The session was really relaxing. The place has a beautiful positive environment, delightful interior design and very helping staff. I liked their techniques they use in the therapy, i felt so relaxed & happy from within.

I had an absolutely delightful experience at the Prakriti Ayurveda. From start to finish, everything was perfect. The environment was calm and welcoming, and the staff were friendly and attentive.
I decided to go for the Relaxation package, and it was truly outstanding. The Receptionist was very polite, Mr. Praju, the therapist, had such a gentle and expert touch, and he clearly knew all the right pressure points to use. I left the treatment feeling completely relaxed and rejuvenated.
I would highly recommend the Prakriti Ayurveda to anyone looking for a bit of pampering and relaxation.the staff are truly professional, and the treatments on offer are top-notch. I will definitely be returning soon, and I can't wait to try out some of their other treatments too! Thank you Praju, for making my time at the Ayurvedic center so wonderful!

Excellent therapy done by this massage center, worth for money. I recommend for a best relief from the body pain and all type of stress.

I had a rough day or weeks, but my wife recommend me today to come and do the package, I can say that it was really really nice, It removes all my stress away and my exhaustion. I feel energized and relieved after the steam. We will surely comeback again.
