My only concern are the staff nurses. Some of them are not approachable. "If they are happy with what they are doing, they should smile, at least". The rest of the services and doctors are amazing, especially Dr. Katherine.

I have specific doctors i often visit in this branch of prime clinic, i dont mind which branch of Prime I visit as long as the doctors are like dra. Cristina of Deira reef mall or Dr. Rayyan of Al Nahda, they show genuine care for their patient not like other doctors who only care about the money the patient will bring in the clinic.

Was there this morning of 19 July with my wife for our general check up package. Mia Melody Cabase of Admin did all the necessary essentials and assisted us all the way from start to end of the whole process. She's very pleasant and attentive. The service she provided was far beyond ordinary. Did not expect such but she really did a good job!

A middle age lady staff had such a pleasant and caring attitude. She identified me as a patient waiting for quite a while and expedited my procedure. Thanks you so much for your care and attention Ma’am and thanks for your Service Prime Clinic.

Prime pharmacy opposite of reef mall, the worst service ever.
The aerobic lady in the counter, she was just busy with her phone all the time.
When my husband give her the prescription, she directly said 20min where there was no too many customers.
After I waited for 20min I wanted to know why it’s taking so long and then I go back to her she pointed again the system.
After waited for 45 mins I go back and asked her and then she reply what can I do, I said just canceled it I don’t need any medicine i cannot wait more time because I was totally sick.

I have seviour fever and waiting at the registration for a long and couldnt bear the pain. At registration only one person and the management need to have a look this situation seriously. Could ended up in death if no one asking for what the initial issue.

I can say that our experience here is very bad, we decided to try this prime reef mall as we found out that they have pediatrician that from our same country, and since she's from our country we have a good expectations, but what happen is completely different.i don't know why she became a pediatrician, she doesn't care about the patient, she's a doctor of course we have to ask some question to her, and she can give us some advise.but that doesn't happen, when we are asking her, she will return us only the same question, what is the use of her being a doctor if she cannot even give advise.we've been to other pediatrician and we can say that the other pediatrician is very accommodating and very professional, and they will explain to you what are the things that we need to do with our baby.we are really disappointed and 100% that will not coming back to this pediatrician.

I just want to appreciate Doctor Rizwan for giving me the proper knowledge and medication. I am so comfortable and relaxed when he did an endoscopy to me today 11.10.21. He explained everything and I really recommend him as the best gastroenterologist, he is very kind and very pleasant. Also his nurse, i forgot the name of the other nurse during my endoscopy but she is with nurse Aswathy and both of them are very accomodating and they made me feel worry less. From the bottom of my heart, thank you for giving me the proper assistance.

Highly recommend Dr. Raani Natrajhan and her team, in Prime Medical center, Diera. She is very professional and at the same time very easy going, compassionate and caring. Gives personal care for every patient. She eased the whole journey of my high risk pregnancy. At 38, i could deliver my second baby boy (Archish) comfortably. Communication issues
The nurses are not providing proper instructions. After the registration from front desk they just tell go to back side. When I reach in the back side the queue system is not working. The staffs in the back side are not providing information about what do next and were is the doctor room.

To Nurse Sini from cardio who is assisting me during the time of my cardio testing. Thank you for excellent assistance, you are so kind, soft spoken, a very lovely nurse you are.
To Dr. Anil Singh, thank you for giving me a good reading of my heart test result. You are excellent and a cool doctor.

Dr. Ryan Beatizula was the best. He explained everything very clear and was even able to give me prescription from my check up at Prime hospital. If i only knew i would’ve went straight away to him. The medical facility is also organized and staff are friendly. Parking is also good since its inside the mall.

Best experience with Prime hospital and would like to recommend Prime hospital if needed from Doctor Chetan, nurse Ezra, friendly Cashier Madelaine and Kalandar they are so helpful and good to the patient. Thank you so much for the execellent service.

I am writing to thank Prime Medical Healthcare (Reef Mall Branch) entire staff for the excellent care received during my visit to the clinic in June/July.
Starting with the courteous receptionist when first walking in these days, each staff member (blood work nurse, x-ray technician, doctor’s assistant, exit billing staff, and others) presented themselves in a positive, professional manner, I am impressed.

My review would be incomplete without mentioning five super-duper staff, Dr Waseem Sarwar, Dr Subash, Head nurse Ms Deepa George, nurse Ms Shaista Ayub and nurse Ms Marwa.

Dr Waseem Sarwar is a great doctor! He’s very understanding and listens to your concerns. He takes time with the patient to help them with their health issues! I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a specialist. … I immediately felt at ease – and felt confident in my receiving expert medical care.

Head Nurse Ms Deepa and nurse Ms Shaista went above and beyond their call of duty to have my issues resolved…. Great job, and well done all three!

