Primavera's incompetence destroyed my clothes

I recently had the unfortunate experience of using Primavera dry cleaning services, and I am beyond disappointed with the outcome. They damaged 4 pieces (t-shirts and polos) of my brand-new Loro Piana clothes. These 4 items cost a total of AED 28,880.

Primavera's carelessness and lack of professionalism is unacceptable. I trusted them to handle my clothes with the utmost care and expertise, only to receive a disastrous result.

Upon receiving my clothes back, I was shocked to find visible stains, discoloration, and severe shrinkage that rendered the clothes completely unwearable. These were items I had worn only once or twice, and now they are ruined beyond repair, thanks to Primavera's incompetence.

Primavera's customer service response was inadequate and unsympathetic. Instead of taking responsibility for their mistakes, they displayed dismissiveness and even taunted me to open a case. A mere "sorry" does not suffice for the AED 28,880 worth of damage they have caused.

I strongly advise anyone considering Primavera's dry cleaning services to think twice. Their careless handling of garments and utter lack of accountability make them an undependable and unreliable choice. Spare yourself the disappointment and frustration by seeking out a reputable and dependable dry cleaning company instead.

My experience with Primavera was a complete nightmare, and I sincerely hope that by sharing this review, others can avoid falling victim to the same distressing outcome.

I asked 3 expensive branded items at this store. All of them were terrible results.
The hat in particular, was full of wrinkles and was returned in a smaller size.
It looks as if it had been rough washed in the washing machine at home and then dried without shaping.

Then the shirt was returned with ugly wrinkles all over it, and the other one had sweat stains around the neck that looked like it hadn't been washed.

This is the first time I've come across a cleaning shop that does a bad job.
And the price is higher than the market

Are you a liar or you can't even remember your own work?
You made such a statement to deceive people in Dubai who saw your review,
but if you say you can't confirm data in all branches, your company's management system is critical.
It's like confessing that you're flawed and will lose your customer's property at any moment.

Very impressed, this is the first dry cleaning of luxury clothing where it has been returned fully clean and no change to fabric. I will confidently use the service again. I hope the service will extend to Abu Dhabi

WORSE LAUNDRY IN DUBAI! Expensive and all the laundry is returned smelling very bad and dirty! I gave them way too many chances but every-time the same issue! Avoid at all cost!

The worst Laundry ever, please don't take your cloths there.
They damage the cloths, worst customer service, worst Laundry, not professional staff.
I don't recommend it to any one.
They ruined my cloth and not ready to take the responsibility.

This is most horrible laundry, I drop my uniforms there, many times, it smells horrible, they basically didn’t even clean them, just iron and gave me back! Super disgusting I asked the receptionist, why it smells so bad after the laundry, she said please bring the uniform back to show her next time so she can give the company feedback! That means she is not serious about my feedback I have to prove it myself!
Never never visit this laundry please! I hope the shop will be closed! After receiving so many bad comments they don’t do anything to improve just simply ignore, this is ridiculous!

The cleaning is good but ironing or steaming need improvement as I found some creases in the jacket and the trousers when unpacking right before going to work which is not great

One of the greatest laundry of town, their services are amazing and the prices are great, the way they deliver items and their packing amazing and so unique in dubai you deserve more than 5 star. ️

I'd give no stars if I could. Sent curtains to be dry cleaned and was promised it would take one week, 10 days later when I contacted customer service I was told it would take another 2 days. The customer service staff were completely uninterested in helping. First and last time I will use them
