I recently underwent total knee replacement surgery, and I am happy to share my positive experience with the outstanding care provided by Dr. AZAM BADAR KHAN and his dedicated team. Before the surgery, I was struggling with severe knee pain and limited mobility.
I decided to entrust Dr. Azam with my total knee replacement and from the first consultation to the post-operative follow-ups, the Doctor and his team amazed me with the service and care. My concerns were easily solved once he gave me confidence by explaining all the procedures. The post-operative care I received was equally remarkable. The medical team, under Dr. Azam's guidance, ensured my comfort and recovery every step of the way.
Now, post-surgery, the pain that once dominated my days is now replaced with improved mobility. Thank you, Dr. Azam, for giving me a new lease on life.

I’m coming up to 1 week post op from an ACL reconstruction.

After my first appointment I was worried that my knee could not be fixed as this was the second full tear in my right ACL. This meant that I needed a reconstruction of an existing reconstruction.

Dr Azam and his team put me at ease from first meeting them, walked me through the recommended procedure and made me feel part of the process throughout.

The day of surgery is pretty scary but I can’t thank Dr Azam and the team at Prime Hospital enough for their care.

Most importantly the surgery so far seems to have been a roaring success, constant communication from Dr Azam post op has helped me start to strengthen muscles already and keep me on track to getting back to full strength where I can play football again and never have the fear of not joining in with my son as he grows up too. I can’t thank you enough.

But if I were to share my own experience of going through the emergency department in the early hours of Tuesday morning (thankfully nothing serious) ….

Prime is on par with some of the best healthcare providers. When the reception, nurses and doctors are friendly…. It eases your mind and makes you trust them. That’s what I found here.

Ended up with Dr. Hasan and eventually with Dr. Vinod Singhal the general surgeon. Who effortlessly treated me solved the problem and sent me home.

Good doctors. Good hospital. Conveniently located if you’re towards the east end of Dubai. Easy valet parking. And a nice cafe too. With a Starbucks to sip until the pharmacy got the drugs sorted.

I’m trying hard to think what they can improve and can’t think of anything. But because I feel compelled to say something (that’s the critic in me) I’d say that they need an escalator going down from the mezzanine floor. There’s one going up but stairs to go down. I was in pain and couldn’t walk down and had to go around the block to take the elevator.

And before I forget I must add - this hospital, unlike others I know - did not do unnecessary tests just to skim and extra buck from the insurance provider.

And being a huge fan of Indian and Pakistani doctors (I wouldn’t take even an analgesic if not prescribed by them) I’d say this place is just perfect.

Again I end with a prayer. May you all and your loved ones be blessed with an abundance of health and may you never ever have the need to visit a hospital.

Everything was great, has some minor construction noise ongoing, but it stopped and was controlled immediately.

Doctors and paramedics good but soon after registration it will be better the official give documents to customer or.patient so he can follow up. Hwre some brown dress staff takes slip then they dissapear so it causes patients confusion also the office boys needs to be polite and answer to patients his doubts

My fiancée had a spine issue, she was guided very well by Dr. Srinivas Janga who eventually conducted the surgery also. He was very polite and very informative so we could understand the issue and the solution. We trusted him immediately and proceeded into surgery within few days itself. Nurse Liby made sure that the entire process was very smooth and my fiancée is well taken care of. She guided us through all the test and formalities required and made sure we felt secure. She was in constant touch with us and very welcoming to any questions we had.

Dr. Urmel and the nurse are a special team, and every time I visit the clinic I come out with the utmost satisfaction. The doctor is a scientist in her field and is creative and the nurses are distinguished and their treatment is very good️️

Prime hospital provided us with a very good service, Dr Puneet Wadahwa pediatric doctor is very professional, efficient, super approachable and available at all times to answer any questions or concerns. Hospital facilities are clean and well maintained, nurses and staff are friendly, food for patients is pretty standard as expected in a hospital but they do bring food frequently which is good.
My sons stay was made very comfortable and all his needs were met, Overall we were very pleased with our first experience at the hospital.

Worst experience ever. After the operation you have to fight with them to make the doctor to come and check you.otherwise they will forget about you until you discharge.

I had undergone major left ear surgery with Dr. Prashant Sharma, he spent almost 3 hours to get it done and for sure it wasn’t an ordinary thing to do, I’m feeling better now and hopefully I’d get fully recover anytime soon.his work of professionalism is exemplary. Kudos to his team!

I would give it a 0 if possible. A disaster of a hospital. From medical to pharmacy. Everytime there is an issue and an hours visit takes 4 hours and thousands of phone calls.

Dr. Haitam Sawalmeh done a great job for my surgery cholecystectomy.from start of the process of diagnosis, surgery and post-surgery/recovery, did an excellent job and ensured i was well taken care of. I highly recommend him as he is an excellent Doctor.

The space for ultra sound scan is too small. A corner covered by curtain only. It should be better if you make it a closed room with doors. Privacy and comfort of women patient is highly compromised. I was worried that some one will come inside as I hear some male voices outside the curtain, may be house keeping staff. Never expected this from prime hospital.please consider.

