We used their service per school program since they’re official partners of nas dubai I must say I found their service very underwhelming.

First of all it took 1 month to get the images delivered, hello this is 2023

I was shocked to see the images were bad in resolution not touched for editing whatsoever, at least you could have done some facial editing, it tooks a few minutes really, as being a longtime photoshop user by myself, I literally can say their service is very expensive and not worth it

Very expensive service for school photos. Parents are required to pay an arm and a leg for very basic photos.

Exceptional photography service - especially the young man from Liverpool, was fantastic, polite and incredibly fun!

After waiting 6 weeks for my child's school photo's to be ready, I was shocked to see them. Photos are of poor quality. After taking six weeks, I thought they would do some correcting to the lighting at least, but the photos are dark.

The photographer did not do a good job at close up portraits as they did not know how to use the props given by the school to make a nice photo. Instead we have an awkward picture which is just such a disappointment.

Despite being offered at higher prices than some other companies, The service you will receive from this is not up to the expectation and will be a complete waste of money, with significant delays and incredibly unprofessional after-sales support. Never answer phone calls and never send an email with an appropriate reply.
I'm hoping the school will select a different service next year.

The parents of students still wonder why the school went through this provider this year!
Service more than basic, poor quality (photo not even framed, same price for digital photos and paper photos). And prices super high for a photographer

Same price for a digital download than for a printed photo.crazy expensive for average pictures. Hopefully school will use a different photographer next year

School used them for photos, i do not like leaving reviews, but im going to for this.
The photos was terrible!
Plain boring photos, im sure if i took photos with a white curtain as n backdrop with my phone it would have looked better, atleast i would have helped my child to look at the camera and it would not have cost me over 600 aed.
Terrible terrible really!
And then 30 days + to view and receive digital photos.
Terrible photos, terrible service expensive for not one good photo.

Almost mar than thirty days the digital photos has not been sent terrible service and to much time

The website is not well done and not easy to used. Prices are crazy high. I hope the school will change next year.

Bad photography skills. I do not recommend them. They dont even know the basics of photography

I believe that these "photographe" are abusing by charging the school pictures way too expensive to get an important souvenir for the kids. As for example a class picture with a bench with no particular work on a white plan fond 175 aed for the basic. You need to pay a big price package to get the pictures at 45 aed. Over 650 and these are not printed with the JPEG of low resolution and with that you don't even get the class picture as its not available. I truly believe that there is a market to take for talented photographer that don't even need to print. Only 2 days of work in the school. Please propose you deal as I believe that this company is very expensive for not much. I chatted with Stephanie at the customer service and all she could say is that there are no obligations to buy.
