I called Prime Medical Center and requested to be connected with Nurse Manju from Dr. Sharjeel's office at Motor City. I was promised a call back but they never returned my many calls from 12: 30 to 7: 00 pm. The reason I wanted to get in touch with her was to ensure that she does not put in a second request for my MRI anymore because I already went to another facility, which has already requested the same procedure on an emergency basis with my insurance provider, given my physical state at the time.
Due to the repeated procedure request submitted by Nurse Manju without getting back to me first, my insurance approved the request she submitted and rejected the emergency procedure requested by the other facility. Being unwell and waiting for insurance approval is already painstaking, but the underhanded action of Nurse Manju, which led to the insurance's rejection, has only made things worse.
This whole mishap could have been avoided by doing a simple return call to patients prior to taking action. She tried to defend herself by stating that her shift starts at 1 pm, which is beside the point. She should return calls first because there may be changes anytime with the patient. Her actions were not proactive at all; instead, it has made matters worse. A lot of time was wasted, numerous back-and-forth calls brought anxiety, and the misinformation she provided questions her efficiency and credibility. Marzooq the reception attendant was accomodating in handling my complaint over the phone. Dr. Sharjeel is very judicious, however, Nurse Manju's behavior and work ethics must be definitely corrected at the earliest as she procastinates. I had to stand in front of her the first time to make sure she actions the doctor's orders which is very shameful.
Dr. Anil is a wonderfully knowledgeable doctor. He is very patient and takes time to understand your condition and medical history. He also gives practical tips on how to manage and improve overall health.
Amazing service as always from Prime Medical. Internal Medicine Dr. Reddy and Gynecologist Dr. Banerjee are just amazing. Both the nurses & staff at the medical center are so caring
I am very happy with Motorcity Prime. I get VIP treatment here. Specially DR. Pavitra, Dr. Firoze and I am very happy with the Internal medicine Dr Pavithra and Michael Soloman Orthopedic gave me muscle rellief. I had pain for almost 3months. But with this medicine with in 4 days I was perfect also Mr Munawer are of very good, caring and nice persons.
I had to take another dose of antibiotic injection but motor city, they said you need to get from the pharmacy. I went to pharmacy, they told me that I need prescription for that, which didn’t make sense for me. I explained the situation to Ms. Charlie who’s been so helpful and get it all sorted out.
I would like to say a BIG thank you to Dra. Ghada! Thank you for saving my life I'm so grateful that I met her. Her professionalism and dedication are truly exceptional. She is so kind, sweet and lovely doctor that I've ever met. I want ti give her 100️'s.
Dr. Feroz Khan is probably the kindest and most professional ENT doc I’ve ever come across. His assisting nurse was also very considerate. I came there anxiously thinking I had a certain issue but he carefully listened and examined me and traced what the actual problem was. So glad I went to this branch instead and did a walk in with them.
The problem I see these days with Prime Medical and with other hospital chains is the introduction of Call Centers. This has made the entire process and experience so poor from a customer experience viewpoint. On an average one has to wait 5-10 minutes before being able to speak to an agent. After that if you have to speak to a doctor then you are told to wait for a call back. This call back could take anywhere from an hour to several hours or perhaps never. So you have to yourself call back the call center. Honestly this is very frustrating!
I would like to thank all the prime staff they are very professional and friendly. Prime helath care groups they have all the facilities. Highly recommended. All the doctor's are available.

Dr. Maged is an amazing doctor. I still remember the incident happened with me before I visited Dr. Maged. I had vertigo and other doctor in some other hospital gave me 5 different medicine for my all symptoms rather than diagnosing as vertigo.

