Staff was very helpful. Doctor treatment way was very good it help me alot in treating my condition.satisfied from this clinics.

No body answering the call. No one is replying to whatsapp number they have shared.
Called 3 times and waiting for more than 5 minutes every time and no response.

Pathetic service, no one answers the call. After 8 minutes of waiting they said you can write us in email or what’s app and then the call got disconnected automatically.

I met, Dr marites pulma, she is the best, i advised everyone to go this clinic and meet Dr marites pulma, the way she treat the patient is very nice, u will not feel like u r in clinic or u r sick, best and best Dr, i think all the doctors shoul ld be like her, lots of Thanks, and all the best.

Poor serives and I had a very worst experience in this hospital. Not responding any single calls at all. Unprofessional staffs. The higher authority should take necessary actions.

Very poor reception. My first experience on phone with the lady receptionist was very bad she was rude & misbehaving on phone. Without even knowing my insurance policy she denied to accept. When i called Oman insurance they said she is mistaken it is accepted however this happened 2 months back.now again I m trying to get appointment & and after trying to connect twice while keeping on hold for 8 minutes each time all I got was phone disconnected both time. I fail to understand what's the issue & why no senior authority is taking any action to improve this.

Ive been dialing the registered land line numberer almost 45 minutes. No one answers the phone. They keep you holding and then just disconnect the phone.

Disgusting clinic. No pharmacist available. The whole clinic is unhygienic and yuck. Staff dont know what they doing

Since your nuero is not covered under my insurance you didn’t try to submit any approval request in the insurance company. But you gave me a referral letter and didnt sent it to insurance company! What a shame just because your doctor didnt accept basic insurance so you will delay your patients!

Very disappointing experience. I do not recommend anybody holding an insurance to visit this place due to their ridiculous policies. (clinic's policies). Disrespectful services by the customer care as well and no authority figure or departments present to raise your complaints which is why they are absolutely hopeless.

I would highly recommend Dr Pratik Tamakuwala for his professionalism and caring nature.
The way he works for toothe removal or cleaning or bridge crown fixing is very good.
One can never feel pain after procedure.

I have visited Primacare Speciality Clinic - Al Mussalla Tower several times, I would like to endorse their services. GP Doctors and Specialists are concern about the patients medical conditions and goes extra mile by offering even to be contacted at any time. All clinic staffs are friendly and hospitable and often make sure that minimum waiting time for patients and I believe this is what we all want to save out time. Special mention of Mr. Nauran for his Customer Friendly approach as always. I do not hesitate to recommend the facility with heartiest wishes for its success!

Dr. Abhay, Cardio specialist did a great job with my first ever health exam. He’s very understanding and listens to my all concerns and explained everything to me in a very clear manner. He is really incredible and truly exceptional.

The front desk staff Mr. Abdul Rahman and the medical assistant Ms. Vasifa were very nice, friendly helpful and highly professional. Other staffs also caring and friendly too.

First time I have experienced a doctor that is like verbally attacking the patient. Instead of listening on the patient's medical history, he is talking like he knows already what happened.
Also, please require your nurses to improve their personal hygiene. I was holding my breathe while they are taking my bp.

I had a bad experience with the speciality clinic 6 months before.the customer care was worst and people at the reception desk for billing were more worst than that. I visited the clinic recently by taking a chance that would be not worst service.it brought me a big surprise that reception desk and insurance processing has improved. Dr Safna was very good.due to some query I wanted to talk to Dr Safna next day so I called the call center. Mr. Abdul Rahiman Meharoof was really supportive and went extra miles to support me and connect me to doctor. Inspite of having some technical issue he made sure I am not left and I get attended by the doctor. Persons like him is asset to the hospital as show there professionalism and not just bang phone or never bother to care for patients like the previous 6 months customer care.

I just visited the clinic yesterday, the staffs were very nice, nurses were really helpful and the appointment was on time we did not have to wait. The person on the phone is polite they will answer all your queries.

Worst Experience ever! Worst customer service ever! Doesn't know how to talk to patients properly. Slow service. Promised us that the results will be out within 3 days but after 3 days they told us to wait for 2 more days. This is really unacceptable. Giving false promises and letting patient to wait and never apologizes for the inconviniece they are causing. Just wow!