Its a bad experince here specially for radiolgy for my wife, we try to reschedule because they told she need fasting we wait and wait but no return call till the day of the appointment.we come at the time schedule but almost three hours we wait.first she accomodate and it took a one hour then told us wait for 15mins but still 1hour is pass and still not done her radiolgy.

The attention given by the nurses and doctors was immaculate.
The patient is doing great as well so can't really ask for more, they just made the surgical experience a fun one

Dr. Usha is an asset of Prime- she very helpful- she make sure that her patient like me is aware of the whole procedure and I am spoon-fed of all the process which helps me to prepare myself. I can also say she is very innovative in the sense that she used youtube for her health teachings.

Dr. Usha has been great during my journey of pregnancy. She really connected with me and made me feel comfortable. The best part was she was always just a text away. She explained everything in detail during each visit and as it was my first pregnancy i had many doubts but no matter how many questions i asked She always explained with a smile. She is smart and knowledgeable and definitely the best Gynaecologist in Dubai.

I have severe knee problem, so I consulted Dr Azam Badar Khan, he understood my problem and provided treatment for the same. Before consulting the doctor I could barely walk but after I received his treatment I could walk properly without any support.

Dr Usha Kiran is an excellent doctor. She was a recommended to me by a friend and I started seeing her when I was 9 weeks pregnant. She was extremely supportive and caring throughout the entire pregnancy. She was also well informed and took the time to attend to my individual needs. When I had covid at 24 weeks of pregnancy, Dr Usha was freely available on WhatsApp for a consult. She always responded timeously with extreme concern. As for the birth of my baby, I could not have asked for a better doctor. I had a normal delivery and my labour was long and exhausting but Dr Usha handled in perfectly. We were in the best hands. I would highly recommend Dr Usha.

My friend was admitted there too, for about 4 days. She was given a 5 star room with caring nurses, and again.the cleanest hospital we've ever seen! I have to really emphasize the cleanliness because, specially in this pandemic time, we are always bothered about our surroundings and if it's maintaned or not.
Salute to all your cleaners, food servers, dieticians who gives the proper meal for your patients, ofcourse the nurses (like immortals) who never gets tired, the Doctors who keep up to assist all the medical conditions of every patient.

1 suggestion for the HSE/Orderly team, please make your poster a little bigger, on the waiting area in Phlebotomy and other sides, which shows the proper coughing/sneezing while in the hospital. It helps for the patients awareness to keep everyone safe too.

I had a surgical procedure with Dr. Usha recently. Been with her for almost 5yrs whom I trust and so gentle and extra care with me. Thank Dr. Usha for the unconditional care you've shown on me.

I had many complication during my pregnancy like Gestation diabetes, High BP etc which i was only able to deal with ease because of Dr Usha Kiran, She had been a big support to us throughout our bumpy journey. Me and baby wouldnt be fine if it was not for her. I get goosebumps everytime I think about the day of delivery. My babys movements and heartbeat was going down and my BP was rising up. Dr Usha tried hard for normal delivery, however the pains did not start and she was slipping away after which she took a call for cesarean and incredibly took my LO out within 5 mins and rushed her to NICU as she wasnt breathing.which saved her life. If Dr Usha wouldnt have Rushed for it, dont know what would have happened. Other than her knowledge and experience, her instincts are strong which clearly makes her one of the best Dr in town.we cant thank her enough for predicting my situation on time and taking a call for delivery in 36th week. Although my LO was born underweight (1.75kg), she is growing healthy and beautifully now. May Gods blessings always be upon her.

I went to Dr. Kiran without any prior recommendation from friends or family. I my experience, I found Dr. Kiran to be highly professional and caring. I had laparoscopic myomectomy surgery with her in Jul-21 which went smoothly. The doc.managed to remove a difficult cervical fibroid/myoma without any complications. Even after the surgery and release from hospital, the doc was available online for feedback and clarifications that was quite helpful. Would highly recommend her for laparoscopic myomectomy.

I highly recommmend Dr. Usha Kiran FRCOG, Consultant OBGY. She guided, explained and assisted me, with the nurses there, all throughout the operation. I had a myomectomy surgery (removal of 13 fibroids weighing half a Kg) for Fibroid uterus. The surgery was succesful without any complications.

I visited Dr Dirar Ahmad for my routine check up, he was one of the kindest and very accomodating Dr I’ve met. He professionally explained my diagnosis and help me understand the cause of it.

Really recommend Dr. Diljeet (optamologist) and her team of nurses all are very efficient, hard working and best at their work

Worst hospital parking I ever seen in my life. Very narrow with very limited number of places. If you don’t heart your car or cause a collision you will miss your appointment because you will wait in the parking until a place is empty. The solution they are giving is valet parking. So you not only have to pay but also you are obligated to give your car to somebody else to drive. This driver is not wearing a mask and may be a string COVID-19 factor transfer.