I would like to thank Dr. Rizwan Kazi (Gastroenterologist, Endoscopist & Specialist in Liver Disease) at Prime Medical Center - Deira for his professional expertise on my health concerns. My experience with Dr. Rizwan has been extremely systematic, simple and comfortable over the past few months. The medical procedures (endoscopy) was performed with utmost care and professionalism. I was comforted at all times and the outcome of my diagnosis has been treated well.

Very poor if you try to reach the Pharmacy / hospital telephonically for any post consultation enquiry.

Very bad experience with Prime medical center. Only cash customers they want, with Insurance they don't treat well. Not proper system for Travellers Insurance. Staff not having proper knowledge of Insurance policies. Very very bad system, not expecting this 'Prime Medical Center'.

I had a very bad experience with this organization, they are always delayed with the appointments with bad service and attitude with clients, they lost my emirates ID and didn't cooperate with me to return it back. Personally I don't recommend to visit this organization very poor in service.

Good service and the test report came in my email in about 12 hours. Really nothing wrong with my experience.

I’ve been here few hours ago.nice care and attitude from the doctor, but opposite experience from the tall guy in ground front desk. We ask something and he didn’t answer us nicely. Need to work for your attitude.

DO NOT DO HOME TESTING for Covid 19.1st time they were late almost 1 hour. 2nd time almost 30 min. Today 2 hours late. 1 hour before home appointment I asked them if they are on the way and on time and they said yes. We rushed all across Dubai to be at home on time at 4: 00 pm. They were not there so I called them and ask where are they. They said maybe they will come 6: 00 pm. 2 hours late and no-one bothered to inform at least 20-30 min in advance they are not coming. We had to cancel all plans for a day and totally ruined everything. Yes, and home testing is double price but even then they treat you like nothing. Worst-we agreed to drive to Noon bank branch and do test without line but also that was a false promise and they made us to stay 40 min more in the line. That branch is very crowded, narrow and no-one even answer to your questions, no-one cares. When I reached out to the managers they apologized and were nice but 1 person can't fix anything after everything is ruined. Very disappointed. My only wish is that I am safe after visiting such under all standards place as center on SZR. Center owners really should revaluate everything.

I started visiting prime medical center sala al din since 2006. I witness the improvement of the clinic from old building till they transferred to reef mall. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. The best Filipino doctor in Dubai Dr. Daffodills Guevarra and her very accommodating Nurse Nija. Thank you for always taking care of my health. It's always a fun consultation moment everytime I visit your clinic.

Good staff but working is very slow. Waste alot of time there bcz of slow working. They also give very cheap medicines.

We came for PCR test. The waiting area is in the garage and everything is horribly cheap even the chairs. This test is paid and not free. This place cannot be in Dubai and MoH should remove it.

Overall The service is nice but it’s very slow. Just to do the general check up I almost had to wait for 3 hrs.

I have ignored to some other clinics to save my time rather than be on long que, first experience i have faced in prime medical center that waiting more than a hour for giving blood sample! Omg

I went to see Dr. Gandhi and Sister Reena from the General Surgery department. Not only did they provide exceptional care, they also showed great compassion which made me feel comfortable receiving treatment from them. They made sure I understood what was happening every step of the way, and all the possible treatments were explained to me.

I have been visiting Dr. Rizwan, Gastro enterologist at Reef Mall, Deira Branch since 2008, and have found him to be absolutely professional with superb treatment. Dr Satendra Kumar Multani - Have been a regular patient of Dr Satendra Kumar Multani for over 7 years. He is the best endocrinologist a thorough professional, very understanding, and a good sense of humour. His articles on the subject is so detailed and easy to understand that another doctor from another hospital was so impressed that she took a copy of the same while I was doing my test and I when I realised what she did I told her this is his work so she should ask his consent before using it and give him the credit, needless to mention she was embarrassed that I caught her. Dr Satendra Kumar is always available for us even on WhatsApp for emergency and explains issues and test results in a clear and understandable language and accommodates a patient like me who is forever late for her appointments. He makes sure you fully understand all potential issues of not following a diet and controlling your weight being diabetic and I respect him for the same. He is very well experienced, a devoted doctor and knowledgeable unlike many of the specialists in the region.

It was a great experience in prime hospital gyneacology dept. All the nursers were very approachable. Dr Rani Natarajan is very professional.sister Geena and Bindu from the Prime Clinic, Deira are very helpful and friendly as well.

I don’t understand how the Ministry of Health gave permission to open the emergency room for patients in the mall? How is it possible that sick people who can be infected with various diseases and viruses come through the same entrance as the visitors of the mall who came to the shops, eat in the food court, or work out in Golden Jim? AC system is one for the whole mall, how is this possible? But what about the health of other people?