When I visited in Primacare I was overwhelmed to met the docter Mr manjinder who's the lab technician in this hospital the overall experience was extremely well as well the behaviour of Dr manjinder is very pity and the facilities of this place was flawless I recommend everyone you have take your treatment from Primacare u get best cure

Very poor patient service. I visited Dr Somanpilla, the dermatologist and he would not write prescriptions under my insurance claiming he will be fined in case prescription value increases 60 dhs. Will all patients be cured under 60 dhs? Wen asked doctor and staff have no further information but repeats the same dialogue. Being a week no response from customer service or doctor. Patient s are just left on the edge because of staff ignorance? Never recommend this doctor or clinic. Pooooooooor service!

I had come to get my full checkup done, so what did I like the most in the hospital. Lab Technician mr. Manjinder Singh, it was very nice.
He had a very good nature. I did not even feel that I was talking to my family member or was talking to the hospital staff, he is very good person.

Anyone looking for affordable pcr test that takes less than 24 hours this is the place. The place is less crowded.price is 85 AED for a PCR test. Process is fast n easy n staff is super friendly. My own results took less than 12 hours.

Dr. Vaishali has been a great help for me since last 10 years in Dubai. She is my go to doctor for last 10 years. Great doctor.

Doctors are nice but staff behavior is not friendly, the process to opt a service is very long. You need to spend minimum 4 to 5 hours for a normal checkup. In case of any approval on your insurance take 8 to 10 hours long. I would recommend to back up your mobile batteries fully charged and keep a backup charging bank as well with you. You gonna wait a lot in this clinic. As an addition, please be vigilant if you have any approval require on your insurance, sometime staff forget to check the approval request.

Have been to prima care speciality clinic for my back pain issue. Appointment was smooth. Doctors helped me with good advice. Along with some medicines they also suggested me some exercises. My back pain is on recovery path. Thanks for the service.

I visit Primacare clinic to meet the gynaecologist DR. Vaishali Joshi, a very experienced and polite doctor she is always ready to help. I will recommend her to all my friends and family.

We were dismayed of how one of the doctors has treated my family member. We couldn’t believe a general practitioner can treat a patient in a very ill-mannered way because of her own ignorance.
She didn’t act like a professional. But kudos to the customer service, Asheeka (don’t know if I spelled it right) who has supported us all the way to troubleshoot the problem.

Dentists are a joke. I was forced to come back to the dentist 4 times for the same issue. And I had to wait 30-45 minutes every single time. I finally gave up and went to a better clinic. You should too.

BAD, rude service. Crowded clinic. The staff roll their eyes at you or get upset if you ask them for anything at all.

When you call for an appointment, they say "just walk in". Why is there an option for appointments on your landline then?

Doctors might be experienced and qualified but i wont recommend it to anyone. I went to orthopedic doctor and he does diagonsis correctly and very experienced doctor but whats the point of so much experience and qualification when u cannot connect well with ur patients and cant give ur time, which we actually are paying you for, as consultation fees.

When u think ur job is only to write prescription and attend max no.patient possible in a day.

If a patients calls with some issue pls attend polietly and not talk abt how he is holding up the patients in que, it might be of irrelavance for you but for someone who is suffering after eating ur prescrived medicines it definitely isnt.

Anyway i m rating 1 star as the facility is also unorganized and have to wait longer than appointment time and also saftey wise, especially during this time doesnt seem upto mark.

Pathetic service, not organised, no exray service if asked why response is neglected and said the tariff is not available and patient need to go and take somewhere outside in such cases why we need to visit here.

First time I had visited this clinic, and I highly recommended Dr. Zoeb who did my tooth filling & cleaning. He is very professional and caring to his patient as from time to time, he calls me to ask if there is any pain or problem I am experiencing after his treatment. Definitely, I will refer him to my family, friends, and colleagues. Appreciate so much how he assisted me.

I have been very specific to the dentist i go to. However due to Pandemic i was unable to reach my regular dentist. Someone suggested me Dr. Zoeb and i visited him. I had to do a Root Canal which is a major hurdle for anyone but for me its a nightmare. But Dr. Zoeb handled the procedure with care and cooperated with me. I have had root canal before but this one was definitely painless. I would definitely recommend Dr. Zoeb for Dental Treatment.

