The doctors and nurses are great, except for the old Pharmacist who is so rude and doesn’t know the word respect.

I don’t understand how this place got good reviews overall. I’ve had good experience at the Garhoud branch but not this one. At this one the experience is too rushed, impersonal, and no feeling of genuine care overall. I will write to the hospital personally to let them know about the details of my experience with Dr Heidi Calixto. The pharmacy next door is not well laid out either, always too busy, they speak your personal info infront of everyone due to poor layout with no privacy/too small.

The service in the reception, cashier and medicine are fast. I appreciated Dr. Ramesh in Orthopaedic.

In the call center they are sent to this center for insurance, they say they are busy, there is no manager, there is no one to talk to.

One of the best clinic i have been too. Staff are nice and knowledgeable. There is always someone who will assist you. And everything is very organized. As a sick patient, you feel cared for right away as soon as you enter the premises. They even go out of their way to attend to you.

Skin is very important part of our body, with skin problem you might get crazy, however it can be treated immediately with professionals: so one of them is Dr. Nishit, I had suffered a lot with skin problem, but since I started to visit Dr. Nishit my health is being better and better, I already posted my review, and I am going to do it once more because I am certainly glad and I really appreciated. I am delightful to write this review about my treatment, after I came back to Dubai I had a real problem with acne on my face, I was suffering more than 3 months. However there was a way to get back my previous clean face, all because of I started to visit Prime medical to see the Dr. Nishit. Dr. Nishit absolutely nice person and real professional, during 4 month of treatment and his advises I was shown the rapid results, I really appreciated, I am happy. Also special thanks to nurse Flavia, she is really kind person. In additional I strongly recommend Dr. Nishit for those people who has an issue with acne. Thank you!

Seriously speaking, I went many times to do physiotherapy, I didn't find better than Dr. Zehra Mehtab in Prime medical centre in Sheikh Zayed road, she really works with passion, she cares alot, she isn't just doing a job no, she really wants the patients to feel better and get well.
After having 5 sessions with her I felt much much better, God bless her and wish her all the best. Strongly recommended!

Did BLOOD TEST AND PCR TEST AT 1 PM and till 9.30 am there is no result.
They are so busy that a simple PCR test result takes so long.

I go today shiekh zaid road staf make me very disoponted after 12h duty i go there i reach 7: 40pm i want cheak up gernel m.araf recieption guy ask me doctor becomes angry if i send him more pation am tired am sick i requst he not lisent am SORRY i never go next time. Thankx

Amazing customer service. I had injury last night and I decided to go visit GP in prime medical center Nour bank metro station.
I was got appointment only few minutes from reception to GP doctor brinda she was tranfer to me orthopedic 1st floor. Nurse Ms.sindu assist me very genuinely and kindly.

Poor customer service and the receptionist is so unkind and unhelpful today is my first day i visited there and i was lost i didn’t know where i need to go i asked from the reception and she explained but i didn’t got her then i asked from the next person who was beside her she was yelling at me “my colleague already informed to you we are not accepting this insurance, not at all. ”The way of she was screaming as i am deaf even she was shouted to the patient who was in front of me, anyway this is my first and last visit.she was so rude and Un polite that Philippine receptionist so unkind, unhelpful this is not a customer service we are visiting to get medicine not to get shouting from the receptionist.the dr mohmmod arif was so kind even the receptionist guy (who was assigned in the first floor) and the nurses are so helpful and so kind ️

Even though I had a bad experience in their reception area it was all alleviated because of the very professional service shown to me by Ms Zehra Mehtab. I really want to thank her for being so kind and sincere during my treatment. God blessed you.

Would like to confess that initially I was s bit worried thinking of going to new clinic. But thank Almighty God that I found out quickly that this is the BEST PLACE for senior citizens like me at age 73 years. Totally satisfied with them. The entire staff was very cooperative. I know that I am a difficult patient since I have phobia with needles, moreso, just the thought of being in a hospital. It's been very hard for me to really find a good, reliable, competent, and friendly doctor. I have been to the best hospitals in Dubai, but never found an OB Gyne to suit my needs and will treat me not only as a patient but also as a friend. For how many years, I have jumped from 1 doctor to another and looking in the best hospitals. Always, a failure.