I highly recommend this clinic. I appreciate all guiding and treatment done by the noble doctor Raani Natrajhan. I was overwhelmed with her following up and care she showed towards my well being. Her hardworking team of nurses (sisters) and specially Ms. Geena, working really hard during the busy season and reaching out to each single patient. God bless them all and they are like angels helping nations selflessly.

Had my antenal care consultation, handling and check ups from PRIME DEIRA GULF AIR BDLG with DRA. FARIDA PITHAWALA. She was really excellent in handling, for my check up and even in delivery. She always had the sweet smile on her face while handling all her patients. She was really hands on esp during my labor and delivery. Until now, on my post natal check up, she assisted and guided me how to recover fast and easily.

From CS delivery 13yrs ago, I was able to deliver normal this time with her help and assistance and both of us, me and my baby safely and healthy delivered.

I would highly recommend DRA. FARIDA as an OB GYNE for your future pregnancy as she will assist and look after you and your baby thoroughly and will give you best service.all the nurses also were polite and helpful and always there to help and accommodate and provide assistance to all patients.

I would like to commend Dr Subash Kizhakkoottayil for being very good, accommodating and patient doctor. Whenever I seek his consultation, even though how bad I feel, he will reverse it with his positive and assurance of getting well. I've never seen him get irritated with all the questions I have. Waited for over an hour. When finally my turn comes doctor and nurse call another patient! A person with high fever as per the nurse.they make me wait for more than an hour and take another patient even after telling me that I'm next without any explanation!

I am writing this even before I could meet the doctor. Extremely slow you have to wait for hours before you could even meet a doctor. Its been over 1 hour 30 mins and I havent seen a doc yet. Either they improve their service or pointless having such clinics

I recommend ENT Dr.mustafa for his good advice and treatment. The staff is accomodating and friendly especially ENT Nurse Noelle and TREATMENT ROOM Nurse Jeny. I am very appreciative of their service.

I am suffering from Cervical Ribs related pain in my neck and shoulder area. I visited Doctor Aseem Shaikh, as per their request, my insurance company approved 1 course of physiotherapy, which have 3 sessions of 30 minutes each.

But the comedy is, for each session of 30 minutes, only 15 minutes is free and the another 15 minutes is chargeable.

It's really an unethical practice.

I went yesterday for ENT to see Dr. Mustafa for the consultation he was so nice and his assistant named nurse Noellee. She is so accomodating even she has a lot of things to do. What i like most because she is explaining to me the result and even asking if i still have questions.

Went here for a dermatologist at wednesday morning and its fast. Just set an appointment and wait a little. Of course it’ll be a long wait if the appointment is on the evening time so better avoid it.

Terrible place where a GP Doctor would refuse to see an ill child because he believes she should only be seen by a Pedriatric Doctor. Such a shame for people who should want to take care of people.

This is the most reliable clinic in Dubai. I have visited the clinic numerous time for the past month due to my high blood pressure and feeling pain in my stomach. Medicines prescribed to aid my health concerns are so far effective. Thanks to Nurse Jassmine, Dr. Rizvan, Dr. Sandya.

Very lasy process. I had appointment on 5.20pm but still 6.00pm nobody call me. They said wait nurse will call.
But nurses are very very busy simply rounding to all rooms and laught.
Please improve the service. And fill the lack of gaps.

I went without appointment for second visit to dermatologist. They don't provide a token so that you know when is your turn. It was a never ending wait. If someone can influence, they can get earlier turn. Even the doctor forgot to write medicine on my first visit and later when i went to reception, I was told to go back to doctor and ask him to write medicine. They are very ill disciplined in general.

It's a wonderful experience especially with Ms Jassmine Santos and all other staff including doctors panel are very courteous and respectful.

First time to be attended by Dr Mustafa ENT of Prime Clinic Reef Mall. I was so happy to meet his Kabayan nurse Nowie who is so accommodating especially to her fellow kabayan. Highly recommended ENT in Dubai. I rated them 5 for their excellent service. Even after my treatment I can easily call and chat Ms. Nowie anytime to ask some concerns and she is very much willing to reply no matter what time it is. So, i scheduled my first ever visit to Prime Medical Center- Reef mall branch to see a specialist (ENT). I was really glad to have this branch visited for my health concerns. Everybody was so accommodating, from the receptionists, to the doctor all the way to the cashier. Everyone was just so friendly, especially nurse Noellee. She was just so sweet and caring. I wish every staff is like her. Would definitely recommend this medical center, especially this branch to everyone who has health issues or to those who simply just want to have their regular check up. Worst customer service! They keep you waiting on hold for so long that you start wondering if it’s better you call other pharmacies or you go there in person. I hate places tht don’t value other people’s time.