Doctors, Indian Nurses and Lab Personnel (sabeel) that we dealt with are all great. They’re very patient when answering our questions, are easy to talk to and are friendly. What surprises me is that everytime we visit this place, the staffs who are supposed to be more accommodating and helpful are the front of the house people. Our experience today has led us to finally send this review. Let me start first with the Filipino receptionist. I’ve noticed that whenever she’s talking to us, she’s in borderline rude, aggressive and condescending. Is it because of our race? Your cashiers should also be trained with proper customer service. We were in line waiting for our turn with the cashier. The one being currently served takes about more than 15mins and so the queue is starting to build up. Another cashier came by, talked to a guy a few customers behind us, processed his payment and even walked him to his doctor’s room. The only time he went back is after we complained to the cashier who’s still processing the same patient’s payment. We told him to ask for help because it’s really taking a while, he argued at first but eventually had taken our advice. Both the cashiers and especially the receptionist should have proper training on how to deal with people.
I want to thank Dr Majed Albakry General doctor, he is skillful on all the treatment. He is now our best and only family doctor I keep recommended him for everyone I know, and always the feedback is amazing, as he deserves. Wish all the best

Viisted many hospitals in Dubai and Sharjah. One of the most systematic clinic in Dubai. Nurses and support staffs are supportive and helpful. Dr. Nivas is excellent and overall experience is great.
So far the worst clinic I have visited in UAE. Had to wait more than 30 mins each visit even I had an appointments. Because of waiting I couldn’t do required test anymore and had to come back other day to meet requirements for the testing. Also, I haven’t been informed that follow-up visit should be within 7 days, otherwise I’ll have to pay to for a new consultation. Overall, after 4 visits related to the same issue, I have got a strong impression that staff doesn’t know what they have to do and what their responsibilities are, from receptionist to the doctor. 2 stars for staff keep being polite and friendly. Not sure about clinic in general, but definitely not going back to this branch.
DR. Maged al bakry in Motor city branch is the best GP I have been to in UAE for the last 25 years. He is so profesional, caring, and gives the patient his time. Would srrongly recommend him as a family doctor. Well done Prime for having him part of your crew.
Your PCR staff in motor City are literally one of the worst we've ever encountered! We were literally the only car there, waited half an hour with all of them standing doing nothing. After having asked them multiple times why it's taking them over half an hour to take one PCR test with us being the only ones there, the nurse just laughed! Fix this! Absolutely shameful and disgusting services.
I always visit Motor City branch. Great doctors, friendly and welcoming nurses. You feel being taken care of. Recently took my mom to dr. Nazia Shahid, general practitioner. She was very attentive and professional, did all necessary test quickly and prescribed efficient treatment.
I wish to share the amazing care and after care that i have recieved from Dr. Michael Solomon; Orthopedic Surgeon in Prime medical motor city branch. I was suffering from mild arthritis and he chartered out a proper care plan for me. He calmy answered all my queries and is very helpful. I had to undertake 10 physiotherapy sessions and their team was amazing and very professional. My overall experience was very good
Visited this clinic a day after my cycling accident to get treatment for my wounds. It was a good start when all possible checks were done to filter out all possibilities of fractures, torn tissues, blood infection, etc. What surprised me is that the staff is just not trained to clean a basic wound and do the dressing with confidence. Clinic struggles with supply of saline and they only have one container to dip the gauze in either saline or betadine. They are short in supply of basic parafin strips to coats the wounds with. The stretchable bandage was in short supply and apparently the key to more of it is only with one person in entire clinic who at that point of time happenned to be in a break.
I visit the clinic after 2 days for dressing change. I now have 2 people just struggling to remove the dressing as they aren't sure how much saline is required to remove the dressing. They weren't sure should they clean the wound with betadine or just the dry gauze.
Paraffin strips were in short supply again and they went ahead and did the dressing without realizing that half of my wound is stuck with just the bandage.
I went for my final visit today and as I expected my wound was stick with bandage and the doctor and the nurse weren't just sure what to do. I had to remove it myself.
Doctor advised me of antibiotic powder which isn't available in top 4 pharmacies in motorcity. One of the pharmacist actually told me that they don't stock it in anymore so we're surprised why the doctor prescribed it at all.
I am not going to this clinic again as the staff came across inexperienced and non confident of doing the basic dressing procedure. Shame on PRIME as a brand.
I have been a patient of Dr Nazia for the last 3 weeks - simply wonderful! Exceptionally pleasant, caring, accurate, efficient, diligent and professional - i have tried many GP doctors in the uae over my 28 years here and now can not imagine to go anywhere else.feeling blessed to have found her.