Today, I have met Dr Vibha Sharma. A wonderful OB Gyne doctor. She is very accommodating. She made me feel secure. It's very relaxing to speak to her, ask questions on anything or just tell anything under the sun. Nowadays, having a competent and friendly doctor is what makes a patient keep coming back. It's not all about work, it's also being a friend especially to someone like me who has hospital phobia. Found a gem, finally!

Very very bad experience.

The staff and nurses are not understanding or wont even listen to you. Going there is a waste of time. Went there after seeing so many good reviews of Gynecologist Dr. Vibha Sharma but her nurse is so unsystematic and unhelpful that you are gonna just waste your time there even if you take appointment or even when you go on time. Support staff behavior over here is the worst I have seen in any hospital in Dubai. Even the experience with the doctor was not worth the good reviews.

Worst experience with SZR prime branch with Dr. Vibha sharma i m 27weeks pregnant lady, previously I was visiting prime Jumeirah branch but due to my insurance changes I ended up visiting worst dr of my life. While booking I mentioned call center all and he said DR.vibha is one is the best gyn (u guys really should change this wordings) she is one of the worst Dr, where she treat patients looking at their insurance network, this visit was after 1month from my last visit, and she did not even check my baby measurements, not done ultrasound, only check heart beats n not even inform me n my husband that heart beats are ok, if she really can’t take people n show a positive attitude towards them then I think prime management should re check before they allow this kind of Dr.to treat someone who can go mad specially during pregnancy, also very important I guess she is having record of coming late then also management of prime is not taking any action. I read in many feedback and same happened with me, I booked appointment for 1.20pm and dr came at 1.40pm around after that she started her 1st patients and she end up around 2.30pm n then my turn came.
She told me no need to visit here any how your insurance is not covering prime hospital, I guess she can’t decide where I should go n what to do rather than treat patient respectfully, instead of jugging them on their insurance.
Although other staff are very nice n polite.
I should warn all pregnant ladies do not visit this DR for your pregnancy as prime other branches Dr are really good and in SZR branch only this ob/ gyn is available, rather I ll prefer to pay n visit my old Jumeirah branch dr instead of ruthless, disrespectful, rude, unprofessional, (always late to the work n keeping patient waiting, read previous comments about her) DR VIBHA SHARMA

I met Doctor Sharma only for 2 days but she treated me like a precious daughter. She gave me the best treatment, care and medicine to help me feel relieved and even called at night to personally checked on me. Thank you Doc and God bless!

I would like to share my experience. I booked my online appointment and picked the doctor who has the longest experienced to seek for medical consultation and treatment. On my 3rd time visit I went back to the same OB-doctor Vibha Sharma to show my ultra sound results. I came on time for my appointment at 5: 20 pm and after vital signs was taken by the nurse I was advised to wait until my name will be call. As I heard from the outside that the doctor was busy with her videocall or something. I waited patiently for almost 30mins and decided to approached the nurse again to ask how many more minutes I need to wait? On my mind I was thinking that there’s no point of taking prior appointment if I will also need to wait longer and I believe there is also other patients who’s waiting as well, then the nurse widely open the door to remind the doctor that there’s a patient waiting for her which was for 5: 20 & 5: 40pm then that’s the time I was called to go inside @6pm.

I handed over my ultra sound report and was asked if i know about it and After answering yes that’s it no further explanations but only advised to have healthy lifestyle etc. I was a little bit confused so I asked if do i need to get some medicines or something? And then she said that Ah you want medicine but it will not be cover by your insurance and I said it’s fine? Then she Wrote and prescribed one medicine without explanation at all.
We just left with dissatisfaction of the advised that I got and how the doctor seems so busy, no focus with the patients while even talking to us. So disappointing. But other than that the service from reception and ultra sound was fast and the nurses is so nice.

The services that I receive from Doctor Nadeem is excellent. Dr. Nadeem and the staff are friendly and ensure that I am properly informed about my health and care. I would have no qualms in recommending them to others.

