Visited clinic today for my sickness and as usual, Dr Neha (GP) could remove my worries with swift n efficient advice. So glad to be around this clinic and Dr.

I would like to say thank you to Dr. Madhuri (Dentist) and to her sister Disha, for doing an excelent job doing my rootcanal and making crown tooth.
Even if i go early before my schedule time, if they dont have client they will automatically serve you. Its saves me time. Im happy with my teeth now. Thank you once again. Thumbs up

Excellent service. SSpecially from Dr. Neeha who is having generous heart. Her words also can heal half of the sickness. Very kind to patients. The pharmacists and the reception also very helpful to proceed with every step.

I am a doctor who works in a Hospital set up. This morning I went with my 7 month old son to get his vaccination done. There is no separate vaccination room for babies and it was mixed in a general ward kind of room where we were made to wait for about 30min with sick people coughing continuously in a tight corridor. How can you keep a baby with a developing immune system in a waiting area with so many coughing sick people, if the management can spend so much on the reception lobby then I’m sure they can spend on a a segregated vaccine room for babies and maybe an extra nurse or two since the nurses we’re clearly over loaded and over worked. I’m a doctor so I know these shortcomings but it’s sad since non medical people field who come as patients don’t know that they can carry back home more diseases just cause of cross contamination due to bad planning

موظف الاستقبال ما يعرف نسبة الخصم من التامين كان يطالبني بمبلغ اكبر من المطلوب ولما زعلني وقلت خلاص الغي طلب موافقة التامين قال ما يقدر ان الدكتورة قد ابلغته قلت له شو غصب ارد عندكم خلاص ولما شافني مصر راح راجع المدير وعند عودته طلب مبلغ اكبر من المبلغ الاول فقلت له جيب المدير بنت تفاهمت معها وقلت انا قابلت الطبيبة وما عملت لي اي شي كم قيمة المقابلة قالت ١٥٩ قلت له خلاص خذوا نسبة المبلغ اللي ادفع والباقي ع التامين فدفعت النسبة وكانت اقل من نصف المبلغ اللي كان يطالبني به الموظف صراحة اجراءاتهم عقيمة جدا جدا وقررت اني ما اراجعهم بهذا الخصوص ابدا

Dr. Venkatraman especially have been instrumental in helping me deal with a skin challenge. With his care, patience, and always making me feel that I would overcome this challenge, I would have had to have very painful surgery. Now, I don’t have to–and I owe it all to their expertise. I totally recommend Dr.venkatraman and staff to any and everyone! They have made such a difference in my life. Shukran!

Waste of time waiting more than an hour no one called, the people who came after me they already done before me all reference and relations. Worst experience

One of the worst experience. No proper response or care to patients, no designated way of handling even at queuing and allowing the patients to see the doctors on token issued by the clinic.

It's always waste of time in this clinic, staff is very few, we have to wait for very long time in queue. Sometimes only one person is there who is handling the reception as well as cashier, kindly appoint more staff.

I visited prime medical center Al Qusais for physiotherapy sessions for my back injury. The staff is very good especially physiotherapist Dr Nitesh who has helped me recover well from my injury.

A very professional and accommodating sessions with Ms Mufidha Variyapully. I had my therapy with her and went smoothly, she answer all my questions and explains it very well and teaches all exercise I need for my back. Effective and well worth it.

Dr. Smitha is the best ObGyn and surgeon. She is very professional and well assisted me in the procedures of my surgery till the end. I'm very thankful to have came to this branch. Forever grateful. Alhamdulillah ️

Very bad service. I did a blood test. They told me they will send the report through email but they didn’t. I called them many times. Every time they saying we will send within 5 minutes. But they not.

Don't choose to be Samitha's patient!
She wrote a wrong medical test, can you imagine we are in 2022 and Obs especialest cannot differentiate between tests code.

Calling since morning. Called 3 time no 1 answer the call. Imagine waiting for 20 mint each time and they just says please hold the line we r busy helping other customers.
I tried to call and check Aster and Thumbay also. To chek they are also busy. Belive me. Just 3 ring they answer my call.

Special recommendation for Dr. Ayan Chakraborty who is not only a good doctor but a fantastic clinician. Doctors like him can ensure that more and more people revisit him. I have recommended his services to many and believe me everyone has liked being in his care.not only he has good diagnosing skills but he is patient and explains your problem very nicely.

Went there the philipino receptionist not good as he us hurry to close his medical we went there 8.35 and he said we are going to close so we will not take any patient. This is medical center where patients is more important than timing better to do any office job if u wnt go on time

at Prime Healthcare Group, PrimeCorp- Al Qusais, He is one of the most appreciative doctors I have found there. If there are any trepidations or sickness, I go and meet him and he makes sure the issue is solved. He also follows up with to check if we are improving after treatment. Plus, his positive way of dealing with me help me speed up my recovery. Thank you Dr. Abbas. I would always consider him as best GP.