Dr. Nivas Aboobaker is a great general physician, very caring and knowledgable. In my 6 years in Dubai he was our favorite doctor and right from the beginning he took a personal interest in me and my wife. When we had COVID he was available to us via Whatsapp even when not in the office. The office in general in MOtor City is super efficient and you can get almost everything done in one place, and normally there is a very short wait time. Overall a great place to make your primary care facility.

In regards to their Covid testing, they claim they will give you the result in 24 hours or less. That’s not true. I informed them it was an emergency and they reassured me. It’s past 24 hours and no result yet. They charge you an additional 250 aed for the home visit test still assuring you that you’ll get it in 24 hours. I should have gone to Mediclinic Parkview, waited and at least I would have had my result by now. Very disappointing from Prime.

Dr. Feroz Ashraf from ENT motor city is very friendly, helpful, I visited him twice for a follow up, he was very understanding and gave me clear instructions. Dr. Saher Al Salloum from dermatology motor city is also very good and understanding. Mr. Bassem Ezzat orthopedic motor city was very helpful, kind and understanding as well. I did a follow up top and he have exercises to complete at home. Their physiotherapy department is also good and staff is always polite. Dr. Rasha Abadallah from Al basrsha branch was so good and understanding, I saw her 3 times for follow ups and really felt cared for.
Never been disappointed, Been dealing with Dr. Maged -GP- for the past 3 years since he was in Ajman branch, Furthermore Dr. Bassem the orthopedic did a great job in my knees injury.
Took my maid to the clinic and after being told some tests will be taken snd I will be contacted in 24 hours to determine which antibiotic to give, but no call. I called to try follow up was told dr n nurse is busy but will call back. Weekend came snd no one called. I was a paying patient as no insurance and was told we could go back free follow up consultation within a week. It’s 4th day today and no updates feom the dr snd maid still in pain. How do they expect us to go back within that week if medication has not even been started for it to work. Kept on calling other numbers and they keep on saying being her back in emergency n u can pay again n see another doctor. Very mad and unprofessional.
Dr.irfan is the best sports doctor he is super nice and straight forward and doesn’t try to sell you anything that you don’t need like in other hospitals and is a really funny and caring guy
Great location, nice medical staff.since I was visiting for my swelling face due to a damaged tooth infection (not covered by my company's insurance), I was waived of the consultation fee and only paid for the services provided and the meds, highly reccommended. Do not ever go to this clinic ever. Worst customer service and the people just do not understand. All they care about making money. I booked a 5 session physiotherapy which was approved by my insurance. I come back to see that my sessions are expired. Nobody called nobody told me anything. I advise everyone to not go to these prime medical across the UAE. Go to Medi Care clinic. Much better trust me.
I have been a loyal customer of Prime Medical Centres since 3 years. Every time the experience is excellent. This time around when I took my toddler for a regular check up before his vaccination the doctor said to do a strep test for him as he had a runny nose.
I had little time and there were too many waiting inline so I just went home confirming with reception that I can come anytime within 9-9am except Friday to do the test. Next day the doctor WhatsApp me that my son’s strep test is negative and I don’t need antibiotics. I told him I never did the test and he said the nurse had passed on this. The nurse maybe new but it’s better to get the test results mailed to yourself before accepting prescription.
Dr Feroz! ENT specialist. After repeated tonsillitis and ear infections for many years Dr Feroz insisted I have my tonsils removed when I visited him in prime medical motor city, I was very hesitant at first as the thought of pain was a major worry for me but after an in depth discussion with the doctor and a better understanding of what to expect, the surgery was scheduled. On the day of the surgery Dr Feroz was very patient and kind, made me feel settled and in good hands, he removed my tonsils and I was completely shocked and pleased by the lack of pain that I had anticipated! Virtually no pain even the very next day. It’s day 4 now and I’m so glad that I have I’d the procedure done! No more tonsillitis!

