Booking the appointment on app was very easy and the process of getting to the doctor was swift. Today I had the pleasure of being taken care of by GP & Specialist Dr. Saima Khan who was very helpful as usual. Her approach is very well rounded, considerate, and thorough which is rare nowadays. Not to mention a wonderful personality to match.

Highly organized staff, doctors are attentive to patients and they have a very fast response time to patients, highly recommended.

We received the worst treatment ever.
My friend was misdiagnosed told she wasn't sick after severe questioning from our side they decided to take an x-ray found the problem. We were even to that we needed to go to another hospital!
Later after waiting they said there was no sick leave the system was down!
All in all not a great experience we could see lack of communication and even didn't take the matter seriously
I would like to mention names but out of the respect of their jobs I will not.
My advice take all patient serious.

Good medical center: not busy, super clean (without any particular smell). Nurses and doctor are very polite and helpful. Doctor is listening and giving advices accordingly.

Dr. Sally Al Meshhedani at Jumeirah branch, very very nonsense, no attitude, no care how to talk with patients, she said to patient don't tell me what you have disease that I know everything, better to give treatment to patient she is shouting on patient, still she is lady and getting advantage that I am lady. Clean reception, kind nurses but very un interested and caring doctor. I had to fight for my own insurance approvals, offered very little advice and gave very basic treatment. I had to visit another hospital / doctor to get proper advice and treatment. I wouldn't recommend orthopedic department.

Sister Rio did an amazing job with my laser treatment. I had been quite sceptical about the whole process but she did it seamlessly and will highly recommend her @nurse

We have attended Prime Medical Center in Jumeirah several times for myself, my husband and my daughter. I have been visiting Dr. Rafia with my toddler for over a year. Dr. Rafia always dealt with us in a professional and caring manner, she made detailed examinations of my daughter, had time to answer my queries and even shared her whats up number with me for a follow up. She is a very attentive and friendly person and my daughter loves to see Dr. Rafia.

We consulted the gynaecologist Dr Aysha & her Nursing assistant Resmy at Prime medical Jumeirah and turned out to be a great experience. They suggest medication only if it is really required and thats unique! Staff has great attitude and approachable - overall impressive!

We have been visiting Prime Jumeirah and Dr Qaiser since 2008 And this is the good facility to come for your health related issues. It is very rare that we have some complaints for our visit. Mostly we are very satisfied with doctor Qaiser his staff. They don’t run behind insurance and give very good care to the patients.

This branch’s service is superb unlike any other branches, even though its further away from my house, i still go back there when I am not well, because i know for the fact that the doctor + nurse are very attentive and caring. I recently had few physio therapy sessions because of a painful spur with Ms SANA KHAN, recommended by Dr. Sanjay Kapoor.
Ms SANA has a very sweet disposition and is extremely courteous and professional. She did a fantastic job with me. I feel so much better after the sessions the pain has almost gone. She advised the correct remedies and exercises which helped me a lot. Apart from the therapy it was her demeanor and care that was more healing.

I had very good and healing experience with Ms SANA KHAN. I wish her all the best and may she keep healing and continue the fantastic work she does.

Hey I visit this clinic for treatment Mesotherapy and hairlaser removal,
I really get good guality of service, my appointment start in time, what I so happy.

I like so much work dr Dima she very professional she made so fast treatment with good anastetec I feel very comfortable here advice is very good, she explained very well what I need.

Second treatment was miss Ria for hair removal, also was so gentle I did bikini and underarm, good recommendation after treatment I get from here it was my first time, next my visit in 4 weeks, hope to be very silky-smooth.

By the way laser had good quality they have extra air what removes paine.

Dr. Aysha was very supportive and helpful throughout our parenthood journey. Since I had a history of two miscarriages in the past, she was extra careful in handling every symptom during the pregnancy. She predicted all possible problems that may arise in a high-risk pregnancy at an early stage and started counseling us on how to handle them and educated us about its treatment process.

She used to monitor the diet chart and glucose levels over WhatsApp chats and calls and provide us timely advice on changes in the medication doses and diet plans to keep it under control. She guided me at all the stages of the pregnancy to deliver a healthy baby. She made me feel safe and confident throughout my pregnancy and also during labor.

We are happy that we have found an expert Gynecologist in Dubai who speaks our native language Tamil that made us not miss our home during the pregnancy.

I practically have no veins but she always does her job perfectly, makes me feel SO comfortable. She is handling nervous patients very well. True professional.

Dr. Manejah is an excellent dentist and I have been visiting her for more than 3 years. She is professional with her approach and attitude.

