Prime Medical Center - Nad Al Hamar (Union Coop Mall)

The customer service lady is very rude and behaves to an attitude which is not acceptable. I went to the doc at 8: 30 in the evening and I was being told by the reception that doc does not take patients after 8: 30 even though the center timings is till 9pm. The reception lady not sure about the name also gave wrong info about the insurance coverage.

Rude reception please change them before they bring a bad name to the medical center

I have been here to take Haj/Umra Vaccine. The process was fast with good hospitality by Reception and Nurse station.

One of the finest médical center in uae, amazing team especially Ms.engi Who is very freindly, very professional. Also the beautiful and best gynecologist dr hend zayed, her work is incredibly amazing, super awsome. Extremely good experience with the Dr. Abdullah (Pediatrician) very friendly and approachable doctor.
