Precious Paws Pet Spa

Generally, I had an excellent experience with precious paws grooming, but the last two experiences were horrible.
Two months ago, I had to visit the shop and try the in-shop grooming. When I picked up my dog, he was shivering and very scared. The other dogs in the shop had frightened him very badly. Perhaps Brownie is not used to other dogs, so I did not give this issue much thought. Yesterday, I had a mobile grooming session booked, and the experience was completely horrific. Not only did Brownie’s ear get infected, but the groomers had shaved some part of the skin while cleaning the area around his eye. As I understand that accidents may happen and a dog may not be fully controllable when being groomed, I do not accept that the groomers denied it completely and removed all blame on themselves when I confronted them with it.

I’ve taken my dog to multiple groomers as living far away isn’t handy and others are much closer however no1 grooms like G the groomer. I will always travel extra and take my dog to him because he is an Absolute 10/10 and the attention to detail and care for my pup is always next to none. The best in UAE hands down. I have to say I was extremely disappointed to hear Chris wasn’t working there anymore after him taking care of my dog over the years. A real trust worthy guy with a heart of gold. He will be missed a lot and I’m really sad about that. Thank you for everything over the years chris! Legend!

To make it super clear, if it was only up to the groomers I would give this review 10 stars. Chris was fantastic, super accommodating in the shop and made the experience very fun (not only to mention my dog looks amazing). Wilven (Mobile grooming) will always be a superstar, and i can’t express how good he is.

I’m giving this 3 star because of the shop experience I had, which I’m sure a lot of other clients experience. It seems like front desk/whoever takes the bookings is triple booking clients regardless of the groomers, clients or the dogs that need to be washed. The person answering the phone in the morning was already sounding like they didn’t like how their day was going, but also made it seem like parking was an easy task (it’s a bit complicated for the location). After 3 turns on the road and around 9 calls that were not ringing, someone finally answered after 2 more calls and was helpful with the location. I arrived on time and waited a good 15-20 minutes sitting down, only to realize I was triple booked, regardless of my time, or drive. It is a bit irritating to hear that you might have to wait for at least another 30/40 minutes (or however long 2 dogs take to groom) after driving all the way to the shop and waiting an extra 20 minutes. I was very close to leaving to go to another groomer and put an X on Precious Paws. Thankfully, Chris and his colleague handled the situation super well and had me leaving with a smile and a happy dog. They probably saved the shop from losing a client.

To the groomers, you guys are amazing!
To the shop, do better in managing the bookings so that you don’t make clients waste their time and triple book your groomers and let them deal with the mess of angry clients. It’s not a good look.

If the groomers ever left, customers would follow them. So do better and be more considerate of everyone’s time.

I take my dog there almost everyday. They take care my dog like their own. Amazing staff and very clean. She comes home to me not smelling bad at all. Keep up the good work.

Agressive when they handle my cat I was there and saw everything, plus rude behavior, plus wants to make you pay more and lying in front of you, this was bad experience, people don t saw how they handle in bad way your pet, and if they told that they did the massage or aromatherapy they are lying, they just want you to pay more!

I take my dog there for daycare and grooming. Today, specially, I have waited for the grooming in place. They are so nice and kind, my dog loves them! Took to another places in dubai and she hated them. I don’t take her anywhere else! They are stars, totally recommend them!

Beautiful Pet Spa with amazing high quality products at very reasonable prices.

The Groomers are very skilled and staff is polite and knowledgeable.

The place is clean (cleanest pet shop I have seen!)

The daycare area is fun for Doggos and handled by well trained staff.

Overall a great experience for my Doggo and highly recommended!

Very bad service. No respect for appointments. Took my dog there at 2: 30 for a 2: 45 appointment for a shower and they only started the shower at 4. Unacceptable to subject my pet to being caged for 1.5 hours because you want more business. Unforgivable

I've been putting my dog in this day care for a year and a half, one day i receive a call that my dog bit a puppy, which is super weird as hes super friendly never showed sign of aggression and he is socialized on a weekly basis.
After requesting for the tapes, they mentioned that therr is a possibility that it won't be visivle.
Then they came to infotm me that there was food present although I informed them multiple times not to put any food with Jaggers presence.

Called the owner multiple times he doesn't answer, the new staff joining is unfriendly at all.

Very reliable and professional pet groomers. Mobile Grooming went so smooth. Alpie was so nice, our Golden Retriever cried when he dropped him back inside our home. Thank you Alpie for pampering our baby

I called Precious Paws after having unhappy experience with another pet saloons. ’Bryan’ the phone assistant have been exceptionally patient answering my queries and arranged a mobile grooming with best of their groomer ‘Ben’.
Now I use them regularly, their mobile van is spacious and airy where my hyper and spoilt Pugs are not restless and allows Ben to groom them. Prices are reasonable too.

Very happy with the grooming services for my cat. The staff are super friendly and take a lot of care of the animals they are handling. Recommend them 100%

Best dog groomers in Dubai. Honestly, my dog has been through so many groomers in Dubai and each time he'd come back from the groomers, he'd have a skin rash that needed treatment. Never once has he had any irritation though at Precious Paws.
I go out of my way to make the trip to the business bay branch specifically (even though we have groomers closer to our area) cause the groomers are very gentle with him and you can tell they are animal lovers. Also because whatever they do, my dogs sensitive skin seems not to react in any negative way. So yea, I really recommend this place (the business bay branch is the only one I go to now).

The best staff on earth! The only place I feel my little Mia is safe and I don’t have to be right next to them all the time when they are grooming her cz they actually love pets and u can tell that they’re not only doing it cz it’s their job.

I take both my Max and MoMo for grooming to Previous Paws at Business Bay. Ben is an excellent groomer and Brian is very helpful. Service is excellent, clean environment and pets come home happy. Thank you guys. Cheers

Never afraid to bring my dog HUgo here. My Yorkie always looks amazing after his cut. They treat Hugo like family and its very conveniently located in Business Bay.

Great New Store in Ubora Tower (Business Bay). It is a Spa for Pets with amazing variety of Food, Treats and Accessories at reasonable prices. They have great groomers and use excellent quality natural shampoo. They don't sell pets and are planning on hosting adoption days in near future.
