Issues in: Product, Quality and Manufacturing

Am writing this review forced as till date no one from their team or even management tried to get the job done.
Order has been given to them on 5/9/2023 and till date only two items from total 5 items has been installed and with a very poor quality.
As shown here in the pictures shows the bad quality where holes visible and acrylic sticking out of from the frame and paint isn’t clean.

This order has been given to them on 5/9/2023 and till date it’s not been done which means 49 days, as per their quote it’s showing 8 to 10 days production.

Still we have more pictures if the rubbish quality we received, adding to that the delay we faced with them and they don’t want to rectify.
We had asked for refund but they are refusing. We have now to order it through a proper signage company.

I don’t recommend this company as it’s a waste of money and time to order.

Once am satisfied with service then we would remove this review.

Project like office frontage artwork creation, Work implementation like LED 3D Signs, Participated most relevant area in Dubai.

For all the things related to advertisement, production, fabrication and printing. Prime Advertising is the go to place.

Very unprofessional. Bad decision choosing this company. The signage looks like its 10 years old. Its showing issues in 2-3 months. We are running behind them sending thousands of emails since a year but no solution yet. The product had a three year warranty.
Please don't get yourself stuck in situation like us.

One of the worst company I had ever seen in my life, they don't know how to treat their employees. Even if you work hardly for them in day nd night they will never pay you the salary and if you are asking for the salary they will never reply or attend the call.if there is an option for zero I will definitely click on that.

All the products of this factory are manufactured in good condition. All the items in this factory are made by workers in good manufacturing condition. It is contracted to all major companies in the UAE.

Very unprofessional. Bad decision choosing them. The signage looks decade old in 3 months led’s look off. No one responds to calls or emails. They have given 3 years warranty. No use. Its been 2 months we are running behind them to fix it.
