys to send my order. It took 4 days to deliver from Dubai to Abu Dhabi. Can't believe that the consignment was in Abu Dhabi two days before delivery!

Now again another vendor has used this company to send a packet to my wife. She is waiting for 3 days and still not delivered.

A call to PPLus office and got reply that they deliver to Abu Dhabi in 24 to 48 hours. Now more than 72 hours passed and still no sign of the package.

As some have written below their tracking system says "Out for Delivery" and then after a few hours "Delivery Exception- Recipient Unavailable
Location: DUBAI" whereas no one contacted or came to the building for delivery.

And the delivery address is Abu Dhabi so wonder to whom PPLus were attempting to deliver in Dubai! That is the same for the present shipment that is not yet delivered.see below for details.

Empost deliver in about 24 hours, Amazon mostly next day, Aramex in about 48 hrs, but these guys seem to walk to Abu Dhabi with the consignment and log wrong information in the tracking system that Recipient was not reachable.

Saw the reply below from owner. But what use after the incident? How can you correct it and why should I spend time contacting your customer service if you cannot provide timely service? Stop this stereotype response and take action to correct your business.

VERY VERY UNPROFESSIONAL DELIVERY GUY!!!! One way to go to our place is being renovated and is closed. I was trying to instruct him how to come to my place but he kept on talking and asking How!??? Very very rude guy!!! Had to ask my husband to call him just so he will listen!!! Why AMAZON???? Why do you still get affiliated with such!!!

After waiting for many days to deliver my order from Amazon, I discovered that they damaged my order and they didn’t even bother to call and inform me! I had to do many calls to Amazon and to them which was annoying! I lost my order and cannot replace a new one with the same price I got. Disappointing!
Amazon! Reconsider your partnership with this company.

This happens Multiple time that I have booked the Parcel Pickup and end of the day the pickup person without visiting and Contacting me, also updated in the system that Parcel is not ready. As i have contacted and updated but still they are not accpting. As in concern, I am trying to update the issues, rest up to your Management.

My shipment is running late. This is a third class logistics company which takes 1 week to pick and drop shipments inside UAE. I'm wondering why amazon chose this company as delivery partner. With all this negative comments and 2 star average rating you have no right to be in the business of last mile delivery. Get rid of your so called managers and hire someone who know how to run the show. Pathetic!

Message to Amazon - Please exclude this courier company from your affiliation. Ordered item supposed to be Prime, has been picked by this courier and supposed to be delivered today. However, when I called to follow-up, they said it will be delivered in 1-2 days more. How come? Amazon tries to satisfy their customers by introducing Prime subscription then this unprofessional company does the opposite? Please consider re-evaluating your partnership with this courier company.

Going through the responses, makes anyone wonder why Amazon is using them.

Made the order 26th, should have been delivered 28th. Delayed till 3t0h 8pm; then timing changed to 10pm

I will vote with my money; I cancelled the order. Let the buyer deal with this rubbish service from this company.

I would give zero stars if possible.

A mail/goods forwarding company - my experiences from May 2020;

Deliveries were attempted multiple times to their UK address but nobody there to receive them. UK telephone number was not operational.

Customer service - over 30 emails were sent and were either ignored or the queries raised were not responded to.

A totally regrettable experience.

Worst service ever. Waiting for 6 days for a shipment to be picked up. Your call to the call center just drops or goes blank. Seems like some agents do not want to take the call as well. Very Bad experience. Would suggest other to take other courier services.

We have business account with postal plus, they have pathetic, worst then anything customer service and account management team.they have provided customer service email but that is useless, you will not get any reply of your emails from their customer service, and when you try to contact the account management team that is nightmares for you.if you request for something they will take more then a month to give you any update on that request after contentious followup 100's of emails and calls and messages.actually don't deserve even 1 star rating, i wish i could give 0 star rating to Posta.

They called me and the phone did not ring for literally no more than 3 seconds and they hung up before I could answer. I called back several times trying every extension I can in both Arabic and English languages and I would be put on hold for a long time and then the call would drop. Their website was not very helpful. I have tried emailing them and still waiting for a response.

Do not answer their phones to enable parcel tracking. They said they attempted an Amazon delivery which they did not as I was home all day and had no phone calls or missed calls from them.

The worst courrier ever I encountered in my life. You should close your company. Why this kind of courrier exist @DepartmentofEconomy? The license of this courrier should be revoked since they serve really unacceptable service. Lazy staffs and useless customer service. They did not deserve even one star.