This is possibly the worst clinic in Dubai. If there was a zero star rating that’s exactly what I’d give them. I did a totally unnecessary test of my thyroid yet i had pain on my femur. I was told a doctor would call me to discuss the results. Thats was a month ago. Guess they are still busy doing the diagnosis.

The clinic is clean and neat. I usually visit Dr. Mohammed Nadeem. He is a very good doctor. He looks always for the root of the problem/ disease. He listens carefully to you to understand better your disease. He always prescribes the suitable medecine for you so that after using the medecine for one or two days, you will really start recovery. His assistant Pascal is a very good and cheerful person, and he happily assists the patients. Pascal will follow up with you, and explain to you all the steps till you finish your visit to Prime Medical Center.

We were really disappointed on how the registration section/ personnel assisted us. She treated us like we were an idiot that we cannot understand her and sarcastically answer our question.

DO NOT DO HOME TESTING for Covid 19.1st time they were late almost 1 hour. 2nd time almost 30 min. Today 2 hours late. 1 hour before home appointment I asked them if they are on the way and on time and they said yes. We rushed all across Dubai to be at home on time at 4: 00 pm. They were not there so I called them and ask where are they. They said maybe they will come 6: 00 pm. 2 hours late and no-one bothered to inform at least 20-30 min in advance they are not coming. We had to cancel all plans for a day and totally ruined everything. Yes, and home testing is double price but even then they treat you like nothing. Worst-we agreed to drive to Noon bank branch and do test without line but also that was a false promise and they made us to stay 40 min more in the line. That branch is very crowded, narrow and no-one even answer to your questions, no-one cares. When I reached out to the managers they apologized and were nice but 1 person can't fix anything after everything is ruined. Very disappointed.

Dr. Sibu ENT SPECIALIST was amazing along with the sister working for him both them are really wonderful i had gone for a check up of my blocked nose the doctor was so nice checked everything and showed me what is the issue he wrote the medicine which worked out very good and he wrote some tests which has to be done meanwhile the sister was calling frequently and checking on me how is my health till I get my reports.
These kind of service I never expected.

Worst service! I came there for check since it's the nearest at my place, i have injury on my left arm. I only had my emirates id but still, it's valid.
Can u imagine ur self insisting the receptionist to double check ur insurance coz u are waiting for almost 30 mnts. Co'z he didn't even bother to tell u that it appeared that it's expired on their system? I had to come ther many tines on his desk to follow up with him many times and he keep saying that it's expired. I told him it is from my prevuous company!
I told him that how come, it's not appearing on ur system but in other clinic it appeared? I used it there.
That's when he stopped and check again and voila! He said now my name is there!
Then the doctor adviced me that i should get the MRI test. Once it's approved they will call me.
And it's been 1 week since my checked, i havn't recievd any calls from their side so i called them to follow up. They were saying that they are tryin to contact my and phone was off. I asked what is the no they are calling? It turned out that that's my previous no. From my previous insurance that is expired, so who's fault is that? They didn't update my number!

So the dismay continues.
I had my MRI last march 30
The nurse gave me the disc which is my result and
I was told that my doctor will call me for the result after 2DAYS
And yesterday it's my 4th day of waiting game
So i called them again coz i need to know the result as i feel no improvement on the gel relief that doctor gave me.
The guy told me that they will call but i have waited all day yesterday without anh single call!
Worst isn't it?

Prime medical on SZR is very crowded and busy all the time, ONE staff at the counter seemed to be annoyed with my questions which was reflecting in their tone, went to see a GP for my mother, the GP did not do anything and referred me to two separate specialists and I had to pay GP fees for getting two specialist referrals. The orthopedic section was the worst experience as their request for insurance approval for blood test and x-rays got rejected twice due to lack of details and documents provided by the staff to the insurance provider. I did not understand how they can request for insurance approval without attaching the referral forms from GP. Took 3 hours till we got the approval in our third attempt.

Two days later, I had to get the x-ray and blood test done as I had already spent 4 hours at the clinic with no prescription, tests or any solution to my concerns.