I had pain in my feet and visited Dr Azam badar khan Orthopedic surgeon. He is very kind takes time in examining the patient and listen to the patient carefully and with patience and must say Allah has blessed him with Shifa in his hands. His nurse Ms. Grace is also very nice and kind and explain all the process carefully. Prime hospital is clean and we surely trust it and our doctor Dr. Azam Badar Khan when it comes to our health.

Emergency is very busy doesn't listen dont have space if person is in emergency cam at 0820 am in the morning dont see people in waiting but don't have space was mistake to visit.

I was very sick and they gave me a sick leave certificate and wrote details about it for how many weeks pregnant I refused and asked for delete that. The nurse and someone from the customer service called me and said in this case You pay again for the to issue another one, knowing that this is my mistake. There is no system and no respect.
I do not like to complain about someone, but this is not from the respect and appreciation of the patient

Had my first Baby’s delivery here. Dr Usha kiran was my Ob Gyn, and she was amazing throughout. She is very approachable and explains things factually. Mine was a case of placenta previa grade4 and so had to have a C section. She explained and made the whole procedure so smooth. Am so thankful to her and I highly recommend her services.
Also the nurses at prime hospital particularly Glaize, Bindu, Laxmi, and Mercy and also too many others to name work dedicatedly and were such a big help.

One star only for the facility. The doctors are very good in prescribing antibiotics almost everytime and quickly. They will give u and your kid antibitocs before they know underlying reasons, before they make enough investigation, they give antibiotics even for viral issues.
Five bad experiences not just one, my whole family suffered here and we got no results and had to go elsewhere and find better treatment. The most recent experience is a very sensitive procedure without any topical anaesthetic or after-care advice provided.causing my kid to be shouting all night. You might never get cured here. I have had disappointment after disappointment in this place.

The hospital has the worst service by far, nurses are inconsiderate and at night they were very loud outside on the reception. The food is disgusting (sorry to say that). Broken phone in the room. Never coming back here again.

تجربة تجربة لاتوصف من السوء وعدم المسئوليه انصح جميع من يراجع هاذا المستشفى الراقي بعدم الذهاب او التوجه للطوارئ لعدم فائدتها والاكتفاء في مراجعه العيادات الخارجيه

Think twice before coming to the emergency here. My ATL father had to bring a wheelchair to push and take my 76 your mother into the hospital without any assistance from the hospital staff or the security. Staff is unfriendly and not very helpful in emergency

Last night 5/Feb /2020 I arrived with my child high fever temp 39.7 Celsius. First thank you to the Nurse for giving her a repository that immediately brought down the temperature. After that we waited 2 hrs to see a doctor and finally left to seek services else where because we could not wait any longer with a sick child. The hospital has to arrange more doctors for the night. Hospital was very crowded and the doctor was busy with an emergency. Surely such a big hospital can do better to cover night shifts. Needless to say am not coming back if its at night

A terrible place that has no respect for its paying clients or their welfare or time. Terrible customer service, outright rude staff with utter lack of courtesy towards clients who are paying for service! Avoid like the plague. Take your business elsewhere is my recommendation. Hopefully I’ve crossed their doors for the last time.

We had the best time and most care from three special people at prime hospital, first of all senior sister Julie she was exceptional and her experience of many years is unmatched in the oby/gyna field am truly grateful to you and wish u the very best, nurses mercy and saritha u gave us the best care n we indeed had quite some hearty genuine laughs that gave us more strength and a quick recovery.keep well and God bless you all.

I was recently diagnosed with high diabetes after going to some other Hospital I had no improvement.one of my uncle suggested me to visit Prime Hospital where I met with Dr. Anil.from last year I am following up with him only and now I see my diabetes is in control. On 04/01/2020 I had an appointment with Dr. Anil and was late for a half-hour but he still waited for me. Dr. Anil is Highly professional and friendly. Explaining every step what's going to happen. Poor service. Workers did not seem like they knew anything about healthcare. Someone I know was supposed to come in for iron infusion only, but staff took FOUR HOURS trying to approve her insurance (she had to approve it herself). Then they took her blood, which was unnecessary because she's already done it the day before. We figured this is a way to charge her more money in the bill. Seems like this hospital only cares about money, not their (literal) dying patients.

‏Dr. Usha was my doctor during my pregnancy and she also delivered my babies. I couldn’t speak highly enough of her. Throughout my pregnancy she always listened and was very caring and made me feel very confident. During my delivery (which was emergency section). She came just on time although it was on very early morning.she made me feel truly at ease and safe hands. It was so wonderful to have full trust in someone on such an important day. This by far is the worst institution in all of UAE. I wont refer to this place as a hospital it's more like a harvesting centre where the doctors and nurses try to harvest and abuse poor worried patients. I took my child who has high fever to this pathetic place and in high fever there is dehydration.with these two blood flow is restricted.the nurses and doctor knew this but they poked my child 3 times! They put the needle in his tiny veins and twisted the needle around trying to find blood. I am going to complain to Misintry of Health as well. They cannot get away with trying to make money off insurance companies and poor parents and children have to suffer needlessly for their greed. GOD will curse them for this.