Conveniently located in Dubai Motor City in City Avenue Mall. Prime Medical Center has a wonderful facility and great customer service. It is very easy to take an appointment here as well. I have been dealing here with Dr. Nazia Shahid, Dr. Sabiha Sabyasachi and Dr. Pavitra, they're all excellent doctors and very supportive with their patients. They are always available to help and respond whenever you genuinely need their advise and recommendations.

Trying to fix an appointment for my Daughter' mandatory DHA listed vaccination. It's been 5 hours and no confirmation of appointment. The receptionist who I spoke to was more curious of my insurance coverage. In spite of my assurance that the card is accepted in the clinic, the nurse wanted me to send her a copy of my insurance card and copy of the immunization schedule. Emailed a copy of these documents, no response after that with confirmation of appointment. Tried reaching the central call centre, the response was "no answer from the clinic" after multiple tries. Pathetic a simple procedure is stretched so far. Striking prime clinics off my list for further visit.
This is the 2nd time that I’ve enquired for Dr Tanmay who is supposedly a Pediatrician, once earlier when i took my child to him he was kind a rude and I thought may be its because of work load, but today he was available till 1 but refused to accept my son! If you’ll have doctors that have no human heart then better let them go! They are ruining your business! Horrible
Best pediatric dental office! I made an appointment for my 6 yo son. His first impression was absolutely priceless. Everything is so child-friendly he felt right at home. The nurse greeted us with smile and a very welcoming vibe. Immediately they called in my kid to take x rays. My son had fillings placed, cleaning /polishing with fluoride and he had a wonderful experience. Dr. Sajjad Mithiborwala did an amazing job talking him through the whole thing. I wish a had a dentist like this growing up. I highly recommend this office to anyone who has children and wants to give them a healthy and enjoyable dental experience. The office is so clean and organized I guarantee your children will want to leave! My six year old has been begging me to take him back to the dentist, that alone speaks high volume! Thank you Dr. Sajjad and staff! You guys are the best!
The worst Experience for my 4 year old, the nurse who withdrawn blood had no experience what so ever, staff not trained to treat children.the nurse stick the needle in my daughter arm 6 times and couldn't withdraw blood.they traumatized my daughter and no blood was taken by the end.
I first visited Prime Medical Center for a routine visit to GP Dr Nazia Shahid. All the staff and especially the Doctor treated me so well that I was very impressed. Dr Nazia gave proper attention to the issues I had and explained me the treatment she prescribed in detail. From that moment I knew that this is the clinic I have to come when needed. Then Dr Tanmay took care of my kids with same care and concern and now my visits to Dr Sabiha are like meeting a friend who is guiding me and taking care of me.
Very unprofessional staff. Reception don't have registered properly. Staff don't organize patient as per appointment. For small ultrasound test regardless of appointment, need to wait long.
Overall, our experience with Prime is always great. I and my husband have been visiting Motor City Branch since last 5 months for our dental procedures where we happened to meet a super cool Dentist Dr. Aparajita. She is such a sweetheart that she will make you feel very comfortable throughout the procedure, will always take special post procedure care and always reachable for dental related queries. My husband who was really scared of dentist and never visited one before in his life time was hesitant and nervous in the beginning, but Dr. Aparajitha calmed him down, understand the importance and made him feel good about his first dental experience.
Friendly and professional staff every time we had to visit. Dr Sabiha and her team were especially amazing throughout my pregnancy and took such good care of me and my baby.
