This is worst cargo service ever.
I sent My package on June 2023 and it has been 4 mouths.
The people who work they are liars and have no responsibility

The two boxes handed over on June 18 have not been received yet. No one from the staff gives any information about it. This is the worst cargo service in Dubai. Think twice before entrusting them with a task.

Worst service never ever go for this cargo it's been 4 months now still my package is not received and no proper response from these people and they r attending the call also this is very cheap prime cargo service please don’t send cargo with this prime

Worst service from prime cargo. I had sent cargo in December 2020.till now we have not received our cargo.we lost all our goods because of these sick people. Almost 4 bags of 250 kg of cargo I lost.pls don’t trust these guys.they fool you around.

I have sent cargo from Dubai to india it was dispatched in Jan 2021, it has been six months, I have no knowledge of it. Prime cargo office been saying 10 days more since months. My experience is that It’s the worst service in Dubai

I send my package last month before Dashara to Nepal (Itahari) and they collect it today with safe hand.overall service was good, consider the delay due to festival in Nepal after all package reach my home safely.i will say good service