When I went for my x-ray, we had to see the two specialist again as follow up and I also requested to see the GP as a follow up as we wanted to discuss something with the doctor. The GP AGAIN referred me to another surgeon specialist which took us an hour to register and wait for our turn. When my turn came, the surgeon referred me AGAIN to skin specialist and later I was asked to pay for consulting the Surgeon which I did not agree upon as no medications were given, no prescription, no treatment, NOTHING!

I looked up the GP's profile online and I could see their areas of expertise covered all the concerns I had for which I was referred to different specialists. Normally, such referrals are a blessing as my insurance requires referrals from GP for a specialist but the feeling I got was that no matter what concern I express, the GP will keep referring me to the specialists which was a hassle for my mother as we had to spend hours and hours in the clinic waiting along with other patients.

Also, the information given at the counter was not consistent with what they later told me over the phone which caused great level of inconvenience to us.

My mother falls under the high risk age group considering the current pandemic but no priority was given, rather she was questioned if she is in high level of pain or not, as if the priority would be based on that.

God Forbid if I ever have to go back there ever again. The only reason I chose prime medical for my mother was because I was happy with their service and professional staff at the motor city branch where I went without insurance and paid for all charges in full. The SZR branch accepts her insurance but is far from where we live and it was the most pathetic experience we have ever had.

The doctors are in a rush and not willing to hear the full story of the related concern.

The hospital doors at the bottom were also very dirty as everyone (staff) kept kicking the door to open and the waiting areas are so small and congested, less seating space (with social distancing) and people standing in your face and around you as there are no seats for them.
It felt so congested and suffocating inside the clinic that you would rather die outside than sit and wait inside the clinic!

Zero stars to this branch for such level of hospitality and service!

Beginning of my pregnancy I was seeing Dr. Geanie Dimaculangang in Prime Medical Reef Mall, and I am satisfied with her service and care. Unfortunately, my employer downgraded the Insurance so I have no choice but to transfer to Prime Medical Sheilk Zayed Road thinking I will get the same service.

On my 24th weeks I started visiting Dr. Vibha Sharma’s clinic, the approach of her nurse Gayathri is not friendly but I ignored it, then Dr. Sharma is hesitant to take care of my pregnancy as she wasn’t handling my record since beginning also my insurance has no good coverage she said, but it shouldn’t be like that. In her profession she should not choose a patient based on the Insurance coverage, whilst I can pay her service without using my Insurance.

It’s always the same scenario until I reached my 32nd weeks (my third visit), the moment I entered in to her room, and she asked me if I am her existing patient! I was astonished as she didn’t remember me! When she saw my facial expression (disappointed) she made an alibi that her nurse is no longer working with her and she got confused with the patients history etc, that’s negligence of duty! She is the Doctor and she should know her patients.

Prior to my 3rd visit I asked for a referral letter and my medical record for the hospital where I will deliver, she promised she will give it on my 32nd weeks, however on the day I visited her she was referring me back to Prime Medical Reef Mall as she can’t give the records since she have seen me few times only. Out of her knowledge I called Prime Medical customer service and I was advised that I can collect all the Medical records from Sheikh Zayed Road as they are using one system only, which I have told her the same. After few minutes the new nurse gave me the Medical records however it’s incomplete, to avoid dealing with her I went to Prime Medical Reef Mall to collect the rest of the Medical records.

Dr. Vibha (worst Doctor) must be tired of her profession as she is a senior Citizen already however every patient needs to be treated well, especially pregnant! The Management should address this!

No parking, too cramped, small space with too many patients. There are social distancing stickers but its completely ignored. Front entrance is closed. Back entrance is always crowded, not only with patients but also from the employees from another establishment, smoking and some just hanging around without masks. I visited 2 consecutive days. 3pm and 9am. Clinic staff are ok, efficient.