Regarding the clinic- its easily accessible. Parking is Free and staff is co-operative. They definitely need to improve on their pharmacy as medicines are generally not available and i feel the pharmacy is understaffed.

My experience with them was so unsatisfied. Staff including doctors are as less responsive as government doctors in india. I don’t recommend any to visit here.

Had visited the ENT department for Acute Tonsillitis. Dr. Ragesh is very professional and precise.

Doctor doesnt come on time. Patients have to wait for too long. Coming to see a GP just for a referral to another specialist minimum waiting time is1.5 hours. Before I registered I already inform at the reception area that my Gyne will be out by 8: 30PM but they told me that 8PM GP doctor is coming so I decided to wait. But since the doctor is unprofessional she came late (8: 25PM) so I went there and finish nothing bcoz I havnt seen my Gyne doctor. I hope they can improved there service a little. It doesn’t mean that the clinic look posh the service is good already. Professionalism is important also esp in this kind of industry, were most of the waiting patients are sick. For me time is important if I only knew I wouldn’t able to see a Gynecologist doctor then I went and transferred in other clinic.

I visited this Medical Centre for my Sinus problem. I would say this is the best clinic ever I've been in Dubai.

I had a privileged to meet Dr. Rohit Gulati, ENT Specialist who is very friendly and experienced doctor especially for my case. Staff are so friendly and caring. Mariane is super.she is very humble and kind.all Receptionist staff are active and made my appointment very smooth and easy. How they follow up with my Company Insurance approval is outstanding!

PLUS. Convenient location.less than 1minute from Al Fahidi Metro Station.

I highly recommend this Clinic.

Suppose you have great service some where and you are not able to get it just becauae of the attitude of the gate keeper, how would you respond. This is what happens here. The receptionists here would make you feel like in hell. They are not at all cooperative an I know a lot of people stop visiting there just because of their attitude. If you go through all these reviews the same issue is mentioned in almost all of them. The Management has to consider and take strict action against this.

I had done my wisdom tooth removal with Dr zoeb and as well root canal, I have never seen a Dr like Dr zoeb he is the best, he knows what he is doing and he always suggest the best, from now on my whole family will go only to Dr zoeb as cannot trust anyone, he is the best, it had taken me 6 years to decide for wisdom tooth removal but he made it look so easy that I am ready for my next teeth removal as well, I have seen my other friends suffering after the removal thanx to god I found Dr zoeb, keep up the good work

The clinic and most of their GP doctors doesn’t respect the time of their patents, you will spend 2 hours waiting to see the GP, just to write the referral to the specialist doctor.

I was waiting in front of GP door, about half hour passed without single patient going inside, I was wondering what was the GP doing alone inside the office!

I consider it as disrespect to patients waiting.

It’s really a headache experience specially they no longer have a free parking, you have to pay 20 dhs per hour, so you should expect spending 3-5 hours which means upto 100 dhs for the parking!

To give a honest review they have a good specialist doctors like internal med doctor and gynecologist.

But their GP doctors are really bad, not friendly, not professional. The management need to consider this issue, this is from my more than 10 times experience

Don’t visit them, unless you are ready to waste at least 3 - 5 hours!

It’s worst clinic I ever seen, I was suffering from high fever.n this clinic was near to me. I was waiting in que and one man came and told me to come in the evening there are too many now. I argued but didn’t listen to me.very inhuman people out there.don’t no how did they get license under dubai government.running clinics just for money.very inhuman

I recently visited the hospital as i have severe tooth pain, i consulted Dentist Dr. Zoeb Kachwala, he suggested me to get my wisdom tooth removed, i have undergone the treatment and got my tooth removed with negligible pain and thanks to Dr Zoeb.

They have only one GP here. My wife waited for 2 hours and 20 mins after which she has been attended. That signifies poor service as you cannot make patients wait for so long. Advising against visiting this Clinic in particular.

Horrible and Pathetic service. Untrained staff and zero system. Average wait time of 2 hours. No questions entertained. You have to pay first even if you have insurance. People have absolutely zero idea.

GP has one of the coolest attitude, friendly, understanding and explains what your are going through and helping the patient one of the best i have seen.