Never recommend this medical to anyone.
Customer service too poor. Only one cashier there. Reception guys are okay. Dr. Kavitha (pediatrician) is good, friendly. Dr. Smitha (gynaecologist) is worst! She explains things. Thats it. I went there for a follow up. And was not even written the reason of visit. Always types something in the system. Wont tell whats it if we not asked.not at all friendly. Never seen any gynaec's like her before. Disappointed.

Very poor experience. No queue system, people coming later enter to see Dr first. PCR test and patient are together to see Dr. It make patient to wait more time. My visit today was a total waste of time. Not at all as per standards.management doesn’t really have a quality standard

I think that Customers care of prime medical is very poor because doctor suggested the exray and blood test, now I am waiting more than one weak for testing, I also send mail the two time to prime medicals.but they don't respons. This is my experience with prime medical

Did a covid test for my sister in law on Thursday, they sent only a message but not on email, we tried to download but to no available, she had to miss her flight and we were charged 100 usd

Please don't visit this clinic. Only one cashier even though 50 patients are waiting. Trying to talk to the doctor for last four days. They are not connecting to the doctor. They always say call back request is placed. Nobody called even after four days. Very bad customer service.

Finally I have to communicate here coz no one has time to reply to my numerous phone calls. A report for my son that I am awaiting results for the last 10-15 days.

I call in the morning, I am told that I will receive call in the evening

I call the complaint department, I am told that I will be called back

At least 5 calls have been made to follow up on one report but it is not seeing the end of the tunnel.

What is happening? Find my mobile number from the qusais clinic and provide update on my report in 2020 if possible.

I am curious to see how many days it will take now

Very poor service.extremely disappointing.the philipino lady sitting at the cashier (25-jan-20) has a very bad attitude.i called them at 3.30 asking them when i could have an appoinmtment to take a flu shot for my daughter.they said i could come any time before 9 pm and i dont uave to consult a dr to take a flu shot. I reached there at 4.the lady at the cashier counter said the dr will come only at 5 and i have to wait till then or come back at 5. I asked her if i could take an appointment for 5 and she said there is no need for that and i could walk right in. But when i reached at t she asked me to wait aand i had to wait till 6 and they did not call me. Then i again went to the reception and now a gentleman sitting there helped me and could see the dr in 15 mts but that philipino lady was least apologetic. I suuggest no one who has value for their time should ever visit prime medical centre. They have very bad customer service and are very arrogant.

Right from reception to treatment room to Doctor, the centre provide excellent services.
The staff is very polite & helpful.
The whole center is very clean & nicely decorated.
Though it has limited specialist available however for GP one must see the DR YOUSRA HAIKAL who has a quality to give less medicines after a lot understanding about the patient.
She always followup with utmost care & diligence while Nurse Prajitha is available to compliment & enhance the quality
Prajitha keep assisting the patients with all that required from appointment follow-ups to different lab tests.
Lab technician Kayla is very proficient in her works too.
Al together, the centre is really good as i have a long term relationship with prime medical centre.
May be more than 15 years that started from sharjah.

Dr. Sumayya is one of the best dermatologist I have come across in recent years in UAE.visited prime clinic Alquasis after consulting 2 different dermatologist which were of no use.she diagnosed the exact cause for my food allergy and the medicine prescribed was bang on target.if u r looking for the dermatologist I would suggest u she is the best.she is friendly and knowledgeable.can be approached any time of emergengy.

Doesn't deserve a star. Was here for ob gyn dept. I'm pregnant, and they didn't make the experience any easier. First bad experience was the nurse sent me to ob clinic instead of directly to ultrasound dept. I was prepared arrived early, bladder full, missed my appointment time so had to wait again. I had to go enter the room and talk to the doctor directly and beg to let me do the scan immediately because nurse was nowhere around nobody was there to assist. The staff were also not accommodating. The staff seems to be confused everytime we are here. Ob advised for a repeat/follow up ultrasound scan, staff scheduled an appointment. Upon reaching on the scheduled date, we were told ultrasound dept. Was not aware of the said repeat scan. This is my 2nd pregnancy with prenatal package under Prime, first one is with Prime King Faisal, and the experience was incomparable. Pif we hadn't moved to Dubai, I would come back to King Faisal. If we had known sooner, we should have just went to Burjuman even if it's far.

Visited Dr Sumaiyya for my derma problems. She is considerate and puts you at ease with her warm personality.she is very professional and pays attention to details. Highly recommend her to all my friends.

I had a good experience with psychotherapist Ms.laya edavath.she not only teaches me the excercises but also make me aware about the core reason for my back pain. Ive been seeing Doctor Chethan (Orthopedic) for my tendon problem in my wrist.something i was suffering from for a very long time due to a wrist injury in jan 2019, thankfully after consulting a couple of doctors in other hospitals, he was the one who managed to fix it to a point that my pain and problem have reduced from 100% to probably 8% He is a good and sensible doctor.happy to find one in Dubai!

Staffs are good.except the cashier, she dont know how to deal a customer. Dr.is also good. Medicine was not available at the pharmacy, again we have to go for medicine. So, for me it was a waste of time.
