I left without seeing the doctor because of the unfriendly and rude parrot-like receptionist. I gave her the insurance policy number and documents with all information but she asked download the insurance company application and asked to check the “color”. Since no hospital has ever requested this, we tried to install the application for the first time but we couldn't even log in due to the unknown error. So, I explained the situation and asked if it could be verified with the existing insurance information, but she parroted the same story.
I don't think I will ever visit again.

Dr. Verushka is amazing as well, though it was our first meeting it felt like I was her patient for a very long time. She was very warm and accomodating. The people at the branch was very friendly and you can see they have customer service.

Prime Medical Centre has beautiful facilities and good doctors but the administration is pathetic. You visit a doctor, do blood tests, Xrays etc and they never call you back. I suggest if anyone has an issue that needs urgent care, look elsewhere. Other Clinics call you back with test results and send your prescription to you or a pharmacy. Prime want you to visit the doctor again so they can use their own pharmacy (who does not deliver medication). So a patient who has a serious issue has to drag him/herself back to the clinic just to get medication. Really pathethic.

I went there for my PCR test it is still 150 AED which is very expensive but I was thinking that it worth the price. 11 hours later they sent me wrong report! This is very disappointing especially when the price is still hight comparing to other hospitals or clinics

Prime medical center is not a clinic but more like a home. The staff are very friendly and you will really feel their genuine concern not because it is their job but because they really do care. They will always greet you with a smile specially nurse Sophia and other nurses and staff. Thank you for taking care of your patients and more power!

PMC has become my Go-To Place for PCR tests. Ms. Anila is very friendly and welcoming and impressively skilled in not making you want to cry while she takes your swab! The price is definitely twice that of SEHA but the waiting time is almost nothing, no queues, free parking, quickly in and out. The best part, the results are in less than 12 hours (i usually get mine after 5 hours), so it is totally worth it! I would recommend you visit PMC:)

I had an appointment at 4: 20 waiting for the doctor and out of nowhere customer agent comes (Reinah) and says the appointment has been canceled. The staff is very unprofessional and unorganized, they never call back, you have to keep calling to get through. They don’t consider the fact they customers have to arrange time and effort to come for the appointment, and cancel on the them on last minute.
Very disappointed!

I have a chronic illness and have visited too many hospitals to even count but I'm glad I live close to PRIME MEDICAL CENTER - Barsha Heights and I hope I never have to move because they have made me feel like they truly care about my health. Everyone at the center are so helpful and warm. I have been to 5 of their doctors and all of them have been so considerate about my health and wellbeing. I am so thankful to all the doctors and nurses who have guided me this far. Really appreciate everyone of you. God bless!

I would highly Recommend Dr. Nusarat (OB & Gynecology) at Al Barsha Prime Medical Center. She is so Gentle and Helping. She and her nurse Vinisha both helped me a lot in my whole period of pregnancy either in terms of appointments, approvals, reminders, assistance, guidance and medications.

Everything was smooth and well managed. Even at time of Delivery Staff/nurses and Doctor, everyone was extremely supportive physically and morally. I will really consult same doctor again.

They are all quick to respond and assist. My favorite is Nurse Jane for Dr. Heba. She is kind and helpful.

The doctors are all so cool! And their treatment really works!

I did a medical check up here and couple of follow ups and have mixed feelings.

Good: GP, Dr. Sara was great. Test reports come out quick!

Bad: Gynecologis, Dr. Nusarat. In general she is rushed and not too interested. Worst, she said certain test is not covered by my insurance: I checked with the insurance and got it covered from other clinic. Turns out I am in the 2nd level of pre-cancerous stage. This was medically advised / could lead to a cancer, thus I am not sure why.

So-so: For medical check-up it was okay, but for follow up I was messed around. They tell you to go left (vaguely pointing somewhere, and you have no idea where you supposed to go), and the door is closed and you're not sure what to do.

I went to prime medical centre al barsha heights to have a check-up since I am having a diarrhea. Of course I am infected that's why I have high fever. But the doctor treated me like a covid patient because i have fever. Put me in an isolation room where she was more concerned about my fever rather than the infection I have in my stomach. I am in excrutiating pain and they didn't even give me something for my pain. They said my insurance will take 3 hours to approve the blood test and pcr test and they will call me back the same day to ask me to come back to the clinic, but they haven't called me back until now.

I call today to ask about my test and the operator ashif answer my call and he is not approachable and same like not willing to help his I feel like so irritated the way he responded. Better to teach him good manners. And good customer service. So bad. I hope you find better person willing to do there job. Thank you

Dr. Heba Ghonim extremely helpful and always there for any queries and requirements I had & I feel very comfortable with her as she always supports me, She will be always my favorite Doctor and I am lucky/blessed to find such a good /caring Doctor like her.

A special shout out to Nurse Jane for her extraordinary & personalized service. She has always been very active with my case. She has kept me abreast regarding my insurance approvals and follow-up as and when required.

I had little regrets for knowing this place just recently. Very accommodating and very comforting. I had my dental cleaning with Dr Mohammed Sultan and he is very thorough with the procedure. I don’t like to compare but I had 3 dental cleanings (with 3 different dentists) for 3years that I was here and he’s the only one who exceeded my expectations. You can feel that he’s not doing the job for the sake of profit but he’s doing it on how it’s supposed to be done. And his nurse Libby is very kind and gentle. Would totally recommend them I don’t often make reviews but they need to be given credits to.

Extremely satisfied with the service i have received from Doctor Mohammad Merajuddin.
He is a very friendly, knowledgable, and he is a very good surgeon. He removed a lump on my lower back and stitch after a week i came back believing need to remove the stitch but i was surprised that there is nothing to remove and the surgery that he has done is very invisible that you cannot see the stitches.i am very happy with his service. He makes his patient very comfortable. And also his nurse who are assisting the patients are very nice (sorry forgot their names) I highly recommend Doctor Mohammad Merajuddin (Surgeon). Thank you very much for doing an excellent job Doctor Merajuddin. And to mention all the staff are nice and friendly.

Wonderful experience with Prime medical Center Barsha Heights as a first timer. The staff were all very freindly and helpful. Dr Faraaz (cardiologist) is incredible. He is very understanding and listens to your concerns. He is very knowledgeable, sensitive, informative and I immediately felt at ease. He explained me everything in a clear manner. Doesn’t look like a clinic. Infact the services are similar to a reputed hospital specially cleanliness.

On 29 December 2020 i went to PRIME MEDICAL HOSPITAL AL BARSHA DUBAI, as I have fever, cough, sore throat and body pain. I informed to General Practice doctor. After check up doctor prescribed some test and some pain killer medicine and cough syrup. I did those test in same hospital. I asked doctor that can we go under COVID-19 test, he said after these results we will undergo COVID-19 test. After blood sample and throat swap i asked lab attendant that when i can get results, she replied blood test by today evening and throat swap result next day and we will share on your email and will call you to visit again. But i was not satisfied then i went to another clinic and they took my COVID-19 sample and result is positive. Untill today 10 January 2021 no follow-up call made by them even i didn't get any test results from PRIME MEDICAL HOSPITAL. Doctor can't understand the problem. They just want to grab the money from insurance company. I gave they clear cut symptoms to doctor but didn't understand the problem.

Such a wonderful place with a very high quality of service I felt comfort from day one, people there are so cheerful with a smiley faces, I spent more than a month back forth as I had an issue with my spine along with other things so they made the hard time more easy for me with there care and service. Nurse service is not good. They call me about my blood report. I wanted asked her some more information about my report bus she seems like very busy don't want give my answer before I asked something she hang of the phone. Which is very bad. You need to look into this service also.