Am soooo sorry for this review because ma expirience was worst forever. I went this clinic with ma husband (morning around 9_9.30am) and he was in very very bad pain (left hypochondriac), severe vomiting and cough. Unfortunatly he got regestred under dr. Ashima. She came for check up and there was no palpation, no auscultation and she not even touch the patient, it was like a viva and she left from the room. After sometime her nurse said she will do the needful within 5minutes. After 15_20 mts nothing happend and he was crying loudly and freequently vomiting. I just went the nurses room and I came to know they were waiting for the approval even for a pain killer injection, then I said we will pay for that if its not approved. No actions was there again after 15 mts and then only I came to know dr.ashima not yet prescribed even an injection, without any basic investigations and injections directly she requested for xray and usg abdomen (money is the matter not the health of patient). I felt soooo bad, again 2times am requested for injection atlast the nurse came and inj.scopinal given and again nothing for vomiting.then I just went her room and she was telling me I will prescribe tablets (he was vomiting even the water also, so how its possible). Then she told because of your own request I will prescribe inj.premosan and voltaren but I cannot request through insurance, I agreed that I wil pay because that time there is noo other option for me.after voltaren and premosan he became better and we have informed to meet Dr. Ashima again and we went infroant of her OPD, that time nurse informed for her we have to wait until she she finish all of her appointment patients (time 4pm). Is she a Doctor? We just left the clinic.if you want good treatment please dont go this clinic and please dont consult especially DR. ASHIMA.

Very bad service. Misleading patient. Called call center to make an appointment but was informed I can go walk-in at 8.00. Once I reached I was told my insurance system not in ground floor have to go upstairs 1st floor. As per them 1st floor opens ant 9 and made me wait one hour. With my fever I was barely unable to stand. Ground floor reception staff are rude and unprofessional. Please give us proper information and don't make patients suffer. The receptionist was a Filipino blond she was very rude.

I visited the center yesterday. Dr lady.was only satting on her chair she even did not approche me. She kept only asking me and typing on the keyboard bord in the end informed the nurse to write medicines name. I Really disappointed she made feel that I was doing interview and not consultation.

هذا اسوء مركز طبي علي الإطلاق. فقد انتظرت مايزيد عن الساعه و النصف ولدي صداع شديد ولم اري الطبيب وعند سؤال أيا من الموظفين هناك اجابه واحده فقط وهي برجاء الانتظار. ربما يجعلون المريض ينظر الي ان يزيد مرضه او الي ان يتوفاه الله

I have been visiting the doctor Nadeem since 3 years and really had the best treatment.also have been assisted by the nurse Grace who remembers me every time I come and she is very helpful. Thanks team for the good service and keepi it up.

الفرع لا يليق بمستوى برايم ميديكال ولا حتى مستوى عيادة صغيرة ، وبصراحة انصدمت بمستوى هذا الفرع توقعت ان يكون فرع شارع الشيخ زايد يكون مكان راقي ومدار بشكل جيد. لكن حقيقة المكان عبارة عن ممر ضيق وغرفتين وصالة ، المكان مكتظ بالمرضى من فئات العمالة المختلفة كعمال المقاولات وعمال الورش الخ ، ولا يوجد حتى مكان مخصص لانتظار السيدات.

احتمالية اصابتك بالعدوى بسبب ضيق المكان واكتظاظه كبيرة جدا!

الممرضات لا يتابعون موافقة التأمين اطلاقا ، مر اسبوع ولا ادري عن حال الطلب ، حاولت الاتصال مرتين ويعدون باعادة الاتصال ولا احد يتصل. والان طبعا بعد مرور اسبوع لازم ابدا من جديد لان فترة المراجعة انتهت!

بصراحة لا انصح اطلاقا بزيارة هذا المركز الا في حال الضرورة القصوى بسبب سوء ادارة هذا الفرع وعدم
صلاحية المكان

للأسف الفرع سيء للغاية مر اكثر عن أسبوعان ولا يوجد اي متابعه والآن اخبروني ان الطبيب انتقل إلى فرع اخر!

I visit this clinic twice. It is always wast of time. Doctor just give me medicines and it’s took me two hours. I will never ever go their again

Got physiotherapy from Zehra Mehtab. She is amazing and i was having severe pain in my neck, with her guidance and exercise advised from her i got relieve from my pain. I am thankful to Zehra Mehtab.

I went prime medical only focus money not her about health and medical report very rude staff not responding

Prime Medical Centre. Location is Good, well maintained, good doctors, everything is good except reception. My only advice take prior appointment by calling their call Centre and then visit. Failing to do so you will end up waiting for long time for your turn.