I tried once coz my Dr has changed his hospital to this bad prime unseats of Medicare and will never go there agin, bad appointments, not organized, after waiting the dr for more than 35 min she let another one to go and asked me to wait.actually I cannot find anything good with this hospital. Medicare was much much better, helpful, respect the patients and organised! I think now I will changed my Dr.mohamed Nabil after 5 years coz of this bad hospital or I hope he leave it soon!

Great Medical care with amazing doctors. My whole family has been going to it since years including my elderly parents and my kids. Would highly recommend Dr. Rafaat as he is a brilliant surgeon and he did the circumcision of both my sons very cleanly and efficiently.

I have been going to Prime Medical Centre for over a year now and have took so much advice and support from Dr Dhar, his advice and concern is always appreciated each time I go, whether it is in jumeriah, barsha heights or motorcity.

I visited Dr. Sally yesterday and I had an excellent experience, patient journey was very smooth and organized as well the staff were professional, from consultation to lap, radiology and cashier it took me less than 25min.
Clinic is very well sanitized and even they created a different patient path for PCR test where an intensive sanitization procedures were applied.
They introduced me the Prime smart application which is so helpful and I was able to view my lap results within hours.

My mother visited prime hospital and was directed to Dr. Saeed (eye specialist) and it is all thanks to him that my mother is in good condition today. His kindness, support and interns cooperation is highly appreciated.

I have been visiting Dr. Rafia - Paediatrician in Prime Jumeirah, for my newborn baby and the Doctor has been very supportive through this very important phase of a newborn's health. Dr. Amala Nazareth is an amazing gynecologist. A very quick decision maker and gives you hope. Dr. Mohamed Nabil is an endocrinologist and explains everything in so much detail to answer all your queries. Dr. Geoffrey Varkey, General Practitioner is such a positive doctor, just by talking you feel 50%cured. Always prefer this branch than others even though its not included in our insurance. The staff here are always welcoming. Very clean and relaxing atmosphere. I see Dr. Ruba for my pregnancy, I am very happy with her she is wonderful and always reassures me in everything. Nurse mae is always very accomodating and nice. I would recommend them if you need to see an OB-Gyn

Since last month I am consulting Dr Ayesha for solving my health issues. Now I have a belief that am in the correct path to solve my issues. So that Dr ayesha helping me a lot with love and care. So she is my favourite doctor. And the staff also very good. Especially nurse Reshmi, one of my favourite.she communicating with me about my appointments and medication. That also helping me.

I'm not one who enjoys going to the doc, however in my few visits to Prime Medical Center I have had a more pleasant experience than any other clinic (in Dubai or elsewhere). The staff has always been nice, they're quick, and the doctors have always been good. Unless I have to, I won't be going elsewhere

But I had to wait for 20 mins for doctor beyond my schedule time, waited 40 mins for blood test

I had the best service at any clinic possible, today.

Dr. Jeffrey has treated me for several years and he is a superstar. He is friendly and professional at the same time.

Today, it was Dr. Pauline who treated me for a common cold. She was truly empathetic and optimistic.

Special mention to Ms. Jemielle who's service was outstanding. She understood my health state and assisted me with great care. She explained everything in detail and listened to my condition and requests. I highly appreciate her dedication and sincerity.

I completed 10 sessions of Physiotherapy with Ms Sana Khan this evening for treating an inflamed trigger finger. I found her to be extremely knowledgeable and conscientious, and her treatment has resulted in a remarkable improvement in my pain and inflammation. I would strongly recommend her for anyone who needs physiotherapy.

He helped me lessen my worries about my situation and tried his best to give me the best treatment possible since day one. Less crowded than any other Prime Clinic branch I’ve gone to. Nurses and staff are very polite, accommodating, helpful, and friendly. I would like to give special mention to nurses Liji and Pauline. They always make my medical appointment less stressful and less scary. I also would like to thank Dr. Pauline for always going the extra mile answering all our questions whenever we go for consultations. I definitely recommend this Prime Clinic branch at Al Wasl Road.

The best clinic.staff, nurse especially the doctors are warm, and concern to the needs of their patience. It’s like u have personal dr.how they treated you. I highly recommend dr. Dr. Sajaar did an excellent job on my son front tooth filling and look so natural. The cleaning techniques he does are great, made my daughter's teeth alot whiter. He takes really good care of all my children's teeth. Very friendly too. Thank you.

They took a blood sample for us and the results as well the presentation of those were below standard.
I wouldnt return, not even for basic things.

Worst experience ever.gyno doctor cannot do scanning and she needs to refer you to another specialist came next day like 10 minutes late and the other doctor left. They made sure that payment should be done in their clinic although the scanning doctor in another ugly branch. I went there she said for the current situation you need to come next week.sheikh Zayed branch have only one toilet for all patients.ugly ugly ugly hospitals don’t waste your time and effort and stress
